Chapter 3 - Chapter 21-30

Chapter 21: The Person Who Made Waves!

A roaring tornado smashed the sea to shreds as turbulent waves rose. The strong, unprecedented wind cracked the land at the port, and rocks flew through the air like sharp bullets.

"Good guy, he turns out to be a Devil Fruit power user!" Roger exclaimed, his previous drunkenness vanishing as his eyes filled with a vigorous fighting spirit. But before he could move, Liu Feng took a single step forward, and the gust of wind blowing in their faces stagnated.

"This momentum!" Koushiro's eyes widened. "It's the heart of a samurai! How is that possible!?" The thin figure of Liu Feng, clad in a black cape, stood like an insurmountable iron wall, bearing all the pressure alone. Koushiro was in disbelief; this man, who had never trained as a samurai in Wano, somehow understood their most mysterious will. But the scene before him proved it: the sword will Liu Feng released was indeed the heart of a samurai.

"Hahaha! Are you finally going to make a move, Liu Feng?" Roger laughed arrogantly.

"You can't let people look down on you when you meet for the first time!" Liu Feng said, a smile cracking his lips. The blood in his body was boiling, and he entered a state of "stillness" that countless Wano samurai pursued their entire lives. Though he hadn't mastered Haki, everything in his line of sight became extremely clear and slowed down. He could see every beat of the water in the gust of wind, every trace of movement in the chaotic hurricane.

Holding the hilt of an ordinary iron training sword from Isshin Dojo, he drew it from its sheath with a sonorous hum. "Light the fire!" Liu Feng snorted softly.

Scorching flames erupted from the iron sword, illuminating the dark night as if to burn the world. "Flaming swordsmanship! He even mastered this!" Koushiro exclaimed.

The hurricane, ten meters in diameter, slammed condescendingly toward the port. "Bring it on!" Liu Feng shouted, leaping up like a falcon and pointing his flaming sword forward. "Leave the fire; draw the sword!" An infinite light poured from the long sword, and a flaming sword light erupted, parting the sea. The hurricane and the flames collided violently in mid-air, turning the sea into a sea of fire and covering the sky in thick smoke.

As Liu Feng landed, he frowned. The hot smoke at the center of the explosion twisted, and the screaming wind gushed out again, forming a storm like a long spear.

"Let me fight this time!" Roger laughed, shooting out like a cannonball. Holding his sword with one hand, he unleashed a splendid slash that instantly shattered the hurricane. A vague figure loomed within it.

The figure in the wind groaned and became clear, slowly landing on the ground. He wore a dark green windbreaker, his face covered by a hood, and his manner was deep and profound. A crack appeared on his left shoulder, but no blood flowed. "What powerful swordsmanship…" a low voice came. "I didn't expect it to be true; you have been resurrected, Pirate King Gol D. Roger." The man raised his hand, took off his hood to reveal a cold face with black hair waving in the wind, and fixed his gaze on Liu Feng. "Are you the one who made waves this time, Liu Feng?"

Liu Feng tossed his cracked sword into the sea and smiled. "First meeting, leader of the revolutionary army, the worst criminal in the world… Monkey D. Dragon."

Chapter 22: Garp is so ruthless!!

Monkey D. Dragon, the greatest enemy of the World Government and leader of the Revolutionary Army, was a man whose nicknames were enough to make anyone tremble with fear. Yet Liu Feng looked at him with a simple smile, as if he were an ordinary person.

Dragon looked back silently for a moment, then smiled. "Sure enough, those who dare to resurrect the Pirate King are not simple people." Having Roger by one's side was like carrying a time bomb; no one knew when the Navy, the World Government, or ambitious pirates would come for him. Killing the "Pirate King" would bring more fame than being one of the Four Emperors.

"I don't dare to be the person who made waves of the times," Liu Feng said with a smile. "I just thought, without Roger, the sea would be boring."

Dragon's eyes narrowed. "Do you think it's all just child's play?" he asked, a dangerous aura emanating from him.

Liu Feng's smile widened. "No, I mean, everything can be a game," he replied. "It's just that in some games, it's more expensive to lose. I see the world as a game, but that doesn't mean I don't play it seriously."

Dragon was stunned; as the leader of the Revolutionary Army, it was the first time he had heard such words. What a lunatic. "But have you ever thought," he said coldly, "that it is precisely because of people like you that countless others on this sea are placed in a dangerous gambling game, their lives and dignity treated as child's play?"

"No, Dragon, you don't need to put your bitter hatred on me," Liu Feng said, shaking his head. "You want to be a hero; you want to save the world; I won't stop you. But don't ask too much of others." He then added with a sneer, "Moreover, as the leader of the Revolutionary Army, you don't seem to have done anything worthy of praise."

"What do you mean?" Dragon asked, a touch of anger in his heart.

"The truth is right in front of you," Liu Feng chuckled. "The Revolutionary Army was established more than ten years ago, but you are still just making small troubles in some small countries, posing no threat to the World Government's rule. You even turn a blind eye to crises in major powers. Even your own cadre, the tyrant Kuma, was transformed into a killing machine. Isn't that a slap in your face as a leader? In this regard, your son, the pirate Straw Hat boy, has done better than you. He rescued Alabasta and Fish-Man Island, after all, didn't he?"

Faced with this undisguised irony, Dragon was not angry but fell into a deep silence, clenching his fists tightly. Liu Feng knew that if Dragon was so easily irritated, their potential cooperation would be in doubt.

"Liu Feng, you are right," Dragon said, interrupting Koushiro who was trying to ease the tension. "It is true that our Revolutionary Army has not been fully mobilized yet, but this does not mean that we will fail. We're just waiting for the right moment."

"The timing is up to you to fight for yourself," Liu Feng said meaningfully.

Suddenly, a sloppy, alcohol-scented face appeared in front of Dragon. "You're the son of that old bastard Garp?" Roger asked, circling Dragon like a monkey.

Even with his calm character, Dragon was embarrassed. "I'm indeed Garp's son," he replied.

Roger squinted at him for a moment before muttering, "It's so sad. That guy, Garp, is so cruel to his own son. He threw a slipper on your face so hard that you can't even wash off the print."

This time, Dragon's face instantly darkened.

Chapter 23: Work with me!!

Monkey D. Dragon has a very striking red square tattoo on his left cheek, which he usually covers with the hood of his dark green coat. The origin of the tattoo is unknown. Roger looked at it from left to right and said, "Tsk tsk tsk, I've long known that the old man Garp was ruthless, but I didn't expect him to even let go of his own son."

Dragon's hands clenched into fists, the blue veins on the back of his hands bulging like earthworms. Deciding not to engage with a strange creature like Roger, he turned to Koushiro. "Mr. Koushiro, according to our cooperation agreement, these two people shouldn't be here, right?"

"Koushiro is now my crew member," Liu Feng stated flatly.

Dragon was stunned for a moment, his tone complicated. "I didn't expect you to be able to invite him out of the mountains." The Revolutionary Army had long been envious of a hidden powerhouse like Koushiro and Dragon himself had personally sent invitations to him many times, but was always politely refused.

"Everyone who lives in this world has his purpose and his drive," Liu Feng said with a smile. "Sometimes, you just don't give them enough chips."

Dragon's tone became cold. "So you are eyeing the military supplies of our revolutionary army?" A trace of a murderous aura overflowed from him as the shadows of battleships became faintly visible in the distant fog.

"I'm staring at it," Liu Feng laughed, showing no fear. "But I don't like to rob, so I'll give you a chance to cooperate with me."

"It seems that you are not qualified to discuss cooperation with our revolutionary army, right?" Dragon said coldly, his voice filled with supreme dominance. He knew his confidence was well-founded; the Revolutionary Army had grown over more than ten years to surpass a general large-scale pirate group in both power and size, with powerful intelligence networks and a terrifying number of soldiers. On the other hand, Liu Feng's team had only three people.

"I think you should think about something deeper," Liu Feng said calmly. "Except for the person himself, each person symbolizes something and has a different meaning."

Dragon looked at Roger. "Pirate King?" he scoffed. "No, Liu Feng, you know better than me that the title of Pirate King, in this era, causes more trouble than good."

"You're wrong; I didn't mean Roger," Liu Feng laughed. He smiled mysteriously. "A man who terrifies governments around the world. No, maybe not a human being. His name is… Fisher Tiger."

Chapter 24: The World Government!

The moment the name was spoken, Dragon was shocked. Fisher Tiger was a world-renowned adventurer and the founder and first captain of the Sun Pirates. He had once climbed the holy land of Mary Geoise with his bare hands, causing a scene and freeing thousands of imprisoned slaves of different races. This incident shocked the world, breaking the myth of the invincibility of the Celestial Dragons and the World Government. Even now, many people see Fisher Tiger as a symbol and idol in the fight against the World Government's power. Dragon himself had been shocked and inspired by his deeds.

Beyond that, Fisher Tiger was a Fish-Man who enjoyed immense prestige among his people, even more influential than the royal family of Fish-Man Island to some extent. Jinbe, one of the current Seven Warlords of the Sea, was once a crew member of Fisher Tiger's and respected him greatly.

"You can resurrect Fisher Tiger!?" Dragon asked, his expression now extraordinarily serious.

"Since I can resurrect Roger, I can naturally resurrect Fisher Tiger," Liu Feng shrugged. "Otherwise, Dragon, do you think I would negotiate with you without any bargaining chips? Think about it: if Fisher Tiger, the hero of the Fish-Men, reappeared in this sea, what impact would it have on your Revolutionary Army and the world's political landscape? With your IQ, I don't need to explain it."

Dragon fell silent. Being able to create and grow the Revolutionary Army under the oppression of the World Government, Dragon was naturally one of the most intelligent people in the world. He believed that if Fisher Tiger were alive today, the Sun Pirates and Fish-Man Island would become vanguards against the World Government. This could rekindle hope in slaves across the world, potentially starting a war of resistance to overthrow the Celestial Dragons. Fish-Man Island is a military power comparable to the giant kingdom of Elbaf, with a population of five million. An army formed from even a fraction of that population would be an immeasurable force that the World Government would fear.

"I understand…" Dragon took a deep breath. "But… are you sure you can control Fisher Tiger? It seems that you can't control the actions of the resurrected people, right?"

"The general trend of the world is irreversible, and so is human character," Liu Feng laughed. "As long as Fisher Tiger comes back to life, he will go down that path no matter what. I don't need to intervene at all. He is like a flag, a beacon that will illuminate the road ahead."

Indeed, as long as he survived, the slaves would have hope, Fish-Man Island would shift its political focus, and the Sun Pirates would naturally return. The World Government would be forced to send troops, and to protect himself, Fisher Tiger would have to expand his own power.

A huge warship gradually approached the port. "Liu Feng, tell me, what exactly do you want?" Dragon asked, a smile on his face. "I always feel that your appetite is far greater than that batch of military supplies." He was relieved.

Chapter 25: Resurrection System!

Dragon was relieved, and Liu Feng knew he had won this negotiation. Since obtaining the system that could resurrect the dead, he had been exploring its true potential. It wasn't about resurrecting the powerful to help him directly; strong, independent characters like Roger or Whitebeard would never agree to follow him. Liu Feng had no control over the resurrected dead. He knew if he had foolishly resurrected Whitebeard first, he'd have had two options: call him "father" or be sunk into the sea.

Was the system's main function to randomly grant him an ability to enhance his own strength? That was too uncertain for his liking. After gaining the "Samurai's Heart" ability, he realized the power systems of this sea were more complex than just Haki, swordsmanship, and Devil Fruits. There might be other abilities, like Buggy's "Conqueror's Luck Haki" or the Red Count's mind-reading Observation Haki.

When he resurrected Roger, a series of events opened his mind. He was able to control the Pirate King not through force, but by holding his greatest weakness—his desire to see his wife, son, and dead comrades again.

That's when Liu Feng knew the biggest role of his system was not the act of "resurrecting the dead," but "letting others know that he has the ability to resurrect the dead"! It was a powerful weapon he could hold over people, making them feel fear and a desperate, itchy hope. He wouldn't resurrect people randomly, but he wanted the world to know that he

could. This was his biggest bargaining chip.

Fisher Tiger was the chess piece he was using against Dragon. And Liu Feng believed Dragon understood this and was willing to cooperate.

"As expected, you are the leader of the revolutionary army," Liu Feng smiled. "Yes, I need more than this batch of supplies. Anyway, your Revolutionary Army isn't short on them. If I guessed correctly, your second-in-command has already gone to Dressrosa to prepare to acquire some wealth." He knew that if the plot developed as expected, the Revolutionary Army led by Sabo would raid Doflamingo's arsenal, becoming the biggest winner of the Dressrosa incident.

Faced with this new secret, Dragon was completely shocked. The mission to Dressrosa was top secret, known only to a few commanders. Yet this guy knew everything, even their purpose.

"I need your revolutionary army to take action once," Liu Feng continued, not waiting for him to recover. "In return, I will resurrect Fisher Tiger and, in due course, create some… well, unnecessary difficulties for the World Government."

Dragon's eyebrows clenched. Looking at Liu Feng, Roger, and Koushiro, he knew their strength was not weak; they could easily destroy a small country. If they needed the Revolutionary Army to act, their goal was definitely not simple.

"What on earth do you want to do!?" Dragon asked solemnly.

Chapter 26: Old Guys Will Fight?

Dragon was not being careless; he had gradually come to understand Liu Feng's character. The young man was a typical lunatic. His purpose in asking the Revolutionary Army to take action was absolutely extraordinary.

"You don't have to be too nervous; I will definitely not go to the Navy headquarters to die at this time," Liu Feng said with a relaxed smile, though his cold joke made Dragon tremble. "To be precise, I need you to take action, Dragon."

"Let me take action? Who is my opponent?" Dragon asked, his mind racing through the handful of masters in the sea who were on his level. Since Liu Feng was asking him personally, the opponent would have to be a powerhouse of that caliber.

"—Magellan," Liu Feng stated.

Dragon's face changed drastically, and he took a deep breath. "You actually set your sights on Impel Down!?" he exclaimed, staring at Liu Feng as if he were a lunatic. Even Koushiro was stunned.

"I don't need you to beat Magellan; you just need to hold him back," Liu Feng said, holding up a hand to silence him. "As for the others, we'll figure it out. You don't have to worry about the escape route. Just bring the three of us to the gate of the underwater prison, and leave the rest to us."

Dragon took a deep breath, trying to suppress the horror in his heart. This guy actually wanted to let

that guy out. He glanced subconsciously at Roger and had a strange thought: wasn't Liu Feng afraid that those two would fight?

A few days later, their transport ship entered the Triangle Current area, approaching Impel Down. "The intelligence and relationship network of the Revolutionary Army is really extensive," Liu Feng said with a light smile. "I didn't expect it to be so easy."

"Don't take it too lightly," Dragon frowned. "I spent a lot of effort and used my network for this. This is a food transport ship dedicated to the World Government, used for the underwater prison. You should understand that such a dark line can only be used once."

Liu Feng knew how much Dragon had paid for this. After the riots caused by the Straw Hat Pirates and Blackbeard during the Marineford arc, the security at Impel Down had been significantly strengthened. Only an organization like the Revolutionary Army, which had been lurking for years, could have sent them to the prison's gate safely.

"Are you confident?" Dragon wondered. "That guy is not an ordinary person, and it is not so easy to defeat Magellan. Besides, your ability is useless to him."

"That's not your concern," Liu Feng said proudly. "I only need ten minutes. Stop that man for ten minutes, and no one in this world will be able to stop me."

Dragon fell silent, looking back at Roger, Koushiro, and Kuina on the deck. 'People of the old days are really carefree…' he thought to himself. 'Liu Feng, you are trying to recreate the chaos of that era in this sea.'

In the distance, a huge, towering black building came into view. The underwater prison, Impel Down.

Chapter 27: Successfully Infiltrating

As the ship slowly approached the world's first and most dangerous prison, Roger came to stand beside Liu Feng. The prison was filled with world-class criminals and eerie monsters, monitored by videophone bugs, and garrisoned by naval troops, all while surrounded by a sea infested with Large Sea Kings.

"Is it Impel Down? I really miss it," Roger muttered with emotion.

"Didn't you say you liked it very much?" Liu Feng joked. "I'll leave you here this time."

"No, no, I still prefer the free sea," Roger said, shaking his head frantically before asking, "Speaking of which, what are we doing here this time?"

"Go see your old friend," Liu Feng replied, a cold smile forming on his lips.

"At this point, are you going to explain your plan to me?" Dragon asked solemnly. "The prison is heavily guarded. Besides Magellan, there are many masters in there, so it's not so easy to get in."

"Let's go straight in," Liu Feng laughed. "You stop Magellan, and the three of us go straight to the sixth floor. When I'm done, I'll come out. It's very simple and perfect."

Dragon was speechless. If it were that easy, the prison wouldn't be called an impregnable wall.

"I naturally have a way to deal with it," Liu Feng smiled. "I feel that the guards in the prison will probably have no time to trouble me."

Dragon nodded, acknowledging that Liu Feng had some principles, as he wasn't a senseless murderer. However, he still insisted that rushing in was too risky. Given his calm personality and experience leading an underground movement, Dragon preferred a more cautious approach. "Since we already have the identity of a transport ship crew, we can naturally sneak in," he suggested. "The prison's warehouse is on the fourth floor, and we can avoid a lot of trouble."

"Sneak in by scheming?" Liu Feng mused, then nodded. "It's not impossible; after all, I'm not a person who likes to be rough."

Dragon couldn't hold back his expression. 'The guy who just said 'let's go straight in' is clearly you!' he thought.

The transport ship slowly docked, and a sharp voice called out. "Stop the boat! Prepare for inspection!" A strange-looking man with an Egyptian pharaoh-style headdress and a large belly walked out, holding an iron trident. "I'm Hannyabal, Warden of Impel Down Prison! That guy Magellan has been demoted, and now I'm the boss!"

Dragon began to explain that Hannyabal was the former deputy director and was quite strong, but before he could finish, Liu Feng was gone.

Boom! The sea parted as a fiery sword slash raged from the deck, engulfing Hannyabal and dozens of guards in front of the prison gate. With a loud bang, the prison gate was torn in half.

Liu Feng reappeared beside Dragon and sheathed his sword. Dragon's mouth twitched. "Aren't we going to sneak in? Don't you like to be rough?"

"Yeah, I killed them all; no one knew we were going in, so we successfully sneaked in," Liu Feng said, blinking naturally. "As for roughness? I didn't rough it up. You see, I just broke the door; it's very detailed."

Dragon was now completely autistic.

Chapter 28: Impel Down

The scorching flames spread at Impel Down's gate. Dragon noted that Liu Feng's flaming swordsmanship, a secret of Wano's samurai families, was even stronger than when they fought in Shimotsuki Village.

"You're making too much noise. The prison siren is on," a long, chilling voice echoed from the deepest part of the prison.

"No way," Liu Feng shrugged. "Who asked that guy Hannyabal to suddenly run out and stop my boat? If we accepted his examination, we would have been exposed sooner or later anyway."

Hurried footsteps approached, and a tall, wavy-haired woman with golden hair covering her right eye appeared. She wore a brown jacket and shorts, a white shirt with a black tie, and dark red boots and gloves. "Damn! There is an enemy attack!" she ordered. "Everyone, act now and defend the majesty of the underwater prison!"

"This is Domino, the warden of Impel Down," Dragon said in a low voice. "She's quite strong, a former Vice-Admiral who was transferred here and took the place of Shiliew of the Rain."

Before he finished speaking, Liu Feng disappeared again. Dragon heard Domino's panicked voice, "Who are you!? How dare you break into the underwater prison!? Ah! Such strong swordsmanship!" A loud bang erupted as sword energy like a dragon engulfed the prison guards, leaving a huge dent in the floor stretching deep into the prison.

"What did you just say?" Liu Feng's voice appeared beside Dragon again. "Okay, let's dive in."

"You killed Domino?" Dragon asked in a deep voice.

"I said, these are not wicked people," Liu Feng shook his head. "Don't worry; I know you have some connections with the Navy. I didn't attack Domino or Hannyabal with killing intent." Dragon used his Observation Haki and confirmed they were only seriously injured and had fainted, then breathed a sigh of relief. "You are too harsh," Dragon frowned.

"I can't control it," Liu Feng smiled. Dragon cursed inwardly; just moments ago Liu Feng was bragging about his detailed control.

"Let's go; don't waste time, or none of us can run," Liu Feng urged, and the group entered the prison gate.

Inside the dim staircase, miserable roars and growls came from the prison's depths. Kuina's face turned pale with fright, but she clenched her teeth and kept up. "You should understand that, as the heir of the Shimotsuki family, she will face these things sooner or later," Liu Feng told a worried Koushiro. "If she wants to become the world's number one swordsman, she must have blood on her hands."

"I'm fine, Father. Brother Liu Feng is right," Kuina said, tugging on his clothes. Though there was fear in her eyes, her will was unusually firm.

Chapter 29: A Tragedy Caused by a Bounty

The group continued deeper, passing through the Crimson Hell on the first floor, the Wild Beast Hell on the second, and the Starvation Hell on the third, finally arriving at the Blazing Hell on the fourth floor. "All of you stop!!" a deep voice called out, and a majestic, murderous aura surged forth, stopping everyone in their tracks.

A tall shadow became clear: a man with devilish horns and wings, wearing a large black coat. The Deputy Director of Impel Down, Magellan.

"Is the tricky guy finally here?" Liu Feng's eyes narrowed.

Magellan's gaze shifted from Liu Feng to Roger and Dragon, and his face changed greatly, ignoring Koushiro and Kuina. "Dragon, I didn't expect you to fall too, mixing with people like Liu Feng and Pirate King Roger," he said coldly. As he spoke, wisps of purple-black venom overflowed from his body, condensing into roaring streams in the air. He looked at Liu Feng with stern killing intent. "'The source of extreme evil,' Liu Feng, you dared to attack Impel Down. Good, this saves our navy the time of looking for you."

"The source of extreme evil?" Liu Feng blinked. "When did I get this nickname?"

"Three days ago, the Navy headquarters issued a wanted poster for you," Dragon explained with a wry smile. "Because you resurrected Roger, they called you 'the source of extreme evil,' with a bounty of 1 billion Berries." He then handed Liu Feng the poster.

Liu Feng took one look and his expression changed. "What the hell! What is this picture quality!?" he scolded angrily. "Can't they find a better photographer? Do you want me to teach your Navy's intelligence department how to take a picture!?"

Dragon's mouth twitched. The others looked over curiously. On the poster, a figure stood on the execution platform in Loguetown, hazy white light behind him, looking like a magic stick. Because of the light, his face was distorted, as if covered with a thin mosaic. The others turned away, trying to hold back their smiles.

"Brother Liu Feng, what's wrong with your face?" Kuina suddenly asked. A blue vein appeared on Liu Feng's forehead.

Roger laughed gleefully. "Your bounty poster picture! It doesn't seem as handsome as mine!" Two more blue veins popped out.

"This, Your Excellency Liu Feng, is actually pretty good if you can't see clearly," Koushiro added. Three blue veins popped out.

Liu Feng was angry. Being handsome or not is a lifetime thing, and this reward order would accompany him for a long time. The naval intelligence department rarely changed poster photos unless the wanted person's appearance changed drastically, like when Blackbeard got fat or Nami's clothes became cooler and her poster changed to a swimsuit photo.

Chapter 30: Resurrection! Resurrection!

"Enough!" a loud shout from Magellan interrupted the scene. "You bastards! This is an underwater prison! The majesty of Impel Down will not be defiled!" The purple venom behind him swelled, forming a huge poisonous dragon in mid-air that lunged toward Liu Feng and the others. "Poison Dragon!"

The poisonous dragon descended, blocking their retreat and trapping them. Suddenly, a gust of wind picked up, forming a barrier that blocked the attack. The splashing venom corroded the floor and walls, making Kuina's face turn pale.

"Go quickly; don't waste time here!" Dragon's voice was cautious as he appeared in front of them.

"Want to run?" Magellan said coldly as the sound of dense footsteps approached. Countless prison guards and jailer beasts gathered from all levels of the prison. "None of you will be able to run away." After the riots from the Straw Hat and Blackbeard pirates, the defense system of Impel Down had been upgraded, with faster support and more personnel.

A look of worry flashed through Dragon's heart; the sheer number of enemies was too great to overcome. "Liu Feng, if you have any tricks, use them quickly," he urged.

"Do you know what is most common in prisons?" Liu Feng smiled mysteriously. "Is it a chain? The shackles? Or the prisoners?" He shook his head. "Neither."

A hazy white light began to emerge from behind him, spreading and becoming dazzling. Everyone, including Magellan, suddenly widened their eyes with a sense of unease. This familiar scene was exactly the same as on his bounty poster.

"The most common thing in this prison is death," Liu Feng sneered. "And this underwater prison is the world's largest. I'm curious, how many criminals were tortured to death in this prison?"

Magellan's face turned pale. "Could it be…?"

Screams like endless ghosts rang out, and mournful wails and murderous laughter spread through every floor of the prison. "Thief hahaha!! I'm going to kill all the navy!!!" one voice shouted.

At the same time, the system's prompt sounded endlessly in Liu Feng's mind. "You successfully signed in to the Impel Down Prison! Do you want to resurrect the character prisoner, Hello 001? Do you want to resurrect the character prisoner, Hello 002?..."

"Resurrection! Resurrection!! Resurrection!!!"

"Okay," Liu Feng's eyes flashed with playfulness. "Let me see now, how many criminals died in Impel Down…"

One after another, bloody, murderous figures began to appear on every floor of the prison, seemingly countless heads popping out of the floor.
