The ground cracked beneath the Ark Harbinger's feet. The creature let out a mechanical roar that shook the air.
Soldiers scrambled to hold the line. Energy bullets bounced off its thick armor. One soldier launched a missiles

It exploded against the Harbinger's chest, but the monster barely staggered.

The Harbinger swung one of its huge arms down.

Liu Feng rolled aside, slicing at its leg.

The cut left a shallow mark.
"Tough skin," he muttered.
The monster spun, roaring, and fired a sonic pulse.
BOOM!
A shockwave rippled out. The ground trembled. Liu Feng was thrown backward.

He flipped midair, landing on his feet.
"Now I'm mad."

His body spun like a tornado, slicing into the creature's side.

Then he activated Void Cloak. His body turned almost invisible, surrounded by dark mist.

The Harbinger turned wildly, trying to find him. It fired an energy beam at the sky, missing completely.
Soldiers in the distance cheered. "He's winning!"

Turrets popped out from the wall and began firing, but the Harbinger raised a pulse shield. The bullets ricocheted harmlessly.
Liu Feng narrowed his eyes.
"He's trying to destroy the base before I kill him."
He ran up a nearby tower and leaped.
Midair, he activated his new skill:

His spinning form turned into a dark whirlwind of blades.

Then… it exploded.

Flames shot into the sky. Metal parts rained down.
