Chapter 66 - Chapter 66 Massive Gold, Ringing the Golden Bell

After dealing with the Sky Island's ruler, Yun Lie waved his hand, and the ground full of treasures and precious items, as if pulled by an invisible force, transformed into streams of light and vanished into the space he controlled.

Seeing this, Gan Fall knew very well what to look at and what not to look at, so he simply closed his eyes and stood calmly in place.

Just as he returned to the Golden City, Shandora, Nami, Karina, and the other women were gathered around a massive golden pillar.

The golden pillar was 10 meters in diameter and 60 meters tall, its surface carved with ancient and mysterious patterns, emitting a dazzling light under the sun's rays, as if it were a scepter left behind by a god.

"Yun Lie, I really want this big pillar! It's so big, so long, so thick, I love it!"

Nami's eyes lit up as she excitedly threw herself into Yun Lie's arms, her voice filled with joy and longing.

She was already fantasizing about how she could live a prosperous life with all that gold.

Although the other women didn't speak, the fervent anticipation in their eyes was no less than Nami's; their gazes were fixed on the golden pillar, as if they could already see the wonderful life that wealth would bring.

"Haha, watch me!" Yun Lie smiled, stroked Nami's hair, and then drew Sandai Kitetsu.

The moment the blade left its sheath, a cold gleam flashed, and a silver-white sword light, like a nimble swimming dragon, weaved and darted, quickly sweeping across the golden pillar.

With a crisp cutting sound, the massive golden pillar was instantly cut into dozens of neatly shaped gold blocks.

Immediately after, another light flashed, and ripples spread through space, and the gold blocks on the ground were instantly collected into space.

Then, Yun Lie took out several faintly glowing bags, their surfaces adorned with strange runes: "These are temporary spatial bags I made. Everyone, pair up and put the gold you find into them."

He patiently explained that these bags could connect to his space, making it convenient to carry large quantities of items, but they would consume all spatial power after three hours and revert to ordinary cloth bags.

The women quickly formed teams: Nami and Mikita formed one group.

Karina and Nojiko formed one group.

Little Kong, Xiao Mei, and Mitsuri formed one group.

Robin and Yun Lie formed one group.

Yun Lie then looked at Robin: "Robin, hold onto me. I'll take you to a good place."

"Is Captain Yun Lie so impatient?" Robin's lips curled into a playful smile as she slowly approached, teasing him.

Her dark hair swayed gently with her steps, like silk floating in the night sky.

Yun Lie retorted in exasperation, "The more books you read, the more things you think about. Hold on tight." With that, he directly put his arm around her waist.

The next moment, space twisted, and their figures instantly vanished from their original spot.

When they reappeared, a colossal golden bell stood before them.

The bell's body was carved with exquisite patterns, each line seemingly telling an ancient story, the marks of time adding a sense of weight and solemnity to it.

"At the very bottom of the bell, there's a Poneglyph that records the 'Void Century.' How about it, do you like it?"

Yun Lie pointed to the massive stone at the base of the bell, covered in ancient script, his voice tinged with anticipation.

Robin instantly froze, her breathing becoming rapid. Her eyes were fixed on the Poneglyph, as if she had found a long-sought treasure.

Compared to the Poneglyph rubbings Yun Lie had given her before, this true Poneglyph before her was the goal she had pursued for years. "This... this is really..." She was so excited she was incoherent, her hands trembling slightly.

"Go and study it. I'll go collect the gold nearby." Yun Lie patted her shoulder and turned to leave.

Robin watched his retreating back, her eyes full of gratitude: "Arigato, Yun Lie-kun."

Then, she composed herself and began to concentrate fully on studying the Poneglyph before her, her fingers gently tracing the ancient characters, as if conversing with history.

It wasn't until night fell, with stars dotting the Sky Island's sky, that everyone gathered at the Golden Bell.

Although Shandora was not small, with everyone's abilities and seamless cooperation, almost all the gold in the entire Golden City had been collected.

"Cover your ears, I'm going to ring the Golden Bell!" Yun Lie reminded them.

Everyone quickly took out earplugs and carefully protected their ears.

"Dong!"

As Yun Lie struck the bell with a powerful punch, the Golden Bell unleashed a deafening sound.

The bell's sound spread like thunder, its sound waves penetrating layers of clouds; it was clearly heard throughout Sky Island, in Mock Town below, and even in more distant seas.

Wherever the bell's sound reached, it drew the attention and shock of countless people.

......

Inside the Cloud Hidden Village of the Shandia tribe, the people holding a tribal meeting instantly froze when they heard the bell.

The chief and the older tribesmen were even in tears—this was the sound of the Golden Bell they had guarded for generations!

"Tribesmen, the Golden Bell has rung! We accept the conditions of God Gan Fall!" the chief shouted excitedly.

........

In Mock Town, inside the Saruyama Alliance Salvage Team headquarters, Masira, Shoujou, and Mont Blanc Cricket, several grown men, embraced each other, weeping uncontrollably.

This bell's sound proved that their ancestors were not liars; the years of infamy they had borne were finally washed away at this moment.

........

Meanwhile, in a tavern, a young man whose arm could transform into a spring put down his drink and muttered to himself, "Golden City, dreams, they're all mine!"
