Within the System's interface, the familiar scene returned as the blind box opened, with countless lines of incomprehensible code flying past Luis.
Just as before, Luis simply closed his eyes, then abruptly reached out and grabbed one of the lines.
"Ding... Congratulations, Host. You have obtained the item: Time Stopper (thirty minutes)."
Hearing this, Luis's mind instantly went blank. What the hell kind of item was this?
"Ding... Item: Time Stopper (thirty minutes): When activated, time across the entire world stops. The Host can do as he pleases, but the consequences of his actions will persist and will not revert to their original state after the item's effect ends."
"Ding... Item Benefit: The Host may select one living being to remain unaffected by the time stop for the duration, allowing it to function normally during those thirty minutes."
