Chapter 361 - Chapter 361: "We're All Trying Our Best to Survive... Holy Crap? Did Gringotts Just Explode??!"

"ROAR!!!"

The dragon's bellow shook the goblins to their very cores!

Under the gaze of those rage-filled, vertical orange pupils, the goblins scrambled on hands and knees toward the chest containing the Clankers, howling, "Quick, quick! Shake the Clankers—Ahhh!!"

"BOOM—!"

Blazing flames swept over them!

"Help, help me!!"

"Ahhhhh!!"

Accompanied by shrill screams, the dragon fire reflected in the pools of blood that shone like crimson mirrors, glittering with a brilliant intensity!

It also reflected in Ethan Vincent's cobalt-blue eyes, making his blood boil with excitement!

"Everyone!"

Ethan shouted with a tremor in his voice, his eyes shining brightly!

"Let's go! Break out of this god-forsaken Gringotts!"

Immediately, the Anywhere Door appeared beneath the students' feet.

"Whoa—"

Justin screamed as his vision shifted abruptly. His face made intimate contact with the dragon's hard, jagged spine.

Others were dumped onto the dragon's back like beans pouring out of a jar, screeching as they scrambled to hold on.

"Hagrid is absolutely going to die of jealousy..."

Harry couldn't help but quip, carefully avoiding a protruding spinal bone.

This white dragon, due to years of malnutrition and lack of exercise, was a size smaller than normal dragons. It was several times smaller than the Norwegian Ridgeback mother in the Forbidden Forest.

There were still some students who hadn't managed to "board the bus." They looked anxiously at Ethan.

Hermione: "Right! The carts! We can use the goblin carts to get up there!"

Ron: "But we don't know how to drive them!"

Hermione rolled her eyes at him and said coolly, "Imperius Curse."

Ron: ???

Ron turned pale with fright. Staring at this serious-looking outlaw, he screamed internally—

Changed. Everything has changed!

You're no longer the rule-abiding academic!

You've completely turned into Ethan!!

Just then, Ethan laughed. "Goblin carts? No need for that trouble."

His magic was plentiful now; he could perform—Multiple Summons!

"Come forth! Deathbird! Cerberus!"

A surge of magic power erupted!

Space twisted, and an extremely evil aura poured out! From within, two massive figures leaped out!

"Skree!"

"Roar!"

The Deathbird, wreathed in grey-blue spiritual fire, and the Cerberus with its flying black mane, suddenly appeared before everyone's eyes!

"W-What are those monsters?!"

The surviving goblins stared, eyes splitting with shock at the scene before them!

Deep down, they couldn't help but frantically complain:

Wizards forbade them from raising dragons, so they could only secretly raise one underground. But do wizards allow such underworldly abominations to exist among themselves?!

"...Oh Merlin, please save this world!!"

The Deathbird and Cerberus grabbed the remaining students and leaped into the air with them!

"Gurgle—"

Ron opened his mouth to scream, only to have it filled with rushing wind.

He had to endure the mental attack of Ethan's terrifying creations while simultaneously suffering the physical attack of a roller coaster ride.

He felt like a piece of cabbage in a gale.

Experiencing a thrill so intense it felt like dying.

As for Ethan, he was naturally riding on the dragon's back. Standing proudly on the dragon's head amidst the mixed screams of students and goblins, he pointed upward and shouted:

"Towards the Sea of Stars—Advance!!"

"Gurgle—"

"Roar!"

The white dragon flapped its wings with all its might and leaped up, but smashed into the rock wall. Its claws desperately scratched at the stone to stabilize its body as it continued to climb upward!

"D-Don't let them get away!!" the goblins shouted in panic.

Although the ashes of their kin were floating right beside them, compared to the loss of reputation and gold, they would rather lose their lives!

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Blinding spell beams shot out, hitting the rocks and blasting up clouds of dust!

The dragon! The defensive barriers erected by the young wizards couldn't protect such a massive creature.

Soon, patches of blood blossomed on the dragon's tail from the explosions.

"Heavens!"

Hannah Abbott from Hufflepuff covered her eyes, unable to bear the sight, and sobbed, "Why are they doing this? That's just too evil!"

It was as if a giant tree, prosperous on the surface, had roots deep in the soil that were already rotten.

It was hard for these young wizards, protected within their ivory tower, to accept this immediately.

Just then, a blinding ghostly blue light instantly swept over the entire dragon's body!

Like a layer of soft lunar gauze.

In the blink of an eye, it smoothed away the wounds on the dragon. It even healed the old injuries from years of abuse.

—Ancient Magic!

Ethan recognized the source of this magic immediately. His eyes widened in surprise.

Because this powerful healing power was none other than Ancient Magic: Arc of the Moon!

"When did she learn that..."

Ethan looked at the slender figure standing up, his eyes flickering as a warm current surged from his heart.

From ancient times to the present, there has been only one kind of "beauty" that has never changed.

That is—

"The Beauty of Strength"!

Luna waved her wand, white breaths puffing from her lips. Gentle yet blinding radiance poured from her hands.

The defensive barrier expanded instantly, covering the entire dragon, blocking all the explosive spells outside.

Then.

Under everyone's stunned gaze, Luna raised her arm, pointed her wand straight at the goblins, and spoke slowly:

"The best defense is a good offense..."

"Comet."

The next second.

"BOOM!"

A majestic torrent of magic, like a mortar shell, crashed into the goblins!

It directly blasted the majority of the circular platform into several pieces!

"Ahhh!"

Dust rose everywhere.

Screams accompanied shattering stones as they fell into the abyss below.

The world went quiet.

Luna lowered her head, looked gently at Hannah, and smiled:

"The enemies are gone. You don't have to be afraid anymore."

Hannah, face covered in tear tracks, stared blankly at Luna. Suddenly feeling her cheeks burn, she quickly lowered her head and whispered:

"Mm... You—you're amazing, Luna...!"

No wonder she could stand beside Ethan. This unique strength was something no one else could compare to.

Other students looked at Luna with admiration and respect, sighing softly:

"Sigh, Ethan really has an eye for talent."

—Who would have known that the "Loony" girl from before would grow into such a beautiful and powerful great witch?

Just another day of envying the winner in life, Ethan.

With Luna's protection, the last obstacle was gone.

"Roar!"

The white dragon roared furiously.

Its split claws dug deep into the rock, its wings beating desperately. Its head and body smashed through the railway tracks, sending the twisted metal raining down into the depths, causing the remaining goblins to scatter screaming!

"Roar!!"

The light was right there.

In the white dragon's vertical orange pupils, the light it had never seen since birth was reflected!

—Fly! Fly!

The students couldn't help but scream in their hearts.

Air currents rushed in from above.

Like a lifting hand, the wind flowed along the dragon's streamlined body—born for flight—and gathered into an upward force beneath its wings!

"Come on! Fly up there!"

"Go! Big brother with wings!"

"Blow Gringotts to the sky!"

Amidst the shouts of encouragement, the white dragon panted heavily.

It took a deep breath.

And for the umpteenth time, it spread its massive bone wings!

Claws gripping the rock, it leaped violently upward—

"BOOM!!!"

Stones shattered, and dust exploded!

Under a crowd of terrified gazes, a grey-white dragon smashed through the floor of the Gringotts main hall and soared out from within!!

Wrapped in the power of the wind it was born to master.

Its wings effortlessly shattered the glass dome.

Sunlight sprinkled down, fresh breeze poured in.

It had finally rushed out of this golden cage that had bound it for countless years!!

"...Holy crap, Gringotts fucking exploded again."

Daily Prophet reporter, Mike McArthur, sat slumped on the ground in shock, covered in shattered glass shards.

He raised his camera.

Click. He pressed the shutter!

He captured a legendary photo that would be circulated for a long time, later established as "The Emergence of the Morning Star"!
