Chapter 36: "The Second Inquisition". Part. 2: Target Acquisition & Research Montage
—
Previously On:
The trolls are gone, but Raiko isn't done. With Jinwoo's intel, a wall of red string, and far too much coffee, he's mapping every corrupt company in Tealandia. The Second Inquisition is about to begin.
—
The living room had been transformed into a war room.
Maps of Tealandia covered the walls, marked with red pins indicating entertainment company locations.
Arcane slate displayed endless streams of data—financial records, abuse testimonials, leaked training footage that made Raiko's jaw clench tighter with each passing minute.
---
"Starlight Entertainment," Jinwoo announced.
Pulling up a holographic display."Seventeen confirmed cases of hospitalization due to 'training accidents' in the past year. Their standard contract includes clauses allowing them to control idols' diets, sleep schedules, and personal relationships."
"What kind of diets?" Raiko's voice was deceptively calm.
"300 calories a day. Water and ice cubes for 'hydration and fullness.'"
Taeyang made a strangled noise. "Bro, I eat 300 calories for breakfast."
---
"Golden Voice Productions," Jinwoo continued.
"specializes in psychological conditioning. They use isolation chambers, sleep deprivation, and public humiliation as 'motivation techniques.' Three suicide attempts this year."
Minjun went pale. "That's where Luna trained before she... before she..."
He didn't finish. He didn't need to.
---
"Platinum Crown Entertainment," another display.
"their CEO was quoted saying 'Idols are products, not people. You don't ask a car how it feels about being driven.'"
Raiko stood up so violently his chair toppled backward.
"Addresses," he said quietly.
"Hyung—" Hyun-bin started.
"Addresses, security layouts, executive schedules, and anything else you can find."
"What are you planning?" Eun whispered.
Raiko walked to the window, looking out over Tealandia's glittering skyline where corporate towers pierced the clouds like glass daggers.
"The Second Inquisition."
He turned back to them, and his expression was equal parts protector and predator.
"We're going to remind them that idols are human beings. And human beings have someone who gives a damn when they're hurt."
Jinwoo's slates flickered as he pulled up building schematics, guard rotations, and executive travel schedules.
"I can get you into any of these buildings," he said quietly. "But once you start this..."
"There's no going back," Raiko finished.
"Good. I wasn't planning on it."
He grabbed his leather jacket from the back of the fallen chair.
"Time to teach these corporate vampires what happens when you bleed children for profit."
And as he walked toward the door, every arcane slate in the room displayed the same message:
"The Second Inquisition begins at midnight. Sleep well, executives. ⚡"
Across Tealandia, seventeen entertainment company security systems suddenly developed mysterious glitches.

Author's Note:
If Chapter 35 was the calm before the storm, this is the thunder rumbling in the distance.
This is Raiko with a wall of red string, Jinwoo with seventeen arcane slate, and the rest of REQUIEM6 realizing they accidentally unleashed the metalhead equivalent of Batman.
This isn't just "boys being dramatic" anymore — this is data gathering, target mapping, schedules being stolen.
The next chapter is full chaos, full catharsis, and possibly multiple CEOs crying.
Consider this the "heist planning" montage before the heist that changes the kingdom.
