Chapter 3 - "Upgrades"

*Uhhhh…..Where am I ? I can't see anything. I do hear some voices but I can't tell whose voices they are.*

"He's waking up!...Quick! put him on sedatives now!!!!" Said a military officer in a feminine voice.

"Hurry up!, we can't afford him waking up right now, we need more information and resources from him once he wakes up we won't be able to do anything !"

"YES! Major we know! Now cut us some slack, we're on it!!" Said another officer in a masculine voice while pulling a whole gallon of 'alprazolam', in order to put Ash back to sleep.

They replaced Ash's previous tank with a new one of 'alprazolam', They had a 12 hour cycle of it to be replaced and reset his dosage so that he wouldn't wake up as quickly as he did. The reason they did this was not just to keep him there but also whenever he woke up from his comatose state there reading machines would go haywire, showing the results of a dead or dying patient.

While the actuality of it was whenever Ash woke up, His body was simply hyperventilating, at least according to his own hypothesis which he was able to conclude while the drugs to knock him out again took action. This was possible since the Drugs took at least a whole minute to kick-in to be exact-60 seconds.

"I'm guessing that this guy is building his immunity to the drugs. We need to increase the dosage, quickly, otherwise he might end up waking up and killing himself right off the bat. We need to find a way to wake him up but slowly otherwise we'll be the one's killing him off." Said the female Major, while pacing the room. While thinking of a way to explain to her superiors about why the military is being targeted by pharmaceutical companies about the increasing disappearance of 'alprazolam' drug, not just 1-2 gallons per 2-3 months but 60 gallons going missing per day. This was something that not even the president of the United States could do without being apprehended for it.

3 Hours later…

Ash had been knocked unconscious after being injected over 1.5 gallons of 'alprazolam', but yet his body was able move on its own, Ash didn't know this since he was subjugated to amnesia, but his body and his mind had a safeguard…..and it was on the move to neutralize the threat that was keeping the body unconscious.
