Chapter 251 - LHW Chapter 251: Tour.

"Is this for pranking?"

After spitting out the bean residue, the pink-haired girl asked, pouting with her small canine teeth showing, "As a welcome ceremony, isn't this a bit too much? I thought you were a good person!"

"That's not it, Every Flavor Beans are just like that..." Asakura shook his head, "They have normal flavors like strawberry, melon, pepper, peach, beef, and orange, but also weird ones like boogers, glue, and lard.

As far as I know, there are a total of seven hundred flavors..."

He looked at Chihaya Anon curiously, "What flavor did you get?"

"Does such a thing really exist in the world...? I'm not quite sure what the specific flavor is..." Chihaya Anon said, looking at Asakura with suspicious eyes, "It tastes salty and fishy..."

"Oh, that's probably the taste of beetle eyes or boogers (the girl's expression became even uglier, and Asakura felt she probably wished she hadn't known the answer)."

Asakura picked up another brown bean from the bag, examining it carefully: "I think this one is probably toffee flavored, do you want to try it?"

The girl shook her head vigorously, firmly refusing.

So Asakura could only regretfully eat the bean himself.

"Oh... tripe flavor..." his face wrinkled, and he smacked his lips, "A bit strange, but acceptable."

Chihaya Anon had an expression that clearly said, 'Sure enough, this is a prank item, isn't it?'

Although there was still a large bag of Every Flavor Beans on the table, neither Asakura nor Chihaya Anon wanted to touch them for a while.

"It's about time to complete the task Hiratsuka-sensei assigned."

Asakura stood up, walking towards the door and casually asking, "Anon, where did you transfer from?"

"An all-girls school..." Chihaya Anon replied vaguely.

"Have you always attended all-girls schools? Then co-ed Soubu High School will definitely give you a different experience."

Asakura pretended not to notice her deliberate concealment and casually said, "Although romance isn't forbidden, it's best to be a bit discreet on campus.

The current Disciplinary Committee is quite strict, though it should get a bit better after the Student Council election."

After all, Amakusa Shino has always been very interested in romance and always has dirty jokes on her lips.

If the Disciplinary Committee still adhered to the iron-blooded style of President Nijima's administration, the first thing they would do is overthrow Amakusa Shino...

"I'm not interested in romance... Ah, I can't say completely uninterested, but compared to that, I feel it's better to have some other pursuits."

Chihaya Anon echoed, "Like a band or something... that feels very youthful. Does Soubu High School have student bands?"

"Yes, we do, but we are primarily a college-preparatory school, so the standard of the school bands is actually quite average."

Other students might not know much about this, but Asakura happened to be involved in the preparation of the Founders' Festival, and this year's Founders' Festival reform was aimed at accommodating student groups unable to perform at the school festival, so Asakura had some understanding of it.

"If Anon just wants to play in a band casually, that's fine, but if you plan to seriously compete, or even hold live performances, I suggest finding band members at other schools."

"...Wouldn't not forming a band on campus be completely meaningless?" Chihaya Anon muttered softly, simply wanting to be the center of attention.

"What?" Asakura didn't hear her words clearly.

"Nothing... Besides that, are there any other more interesting activities?" The girl immediately displayed a perfect smile, clearly practiced to a considerable degree.

"Soubu High School is quite supportive of clubs; even the old school building has become the club building... which is this building we are in now."

Asakura introduced, "The building covers almost all common arts and culture clubs you can imagine."

This was after President Nijima had cut a bunch of chaotic clubs; before that, it was truly a free-for-all.

"If you want to join an athletics club, you'll have to go to the sports field. If you're interested, I can take you to see that too."

Asakura said as he led the way for the girl, "Additionally, the gym also has girls' volleyball and girls' basketball clubs."

"I'm not confident in my physical abilities; I'd really prefer just arts and culture clubs..." Chihaya Anon said without hesitation.

"I see. Since you're interested in bands, let's start with the Light Music Club.

However, it's still lunchtime, so you probably won't see much proper club activity.

You'd best not have too high expectations." Asakura explained to Chihaya Anon.

After all, most club activities only start after school.

"Isn't that Asakura? What are you doing here?" Just as they were about to go up the stairs, a beautiful girl with long black hair suddenly appeared at the stair landing.

She looked at Asakura, then at Chihaya Anon behind him, with a slightly surprised expression.

Then she quickly came up to Asakura and patted his shoulder, "Although Asakura-kun is in the prime of his energetic youth, you should still pay attention to your body..."

"What nonsense are you talking about...?" Asakura slapped her hand off his shoulder and introduced her to the somewhat bewildered pink-haired girl beside him: "This is Amakusa Shino, the Vice President of the Soubu High School Student Council."

"Nice to meet you, President Amakusa..." Chihaya Anon greeted Amakusa Shino warmly.

"Nice to meet you?" Amakusa Shino tilted her head, then realized, "Oh... you're that transfer student! I remember your name is..."

"Chihaya Anon Desu~" The pink-haired girl struck a cute pose.

"I see... So Asakura-kun is doing this..." Amakusa Shino nodded understandingly.

"That's right, I'm just entrusted by Hiratsuka-sensei—" Before Asakura could finish his sentence, Amakusa Shino, with an 'I understand everything' expression, interjected, "To think he's already made a move on someone who just transferred to Soubu High School.

As expected of the Wolf of Soubu High!"

"Would you listen to me?!" A vein throbbed on Asakura's forehead.

"No, before that, what's with that weird nickname?! And transfer student over there, don't believe such ridiculous talk!"

"It's okay, I trust you very much, Asakura..." Chihaya Anon said solemnly.

"Saying that after deliberately keeping a two-meter safe distance from me has no persuasive power at all!"
