Chapter 2 - You have to compensate me for that my parrot!

Ten minutes later.

Li Hao finally returned to his building.

Li Hao's home was in a quasi-demolition area. The reconstruction of this urban village should be coming soon. There were no proper cement roads, nor street lamps. They had been talking about rebuilding it for ten years, but there hadn't been the slightest movement. Many landlords had already moved out. Seeing that there was no hope of demolition in the short term, they simply rented out their houses to earn some rent.

Li Hao was one of the tenants here.

A year ago, after the organization had an accident, Li Hao came to H City alone and settled down in this area. He usually had nothing to do, hanging out with a bunch of punks, bragging and chatting. At night, he would steal some valuable materials to exchange for money to go to the red-light district.

He never thought he would encounter such a thing today.

Casually parking his electric bike downstairs, he held the injured woman in one hand and carried the trunk full of cables in the other. As he went up, his breathing didn't even quicken a bit.

Kicking open the half-closed door, he threw the box in the corner, turned on the light casually, and laid the woman flat on the bed.

Only then did Li Hao get a clear look at the woman's face.

She was really beautiful. Under her willow-like eyebrows were a pair of楚楚可怜 eyes, a delicate and small nose, and a ruddy cherry mouth. She was definitely a top-notch beauty.

"Um..."

As if Li Hao had accidentally hurt her, the woman groaned in pain, subconsciously covering her lower abdomen with her hands. Fresh blood quickly flowed out, as if the wound had been torn open again.

Li Hao frowned, quickly walked to the side, took out a pair of scissors and a sharp scalpel from the cabinet, and along the woman's lower abdomen, he slowly cut open her clothes bit by bit.

Under the clothes, the bloody wound was still oozing blood. Against her fair skin, the wound looked even more terrifying.

Li Hao lit an alcohol lamp, held the scalpel over the flame to burn it for a while, then found a few ropes, tied the woman's hands and feet to the bedpost, took a deep breath to calm his heartbeat, and got ready to start.

The woman had obviously been shot.

Even for someone with Li Hao's background, removing a bullet wasn't a trivial matter. Tying her up was to prevent her from moving around later and ruining things.

The scalpel was already glowing red from the heat. Li Hao washed his hands with alcohol, held the scalpel, and all the playfulness was gone from his face. His eyes were calm and focused, fixed on the wound, not even noticing the beauty below her abdomen.

Taking a deep breath, Li Hao's scalpel quickly plunged into the wound, following the path of the injury. Despite the speed, he didn't hurt the woman at all, stopping exactly where the bullet was.

Li Hao's eyes turned fierce, he exerted force with his hand, hooked the scalpel, and pulled it out directly!

"Ah!"

With a痛苦的呻吟, the muscles in the woman's lower abdomen contracted tightly, and blood from the wound sprayed out, splattering Li Hao's face. If her hands and feet hadn't been tied, she would have probably fallen off the bed!

But at this moment, Li Hao had no time to think about that.

Ignoring the blood on his face, he picked up the prepared antiseptic cotton balls and quickly wiped the woman's wound. At the same time, he took out bandages with one hand and skillfully wrapped her up.

After going through this whole process, even Li Hao was covered in cold sweat.

The wound was in a sensitive area; one wrong move could cost a life.

Fortunately, even though he hadn't done this in a year, those deep-seated memories and skills were still there.

"Phew..." Li Hao let out a long breath, collapsed onto the floor, lying spread-eagled, looking at the dark roof, and muttered to himself, "If I had run into this a few months later, I probably wouldn't even remember how to do it."

As he spoke, there was a touch of bitterness in Li Hao's eyes.

Perhaps due to exhaustion, Li Hao, lying on the floor, fell asleep not long after.

Early the next morning.

The splashing sound of water in the bathroom woke Li Hao from his dream.

Having held it in all night, Li Hao was also quite desperate to go. He took off his pants while walking towards the bathroom.

But when he pushed open the door, Li Hao froze in his tracks.

Through the mist, the graceful curves of the girl's body were slender and shapely, with a curvy front and back. Through the mist, Li Hao could faintly see her alluring breasts, her plump buttocks, and the indistinct crevice between the two mounds of tender flesh.

The owner of this seductive body seemed to hear the sound of the door opening, and subconsciously turned her head. She saw Li Hao standing at the door, dumbfounded. It just so happened that Li Hao had just taken off his pants, and his little brother, which had raised its head in the morning, seemed to be showing off to her.

The woman's face turned red, and she felt angry. She wanted to kick that dirty thing to pieces with a split kick, but when she exerted force with her foot, it directly pulled the wound on her lower abdomen.

"Hiss!" The woman gasped, her facial features twitching from the severe pain.

Only then did Li Hao finally react. He quickly backed out of the bathroom and closed the door behind him.

This made the woman feel a little relieved.

At that moment, Li Hao's voice suddenly came through the door.

"You have a wound; you shouldn't take a bath."

The woman froze for a moment but didn't pay much attention to Li Hao's words. She frowned, but seeing Li Hao's expression, she guessed a little. Pouting, she said unhappily, "A bird let you see everything, and you still have complaints?"

"Oh my god! Who wanted to see you! How about I let you see everything, and you return my bird?" The more he talked, the sadder Li Hao became.

This was the only family member who had accompanied him this year! Now, for no reason, it was going to become someone's meal. How could he accept that?

Thinking of this, Li Hao couldn't help but shout hysterically, "Now my bird is gone, what are you going to use to compensate me?"

Faced with Li Hao's sudden outburst, the woman didn't care. She glanced at him disdainfully and teased, "Why don't you touch what's below you? Your little bird is still there, isn't it?"

Li Hao was slightly stunned, and subconsciously touched his little bird below. Then he realized.

So this woman was an old hand; she could even say such things.

He glared fiercely at the woman, pouted, squatted down, and stopped talking.

"My name is Su Xiaorou." Looking at Li Hao, the woman smiled charmingly and spoke softly, "What's your name? Thank you for saving me yesterday. Tell me, how much money do you want as a reward?"

"You have to compensate me for my bird first!"

Li Hao said angrily, his eyes wide open and his mouth puffed.
