Zen, once hailed as the world’s most respected VR and mobile gamer, was invited by a mysterious new gaming corporation to try their debut title and leave a glowing review.

In retaliation, the game’s mysterious system drags him into the virtual world of ArcadiaX, trapping him inside the body of the weakest NPC imaginable.

With no cheats, no power-ups, and no real understanding of the game’s mechanics beyond his one loss, Zen must claw his way through portal breaks, deadly beasts, brutal dungeons, and warring clans — all while being marked as a bug and hunted by the system itself.

To escape, Zen must rise from an F-rank Reaver to SSS-Rank legend, survive dungeons, beast outbreaks, clan wars, and a world that wants him dead — and defeat the Game Lord controlling everything.

Okay! Time to dive into the rankings — both for Reavers and Beasts.


Instead of the overused "Hunters," I decided to call dungeon explorers and beast-fighting warriors Reavers. Sounds cooler, right?


These are the people who risk their lives clearing dungeons, fighting monsters, and saving humanity from chaos.


There are 10 official Reaver ranks, used by all clans worldwide:


Reavers earn Merit Points (MP) from completing quests. Each mission has a rank, and the higher the difficulty, the more MP it gives:


To ascend ranks, you must hit a certain MP milestone:


Beasts also have their own power classification — a total of 9 ranks:


The higher the beast rank, the more dangerous and rare they become.


Reavers use a special energy system called the Essence Veil.


Veil is the ability/skill awakened from that energy.


Reavers who awaken their Veil are called the Awakened.


You'll learn more about this in the story — it's a major plot point.
