Chapter 7 - Titan Core Awakens

The rising sun burned red on the horizon, like an omen painted across the sky. Dustfall Village stirred to life, unaware that beneath their feet, inside the sealed canyon of the Old Dust Quarry, something monstrous was awakening.

Zhen Wuji stood bare-chested, the jagged stone floor around him cracked and cratered from hours of relentless training. His skin steamed with heat, his muscles bulging unnaturally, each breath a thunderous echo in the cavern.

His eyes gleamed with golden light, his body soaked in the golden essence of refined marrow and pulsing blood. Every inch of flesh had become a coil of raw power.

But this stage… it wasn't merely about flesh anymore.

It was about reorganizing the entire structure of his body — muscles, tendons, bones, nerves, and even fascia — into a single cohesive war machine. This was the Titan Organization stage.

"The bones are strong. The marrow burns like fire. The flesh contains force. But… to move like a god, every part must act as one," Zhen Wuji muttered, lowering himself into a crouch.

He took a deep breath and released his will.

His body began to shift.

Muscle cords twisted unnaturally, ligaments snapped and rewove. His shoulder blades cracked, spine elongating slightly as his entire posture realigned. It felt like he was rebuilding himself from within, rearranging nature's design into something more terrifying — Titanic.

Agony exploded through him.

"Rrrgh—!" Zhen Wuji dropped to one knee, his hands clutching his sides. Muscles spasmed uncontrollably, blood leaked from his ears. Every system in his body resisted the change.

This wasn't healing.

This was evolution through violence.

"I will not be ruled by a body given by fate. I will build my own."

His mind flashed back to childhood — to hunger, to watching his mother fall ill, powerless to help. To the ridicule of the Three-Scars Sect, who once rejected him from their outer gates for having no Qi root.

He would never bow again.

The pain intensified.

Muscle fibers tore and reattached. Bones compressed to bear unearthly strain. Even the alignment of his nerves changed.

A surge of golden light exploded from his chest.

Suddenly, a rhythm emerged in his body — like gears locking into place. Every joint, every tendon, every limb clickedinto a divine configuration.

He had become a Titan Engine.

Not just strength — but coordination, fluidity, unity. Every punch would now carry not just raw force, but the synergy of a perfect structure.

He stood tall.

Veins of golden crimson pulsed across his torso, lines of force moving beneath his skin like dragon-tendons.

His aura exploded, flattening stone pillars nearby into dust.

"Titan Organization… complete."

But the moment passed quickly, and footsteps echoed above.

He turned.

It was Elder Shan, one of the few Dustfall residents with minor cultivation. The man's expression was pale with disbelief.

"What… what was that tremor?! Wuji, your body is glowing like molten iron—!"

"I'm fine," Wuji said, his voice low. "Just… strengthening."

Elder Shan took a step back. Though he was at Qi Condensation, he felt inferior, almost insignificant. The aura Zhen Wuji radiated wasn't that of a beginner.

It was like standing before some ancient beast, something primordial.

"You've surpassed our realm…" Shan murmured. "This isn't Qi Cultivation, is it?"

"No," Wuji replied. "This is something else. Something real."

Shan hesitated, then spoke: "Wuji… scouts from Three-Scars were seen near the edge of the Western Quarry. It seems they're searching for something. Or someone."

Wuji's eyes narrowed.

So they had come.

The sect that once scorned him now returned. Perhaps they had heard rumors of strange energy surges from the quarry. Perhaps they sensed the awakening of a new force.

Let them come.

He needed a test.

That night, under the cold moon, Zhen Wuji sat once more in meditation. His entire body throbbed in silent harmony, each beat like the ticking of a war drum.

He began reviewing the next path — Nerve Resonance, the 5th stage of the Heaven-Crushing Titan Body.

"Precision follows power. I must command every nerve… to transmit that force perfectly."

But for now, he smiled, eyes still shut.

His Titan Organization was complete.

And with it, he had become something no one in the Lower World had seen before — a cultivator who rebuilt the body not to house Qi, but to become Force itself.

And the world would soon feel it
