Bella chuckled and said, "Actually, I don't dislike eating ostrich meat. I guess that's a bit disappointing for you."
"It's just a little hard to tell, that's all."
"You're overthinking it. The food abroad is all over the place. Never mind those heavy-flavored things like fermented seabirds, but a lot of protected species end up as delicacies on tables over there."
"Even an ostrich would turn its nose up at that 'white people food' stuff. Not many people with study-abroad experience are picky eaters."
After reserving a private room, Bella picked up the menu and said with practiced ease, "I've actually eaten here quite a bit, but I always get delivery. I rarely come to the restaurant itself."
"I'll have the kimchi set meal, one plate of hand-torn beef, one spicy Ostrich meat and tofu hot pot, and one mixed three-shred salad, thank you."
