Chapter 153 - Chapter 153: The Veiled Accord

After three days of bitter negotiation, an agreement was drafted.

It was called the Veiled Accord — a treaty not only of peace, but of technological responsibility. Navaleon would share limited innovation in infrastructure, healing, and agriculture… but never weapons.

Ashvara and her kind would be sealed, never to be used unless three nations broke the accord together.

To enforce this, Sharath created the Council of the Unseen Hand, a neutral group of observers, oath-bound and magically tagged to report misuse.

But not all were convinced.

In secret, dissenters brewed. A radical scholar from Velkarth called the gun "the true god of this age." Rogue engineers whispered of reproducing Ashvara in hidden forges.

Even within Navaleon, some generals muttered that sharing innovation was weakness.

And so, even as the world cheered, Sharath knew:

"The thunder is silent now… but silence is never still."
