Chapter 60 - I don’t think I like him

"Come on, we are here, you will be happy and you will not think about the man next door because he is not here, and you will enjoy yourself."

 

"Did you know he liked me?" I whispered as he stood by his door.

 

"Everyone can see it." Natalie smiled when the door opened and I placed a fake smile on my face as we walked in.

 

I came home to find Natalie getting ready and yelling to ask where I had been, then she informed me about the lunch we are having with Sebastine in his home, we had this scheduled a week ago, and now it felt wrong being here in his home.

 

As we walked further in, the place reminded me a lot of Luca, and his mansion, and I always wondered why someone like Sebastine, so wealthy would own a stupid apartment complex, and never thought of giving it basic renovations like maybe fixing the laundry room.

 

"Smile," Natalie said again and I did. I wish I were not here but I had to, I can't let her do this alone.
