Early morning, Rio was already awake before his alarm ring and he was laying his bed, which seems to be something he felt odd after doing but he paid less attention to it.
"I should get this room cleaned up before taking my bath" he murmured to himself as set the table and chair aside. Putting the books and laptop into the wardrobe, while he grab a mob and started to clean the house quietly as he also removed the cobwebs around.
He even moved on to the window blunt he never shifted a few months now and shift it to one side as he dusted the window before robbing the mob on the floor once more to fully clean all the dirt. In a moment of the clean up, he felt a sense of peace that he never thought was possible and decide to do it every Sunday if only he has time which was obvious he had time.
Moving straight to freshen up and dress up in tracksuit that seems to be something related to having exercise, he grab his phone into his pocket as he connected the airpod to it and place it on his ears before heading out.
Rio started to jog from the third floor of his room down the stairs and off to the street as he jog for almost 120 km away from his apartment, when he realized how he has gone without given a sweat, he turn back to jog as in the mid way of his return he noticed a muscular man beating and old man who was bleeding profusely due to the several strikes he took from all angles.
Rio watch clearly as he hid behind a parked car and decide to video the two before intervening, but as he tried to video them as evidence. His phone went off and refusing to turn-on as he stood there infrustration, which as he noticed the man wasn't going to stop and seeing the old could lose his life.
He took a decision saying "I rather die protecting this old man than cowardly running away!"
It was like he already wanted to die and he couldn't such an opportunity slip off him, so he dashed towards the shouting "Let go of the old man!" and the man turn to face Rio who run towards the man who counter back with a punch on Rio's face as it send him rolling away.
The pain he felt was worth what he expected but was still alive breathing as the man turn to face the old man and Rio who wasn't done yet stood up shouting "Didn't you hear what I said? Coward!". The words crack into the man's ear like a knife as he angrily storm towards Rio who also charged at the man and the two clash punches at each others face.
Even though the punch Rio countered back was his full power, it was nothing against the man as Rio was sent rolling several meters away from the man with blood dripping down both nose and mouth. Seeing how Rio was messed up and still standing to his feet shocked the old man who watch as he also got up on to his feet, Rio who was standing meters away from the man burst into a laughter that was so intense that all his teeths were visible along with his eyes wide open.
The man asked as fear crawl within his seven senses "Hey kid, why are you laughing" and Rio whose eyes were watching the sky fell onto the man who finally snapped backwards, which Rio stopped laughing and said "Do you really want to kill? If so, you can kill me! I will be proud of you" as he took one step at the time.
The man who stood there quickly turn his back and started running away as the police horn started blowing, which it was getting closer and leaving the old man with Rio. Rio immediately went straight to the man and asked "Are you okay old man".
Just as he stretch his hand to help, the old man placed small box in his hand saying "Take this and look behind you" and Rio who took it turn to see what was behind him but found nothing.
As he turn back to ask the old man what he saw, he found himself stirring at the a mall and he could not process what had happened right now.
Still lost in his thoughts, he check his dress to see if there was any blood stain but nothing was there and just as he was feeling relief, he noticed the same box the old man gave him was in his hand and he quickly placed it into his pocket after almost being knocked by a spending car.
"What the hell is going on with me"
"Where did this box come from if what happened right now a hallucination"
"Never mind, it must have been something I bought and have forgotten"
Rio resume to jog back to his apartment and he took another bath before moving to read over his books.
He was just not concerned about the situation that happened so he didn't pay much attention and even moved to play his historical game which he had completed twice already.
Looking at how he was now used to the game and had memorized everything off head, he decided to deviate from the game to a new know as 'Shadow of Assassin's journey'.
He found the game to be fun and easy to play just by using a few keys on the keyboard, as well as following the rules of the game.
At first he found his character who used only daggers to be agile and clearing up the missions faster than the his expectations.
Just as he was enjoying the game and had completed few missions, his alarm rang and leaving him to save the game.
He checked both on his best friend and mother as they were all doing well, which he completed his task for the day as he said "I should withdraw tomorrow and get myself some new stuffs" as he went to bed.
In his sleep, he didn't notice that the small box he ignored had opened on its own and a crystal aura black seed came out from it.
It moved straight to his chest as the seed started to draw a black energy into his body.
As all the energy was draw into him, the black seed started to fade away with the box also and Rio who was asleep felt a relaxed sleep for the first time in his life as he didn't see any darkness pulling him.
