1.1 — The Void Is Bored
The cosmos danced. Galaxies spun like toys. Stars lived and died in silent tribute.
And at the very center of that infinite, eternal stillness... a sigh echoed across all of existence.
> "I'm bored," Rimuru muttered.
The throne beneath him wasn't made of matter. It wasn't even made of light. It was the conceptual embodiment of everything and nothing—the seat of the True Dragon of the Void.
Once, he had been human. A slime. A Demon Lord. A god-slayer. A creator. A husband. A legend.
Now?
He was bored out of his divine mind.
> "You've watched the rebirth of time twice," said Ceil, his Manas and ever-loyal companion, gently floating nearby. "Perhaps it's time you experience life again, instead of observing it like a detached god?"
> "You want me to reincarnate?" Rimuru asked, blinking.
> "Yes. As a completely ordinary boy. No memories. No powers. No instinct of the Void or the Dragon. Just life. School. Friends. Parents. First crushes. Ordinary things."
Rimuru stared blankly, then cracked a slow, nostalgic grin.
> "That actually sounds... fun. Alright. Let's do it. Let's hit reset on life."

1.2 — Reincarnation and Birth
The decision was made.
The Void bent, folded, and whispered. A soul that had shattered gods was condensed, compressed, stripped of everything divine, and hurled into the flow of time.
A new timeline was born.
---
Location: Sendai City, Japan — Timeline ἈΩ-B
In a modest hospital under a rainy sky, a boy entered the world.
> "He's so quiet... Look at his eyes—like a mirror lake," the mother whispered, her arms trembling as she cradled her son.
> "Let's call him... Minato," said the father with a proud smile. "Minato Tachibana." (湊 橘)
A soft cry escaped the baby's lips, but he quickly grew calm.
No memory stirred.
No instinct screamed.
No god waited behind his eyes.
Only peace.
Minato Tachibana was born. Rimuru Tempest was no more—for now.

1.3 — A Familiar Voice Returns
Back in the Void Palace, Chloe Aubert, one of Rimuru's wives and the Goddess of Time, appeared before Ceil with narrowed eyes.
> "You let him reincarnate alone?!"
> "He'll be fine," Ceil replied smoothly. "But he will forget everything—even you."
> "Then I'll go too," Chloe said immediately.
> "Your memories, power, and even soul instincts will be sealed. You will start from zero."
> "Then I'll fall in love with him all over again," she answered without a hint of hesitation. "Even if he forgets me, I'll find him again."
Ceil smiled.
> "Then... you'll be born one month after him. As his neighbor. A girl destined to chase after the dense fool who used to be a god."
---
1.4 — The Second Birth
One month after Minato's birth, another cry pierced the air in the house next door.
> "She's beautiful… Her hair is already so dark."
> "Let's name her… Chiharu Aizawa." (千春 相沢)
The baby girl looked toward the nearby window.
Somewhere in the house next door, a baby boy also looked at the sky at the same moment. Their gazes didn't meet. Not yet.
But their souls pulsed gently—as if fate smiled in the background.
Chiharu Aizawa was born.
Chloe Aubert was gone—for now.

1.5 — Two Souls, Rewritten
In a quiet Sendai suburb, two homes stood side by side.
One housed the Tachibana family. The other, the Aizawa family.
And in those homes lived two children:
Minato Tachibana (湊 橘) — once the True Dragon of the Void. Now an ordinary boy with a habit of causing chaos with his smile.
Chiharu Aizawa (千春 相沢) — once the Goddess of Time. Now a girl who'd one day fall head-over-heels for her childhood friend.
No one in the world knew what they had once been.
And yet, the story was about to begin again—from the first page.
