Chapter 2 - 2

It could single-handedly stir up the muddy waters of the Imperial Capital, and it could also make it impossible for the major powers to pose a threat.

It was enough to see that Honest was far more dangerous than he appeared in the anime.

Without hesitation, Rivo opened the system and triggered his first free lottery draw.

Since he had come to this world, it was necessary to accept it—and choose the path and way of life he preferred.

[The first free draw is successful. Extracting…]

As the system's voice fell, a massive, glowing roulette wheel appeared in Rivo's mind, spinning rapidly.

Countless phantom silhouettes flickered across its surface, moving too fast for Rivo to see clearly. The rotation continued for over a minute before finally starting to slow.

Only then could he begin to make out some of the figures.

A man with short green hair, holding three katanas, with eyes sharp as an eagle—Roronoa Zoro, the future second-in-command of the Pirate King.

A tall, silver-haired figure with a crescent moon mark on his forehead and demonic patterns across his face—Sesshomaru, the Great Demon Slayer.

A majestic Blue-Eyes White Dragon, with shimmering blue-silver scales and cyan eyes.

Seeing these familiar silhouettes made Rivo's palms tremble slightly. His heart was pounding with excitement.

Whether it was Zoro, Sesshomaru, or the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, any of them could shake the world of Akame ga Kill. Each was powerful enough to help him turn the tide.

As the little Emperor, what Rivo urgently needed was power—true power to stand against Honest.

[Initial summon complete.]

The system's voice echoed again as the roulette finally slowed to a stop.

When it did, a brand-new figure came into view—not the noble Blue-Eyes White Dragon, not Sesshomaru.

Instead, it was someone with white-ash hair, rainbow-colored eyes, a carefree smile, and a golden fan gently fanning the air in his hand.

From the world of Demon Slayer, the second-highest ranked among the Twelve Kizuki…

[Congratulations, Host! You have summoned: Upper Moon Two – Doma.]

Information instantly flooded in:

[Name: Doma]

[Class: C-Rank Servant]

[Star Rank: ★]

[World: Demon Slayer – Upper Moon Two of the Twelve Kizuki]

[Abilities: Cryokinesis – Ice Blood Demon Art, Regeneration, Immortality]

Doma's appearance made Rivo pause in thought.

In terms of raw strength, the Upper Moons were terrifying. They could slaughter nearly any powerful figure in this world during the night. But they also had a fatal weakness—sunlight.

[Servants can be ranked up with Reputation Points.]

[Ranking up increases their strength and may eliminate weaknesses.]

[All reputation gained by summoned servants will be collected by the Host.]

The system seemed to read Rivo's concern and explained further.

Upon hearing that reputation could be gathered through his servants—and used to enhance them—Rivo's eyes lit up.

In the Twelve Kizuki, Doma was undeniably one of the most dangerous. His ability to manipulate ice and charm others made him a master manipulator and assassin—perfect for this treacherous palace.

Rivo tapped on the upgrade interface.

At two stars, Doma's abilities would strengthen considerably, and his regeneration would increase.

A one-star Doma could likely use 70% of his original strength. At two stars, he'd be nearly at full power.

At three stars, he could break his limitations—no longer vulnerable to sunlight or decapitation.

As for achieving true immortality, Rivo was cautious. After all, Akame ga Kill was a brutal world with entirely different rules and enemies. Some forces here might still be able to destroy even a full-powered demon.

But the problem now was simple: reputation points.

Upgrading Doma to two stars would cost 1,000 points. From two to three stars? A massive 5,000.

For Rivo right now, it was a price he couldn't afford.

He began exploring other features of the system.

Summoning from the same series—like the Twelve Kizuki—reduced the cost by half. Below Doma's profile, a new summon option appeared: [Twelve Kizuki – Exclusive Roulette].

For just 500 reputation points, he could summon another Upper Moon from the same faction.

A normal C-class servant would normally cost 1,000 points, so this was a bargain.

Upper Moons were all C-rank. Lower Moons were generally D-rank.

One Upper Moon for 500 points, or two Lower Moons for the same price?

Rivo didn't hesitate.

What were Lower Moons? Fodder that could be killed in a single attack. Even immortality wouldn't save them.

Upper Moons were in a completely different league.

Rivo spent the 500 points and activated the roulette again.

This time, the wheel was much smaller. The deduction stung a little—those points were precious—but this draw mattered more.

Six familiar figures rotated before him.

He began to pray silently. There were two demons he hoped to draw.

One was Kokushibo, the strongest swordsman of the Warring States era. The other was Nakime, whose space-warping ability would make Rivo untouchable inside the palace.

The wheel slowed.

The figure that appeared wasn't one… but two.

Upper Rank Six – Daki and Gyutaro.

Twin demons. Though ranked the lowest among the Upper Moons, their combined strength was nothing to scoff at.

[Servant Summoned: Daki & Gyutaro]

[Class: C-Rank Servants]

[Star Rank: ★]

[Abilities: Blood Scythe Technique, Eight-Layer Obi Art, Immortality]

On the whole, they were an excellent addition.

Though they weren't as powerful as Doma individually, the synergy between them and their sheer resilience gave Rivo a significant advantage.

More importantly—he had summoned two for the cost of one.

Rivo smiled faintly and whispered their names.

"Doma. Daki. Gyutaro."

In the blink of an eye, two figures emerged from the shadows, kneeling before him.

The real game... was about to begin.
