Goku was stretching, he was about to ask for a spar but froze [I should probably leave it, for a couple of days.] Just as he was thinking, he heard kuraiya speak.
"Tell me, since you've read about this universe, tell me about the otsutsuki clan" kuraiya was curious about them after all.
Goku stopped stretching, scratched his chin then replied "the otsutsuki clan huh? Well I only read a little bit about them, I know what race they're too, ahem, well you probably don't want to know that though".
Kuraiya almost choked on his spit "wait, you know their race, what is it".
Goku froze up again "ah this, they're the same race as the ones from my universe, although they were killed off by the Saiyan's a long time ago".
Kuraiya's eyes went wide and he had a suspicion of what race they could be now "go on, what race".
He nodded "so.. do you know a planet called plant".
Kuraiya nodded and Goku continued "well, they're from that planet, they also have the same abilities, but in this universe they've mastered it to the point of taking over the soul too".
[That makes things annoying to deal with, so they're tuffle's, but this doesn't make sense as to why their appearance is so different.] Kuraiya interrupted Goku again "why is their lifespans so long".
"This.. well... a supreme kai from another universe came to check out some planets here and dropped the tree of life fruit after eating it, onto their planet, that's all I know really, if they had gotten their hands on either the tree of might or tree of divinity, that would cause a lot problems".
Kuraiya asked with slight bewilderment "Explain something, so what.. the person who grabbed the fruit, is what the only remaining tuffle and the otsutsuki are his offspring" kuraiya's face twitched.
And Goku replied "that's it really, he killed his own kind for power, but he'll never achieve it, not without an actual container for it", he looked specifically at kuraiya when he said this.
"Tree of life huh?, then why do they call it chakra fruit" kuraiya was confused.
"Uhm, chakra.. that's probably what they've called the energy within the fruit, it must have spread throughout the planet, if any human were to master it, they could become a creator, like a supreme kai".
Kuraiya had one last question "the otsutsuki, why is their appearance so strange, shouldn't they be tiny people who look like humans".
"Uhm, that huh.. well this has something to do with a different species, they're quite similar to a certain person in my universe, his race are called frozen demons, however the ones they did the dirty with the tuffle's, was another species with the same traits as flying throughout space".
"Go on, what race are they" kuraiya became intrigued so much so, he didn't notice anything unusual.
Goku squinting his eyes for a moment before turning back to kuraiya "that race is called...".

Both Goku and kuraiya turned around and saw a woman dressed in a black trench coat, kuraiya frowned for a moment before, he stood up with surprise.
"Hikari, shouldn't you be wondering the world or something, how come you came back, especially out of the blue" kuraiya had cold sweat dripping down his back [ahhh! Crap I totally forgot about her, I haven't seen you since 4 years ago, so you can't blame me.]
Hikari stared blankly at kuraiya [I've been hearing your voice in my head for over a year, do you have any idea how annoying it gets.] Her face twisted into a slight rage.
Kuraiya seeing her like that, turned to Goku and whispered "can you leave us be for a sec, I need to speak with her in private".
Goku who was in a stance, "huh, but..".
"No buts I know her" Goku dropped his guard and nodded, he turned to face hikari again with a scrutinized gaze, before blasting off into the sky.
Hikari seeing this felt aggrieved [yet another, who can fly.] Her gaze landed on kuraiya again and she spoke "didn't you say you'd wait for me to come back, so we can marry, why do you have other's" she pulled her hood down, while frowning.

Kuraiya sat down again and stared at the ground "to be honest, I thought you'd died or had even forgotten about me, so yeah, without a single message from you, I moved on like any other".
He looked back up towards hikari and saw tears in her eyes, "woah hold it, why are crying, shouldn't you be angry or something else".
He stood up and walked over to Pat her shoulders "you don't have to worry about, other things, I've already noticed you tend to like adventuring more than to settle down" he stared up into the sky feeling bored of the talk.
'Sigh' "you know I can't stand moving around, I like comfort, food and money with the occasional love" he stopped patting her shoulder's and walked back to his seat.
But he was stopped midway and was grabbed by the arm "huh" [damnit, this should've pushed her away, someone that isn't willing to sit on their asses, is a weird type of person to me, even kakarot is a lazy bastard like myself, as long as something isn't there or is bored, we'll train.]
He showed an annoyed expression, [don't think I've forgiven you, you left me not the other way around.]
Hikari bit her lip and she thought to herself [I did that because I wanted to see the world, I wanted to see it for myself if they've changed, and to my surprise the shinobi world is still so disgusting and treacherous.]
She frowned and stared at kuraiya for a while "I'm not angry about that, I'm angry about the promise".
Kuraiya wanted to cry [what's angry, what's with her, she's not making any sense, she should've just walked away, like last time, as if that itch to search is deeply imprinted.]
He crouched down and gazed into her eyes "promise, our promise was broken the moment you left" he softly removed her hand and continued his walk to the seat.
"Ah that's comfortable, by the way, I'm free always have been, you can't blame me for it, I love them just as much as they love me" his gaze showed affection.
She quickly fell to her knees breathing heavily "was my decision to leave the wrong one".
Kuraiya heard her low voice and retorted "depends, did you find happiness, did you find your answer" he showed genuine interest, about hearing her adventures, he's already forgotten about it, so he's not gonna continue speaking about it.
She rubbed her eyes while staring at him "I found what I've been looking for and happiness, no I haven't found it".
Kuraiya scratched his cheek and sighed "I told you, if you'd have stayed, you'd have gotten answers far quicker, but you just had to leave alone".
"Stop! Don't... I needed to see it for myself" kuraiya quickly closed his mouth and waited for her to continue.
"My answer to what I've been searching for is the same, the ninjas haven't changed from the clansmen" kuraiya rubbed his brow and thought [yeah, makes sense, everyone has greed, no matter who it is even Naruto the protagonist of this world or was, is greedy or even Goku both are idiots but they have their own desires.]
He stared at her in disbelief "what were you expecting, we all have dreams or goals, even I have a dream and it's simple, a family and nothing more".
Hikari turned her gaze away from him, she stood up and walked over to kuraiya, "I heard the Akatsuki organization are going to be moving around in two years".
Kuraiya nodded "I see" he shrugged not caring about it, self deprecating lifestyles.
He stood up and walked to his house just as he was about to enter, he heard hikari shout "wait!" Kuraiya turned around "what's wrong".

Kuraiya was stunned for a second and he quickly became excited [ah, okay, I'll accept it, she must've been alone after all, she should be going back on her travels after, so why not.] What she did was jump into his embrace and kissed him.
He picked up hikari who was hugging him and opened the door, "nervous, you should've thought about that before you did that".
