"Will you marry me?" These were the words that changed her life forever. Lillian never thought she would hear it after one impulsive decision.

After getting cheated on by the ones she loved and trusted the most, Lillian had never been the same again. 

Dating became a thing of the past and she focused solely on her career. 

Lillian worked like crazy to achieve her goals, but it eventually popped up that there was something missing in her life. She had not been in a relationship for too long, and when she finally decided to get out of her shell, as if it was a fateful encounter, she met him: Leonard, a bachelor who suddenly asked for marriage after one night together. He even offered a staggering deal when she refused his proposal.

Lillian just met him but she felt like they clicked well in their conversations.

“Mr. Leonard is dead!”

Lillian dropped the book she was reading as she heard the news. That was her husband’s name!

There’s a ton of people with the same name, but the face on the screen was truly her husband's!

She learned he was a multibillionaire. But now, he was dead, and Lillian was his wife.

"You have a nephew who's already married, and you're just 30?" Lillian inquired, since it surprised her.


Leo was too young to have nephews who were already married. Unless the said nephew married as a teen.


"Hahaha. Yes. It's one of my stepsiblings' first children. I have step-siblings with quite an age gap. So even though I did say he's my nephew, we're the same age. I'm just a few months older than him," Leo explained.


"J-just a few months?!" Lillian blinked twice. This was getting more and more shocking.
