Astraya blushed, muttering, "No, no, no, ma'am. I'm just a normal girl."
The man, who was built like a bull, chuckled. "Normal? Hmmm, that's not normal. I didn't start learning mana until I was fourteen."
Astraya and I looked genuinely perplexed. We knew we had awoken our mana early, but hearing that the brown-haired lady was seventeen when she awoke hers and the pierced woman was nineteen put our timeline into perspective.
The brown-haired lady clapped her hands together. "Alright, young lady, you must be very tired. You used a lot of mana; I can tell by the way you're breathing." She gently patted Astraya's head. "Don't worry, we'll take good care of you."
The girl with the piercing then asked, "So, which one of you is the older sibling?"
I immediately replied, and she reached out, pressing my cheeks. "Awwwn, you're so cute with the black hair! What are you two's names?" she asked, clearly interested.
"Astraga Fula," I told them.
