Chapter 68 - She has to leave

Olivia's POV…

 

"I can't do this anymore," I whispered. A tear slipped out of my eyes, I felt my feet sting with pain and more tears streamed down my cheek, Luca wasted no time in carrying me into his arms and he led me out of the place, even faster than I had thought.

 

My heart racing against my chest and his raced even faster, he glanced at me for a second.

 

Luca didn't stop even when I didn't hear them anymore, I knew they were far and we came far along yet he didn't stop, he kept on running until I saw a car, that stood beside the tree, it felt cold, and the car I had seen before.

 

"You didn't- I never asked them not to come, I was going tomorrow morning and I am glad I didn't." He said and I smiled, I felt a wave of relief wash over me as he took us toward the car.

My head rested against his chest, my feet still aching from the pain when I saw flames up in the sky through the window.
