Chapter 4 - THE FIGHT

Although his armor concealed his face, UCREAJ was clearly surprised. He thought:

"God… he's truly skilled with his powers. If I weren't wearing this armor, I'd probably be the one to lose the fastest..."

He finished the thought, lowering his head and staring at his hands, completely covered by sacred metal that didn't leave a single millimeter exposed.

While everyone stood stunned by what had just happened, the Seer remained calm. He had foreseen the outcome and thus gave it little importance. In fact, he stood farther away from the others. In his mind, one truth echoed: he was the closest being to the god of time, and for that reason, he chose to stay out of it.

Then PCREAK spoke up:

—Well, I think we should move on to the second round... —he said, though his voice betrayed a fear poorly disguised.

—How about Gemini and Sagittarius versus the Assassin? —proposed UCREAJ, glancing toward the Devastator.

But before anyone could answer, a voice cut through the air:

—I think I'd rather fight them myself.

It was the Seer. He walked to the center of the arena, releasing an aura so powerful it sent chills down everyone's spines.

—What's wrong, PCREAK? Not afraid of losing again, are you? —he added mockingly.

The provocation lit PCREAK's fury, and he nearly attacked him, had it not been for Gemini's intervention.

—We're gonna break that future you're so proud of, you arrogant bastard —said Gemini with a sneer, making provocative gestures.

Tension filled the air. UCREAJ raised his hand and gave the signal to begin. Sagittarius and Gemini took battle stances.

The Seer, unfazed, pulled out two dolls.

—These will be enough. —His arrogance was as evident as it was unsettling.

Sagittarius teleported behind him, but the Seer dodged with ease, using one of the dolls to strike and send him flying. The doll briefly took on the shape of Sagittarius's armor, but didn't complete the transformation.

Meanwhile, Gemini split into two forms: one with wings, the other with horns. However, both were easily repelled by a single energy burst. The winged one disintegrated into dust upon impact.

—So you already know our abilities, huh? —said the remaining Gemini, whose helmet bore both horns and wings—he was the real one.

—Try to figure it out yourself. If I explain it, it loses all charm. —The Seer replied, turning his back to him.

The Seer slowly approached Sagittarius. The silence grew so dense it foretold the end. Just as it seemed he would finish him off, a rope entangled Sagittarius, and the Seer was hit by a volley of arrows. Yet he didn't even try to dodge them, taking the full impact. Then, Gemini appeared behind the unmoving Seer and patted him on the shoulder.

—Now what, bastard? —he asked smugly, thinking he had won.

—Just read my mind. —replied the Seer with a hidden smile.

Gemini, hesitant but curious, did so… and heard:

"Since you copy abilities... why didn't you copy a new brain? You're so ridiculous you didn't consider that with my vision of the future, I already knew what you'd do. Look at the doll I'm holding."

Gemini's blood ran cold. He looked down and saw that the doll in the Seer's hand had transformed into an exact replica of himself. In that moment, the Seer crushed the doll, and Gemini spat blood, collapsing to the ground.

The other doll, now identical to Sagittarius, delivered a kick... which was mirrored on the real Sagittarius.

The Seer walked away without turning around and said:

—Next time, don't think you're more than what you really are.

And without giving them time to recover, he stared directly at PCREAK:

—And you… don't even think about backing out yet.

These simple words sent a shiver through both PCREAK and UCREAJ.

Meanwhile, Gemini, still conscious, managed to catch one last fleeting thought:

"I have to assert myself... if not, the great wa..."

But the connection was severed; the Seer had vanished from sight, which was essential for reading thoughts.

UCREAJ stepped in again, regaining control:

—Alright, who's next? The Assassin versus who?

PCREAK remained silent. But one of his commanders spoke up defiantly:

—Since they're six and we're ten, this time it'll be three of ours.

Arms crossed, he added:

—Taurus, Virgo, and Cancer. You're up.

The four stepped forward. UCREAJ signaled the start of the match. Yet his eyes still held resentment toward PCREAK, who, humiliated, couldn't speak. That shame planted a seed of hatred—one that would eventually bloom into revenge.

Virgo summoned her weapon: an ancient book. Taurus called forth his white mass, which quickly formed into a massive axe. Cancer, for his part, wielded a staff carved from blue coral.

The Assassin simply smiled... as a cannon emerged from his left shoulder.
