Chapter 30 - Turn 30: The Truth of Everything! Battling for Yukina's Freedom!

"Well damn, he was blown out of existence… no bones, no scraps of cloth, nothing…" Wally said as he and Oogumo watched the footage he was able to get, of Ryo eviscerating PaniK using Cyber End Dragon. To say that the gang leader was in shock and awe of what he had witnessed was an understatement. He was glad and relieved that he was not on the receiving end of such a devastating attack.

Oogumo however was left intrigued. He had always known this so-called Real Solid Vision was potent, but to actually be able to kill people is something that he could use to his advantage. The potential and possibilities of what this technology was capable of was endless. If he could use it to further goals, he could be one step closer to realizing it.

He soon got up to leave the surveillance room.

"What's gotten you spooked, boss?" The gang leader asked.

"Have your minions watch the place while I'm away." The spider-masked man said, "It's time I claim what's rightfully mine…"

"Sure. Good as done." Wally shrugged. "And uh… about that other thing we talked about?"

He was soon tossed several cards by Oogumo, making the gang leader smirk.

"It took a while to find suitable copies, but you will find it to be well worth it once you face off against your rival." Oogumo chuckled.

"Heh, I'm looking forward to it." Wally scoffed with a sadistic grin.

With this, Oogumo left Wally to his own devices and walked on towards another part of his base of operations. He soon found himself standing in front of a pair of metallic doors, sliding open once he was close enough. Inside was a laboratory filled with all sorts of equipment that only a mad scientist would have.

"How is the conversion process?" He asked the main computer.

"Information: The process of injecting pure Duel Energy into Subject A-Z and Subject Lightlord has been going smoothly." The computer informed him, "Shall we begin the conversion process for Subject Six Warlord?"

"Negative. Wallace's intel gathering is far too precious for us to forgo in favor of another conversion. We cannot risk losing our eyes and ears to the outside world for now." Oogumo stated, "Besides, once these two regain consciousness, two will be all that we need."

"Affirmative." The computer signed off on before returning to monitor David and Reggie, but in medical gowns and trapped in what looked to be liquid containers that kept them in suspended animation. Tubes of varying kinds were pumping white and purple energy into them.

"To think, we can harness the power of the varying summoning methods into pure energy." He said as he looked over the two, "Soon, everything will fall to my might!"

He then looked over to another part of the lab and approached the wall. This particular part of said wall had the captured Yukina cuffed to it. She was barely conscious; no doubt that she had once again been tortured by this madman.

"Isn't that right… Dr. Shiryuu?" Oogumo smiled knowingly.

Yukina was able to barely lift her head up, glaring at him defiantly.

"Hmhmhmhmhm, still resisting after everything I've put you through?" Oogumo chuckled in amusement. "Quite the resilient woman you are. No wonder you defied me the first time around. I must say, I admittedly like that about you."

He then began to tap away at his tablet, monitoring the seven types of summoning energy reserves he had in his base, "Sadly, upholding your principles of morality can only do so much."

"My son and my husband… will stop you…" Yukina murmured.

"I'd like to see them try. Because it is only a matter of time before I take what is rightfully mine. And it will be all the sweeter, when I finally break you."

With a wolfish grin underneath his mask, he turned his attention back to the footage, specifically on Kuromu's defiant gaze.

After returning from the Abandoned Dorm, they immediately went to the infirmary to be taken care of Ayukawa-sensei. To say that Ayukawa wasn't surprised by their sudden appearance was an understatement. In fact, while it's understandable that there would be casualties, it was starting to become annoying.

"So, all that's left is Manjoume, right guys?" Judai asked Sho and Rex as all three of them were on lined-up medical beds. Sho and Rex were definitely unamused by the Elemental HERO's joke.

"Dude, you almost died there." Rex snarled frankly, "I thought I was going to have a heart attack, man!" He then grabbed a nearby crutch and smacked Judai's plastered leg.

"Ow, ow! Okay, sorry." Judai apologized.

"If he could crack jokes, then I'd say he's well on his way to recovering." Jun said, crossing his arms with a hint of deadpan in his voice.

"Clearly." The mutt groaned as he slumped back into his bed, "Least my spine isn't conspiring to go on strike anymore."

"Speaking of, never thought your brother would have the guts to… well, you know…" Judai said to Sho.

"Y-Yeah. I… I didn't know he could be that… ruthless." He gulped.

"And it almost border lined on Spirit Bond too." Rex added, "When we saw him stacking those Limiter Removals, his eyes flicker with electricity."

"You could tell?" Judai asked.

"It was there but thankfully not full-on like everyone else we've seen." Rex confirmed, "And I can say that from experience."

"I don't want to see that… ever again." Sho muttered.

"Same, same…" Jun agreed.

"Mmmm…!" Kuromu grunted in pain as Asuka wrapped the bandages over his shoulder wound, tightening it up. Ayukawa did her best to apply medical treatment on his wound before bandaging it. She instructed Asuka to clean the wound, then apply antibiotics and a layer of petroleum jelly, before changing the bandages every few hours or so.

"Relax, Kuro. This will only take a bit." Asuka sighed.

"I'm trying. It just hurts- ergh!" Kuromu grunted again. "Haaaaaaa… ugh, this sucks…"

"You should have thought of that when you pulled that arrow out yourself." The Obelisk Queen pointed out.

"Trust me, I knew what I signed up for. I'm the one with the most experience when it comes to Games of Darkness, remember?" Kuromu reminded her. Once Asuka was finished, he carefully laid back down on his bed. "Haaaaaaa… I won't be using this arm for a while."

He then noticed the flash drive on his nightstand, which Asuka also noticed.

"Still thinking about your mother?" She asked.

"Yeah…" Kuromu trailed off, before looking back up at the ceiling. That was until a memory popped up, "Come to think of it, there was something that always bothered me about Kaa-san. Why did she never talk about the days before she met Tou-chan?"

"What do you mean?" Asuka asked, as Kuromu turned his head to look at her.

"I mean… she always talked about how he met him, but never before that." Kuromu pointed out. "It didn't occur to me at the time, but… given what's happening these past several months, I'm starting to think that she's hiding something from me."

"You do have a point." Asuka agreed, as Kuromu looked out the window.

'Kaa-san, what happened before you met Tou-chan?' He thought. He then looked towards the flash drive once more, before sitting up and taking the flash drive into his hand.

"Kuro? What are you doing?" Asuka asked as the Rider Duelist stood up.

"I think now's the right time to see what's in this thing." he said as he took out his Duel Pilot and was about to put the USB into it.

"Kuro, wait." Asuka said, prompting him to stop. "Are you really sure you want to do this?"

"Why shouldn't I?" Kuromu asked, mildly shocked that she, of all people, would stop him from learning the truth.

"As much as I want to see what's in there, we're still under threat from the Seven Stars. What would happen if one of them stole your Duel Pilot and used the data inside for themselves?" she pointed out.

Asuka had a point as right now, the only Seven Star he knew the face of was Wally; and given all that Rex told him about, there's a good chance that he might either use that data for himself, or pass it on to his boss for an even worse outcome.

Kuromu clenched the flash drive in his hand. "It's just…"

"I know…" Asuka trailed off as she sat him down on the bed and held his hand with her own. "You have every right to know the truth. I'm just asking you to hold off on it for now, at least until we're out of danger."

"I… I guess you're right…" The Rider Duelist regretfully agreed. "I'm sorry…"

"You have nothing to apologize for." Asuka assured him, gently wrapping her arm around his shoulders. "When the time is right, we'll find out the truth… together…"

Meanwhile, Samejima was watching over the previous four defeated Seven Star Duelists, and how his chosen Spirit Key Holders both real and fake, dealt with the Decks of those powerful Duelists. However, he found himself re-watching the duel between Asuka and Reggie.

'Hm… to think that a method like Synchro Summoning exists…' he thought to himself, 'Was there a test of this kind of monster done by KaibaCorp America?'

*RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING! RIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING!*

"Yes?" Samejima asked, after picking up the phone before…

["Explain yourself now!"]

Samejima flinched, backing away from the phone after hearing the other end of the line.

"Uh, Kaiba-san. Good morning, sir." he greeted his boss. "To what do I owe the pleasure of-"

["Spare me the pleasantries, Samejima!"] Kaiba snarled coldly. ["My scientists have detected traces of Synchro energy on the island! That technology is still in its early phases due to the immense feedback loop it could cause on the Duel Disk!"]

Samejima cleared his throat. "Yes, about that. My staff and I have investigated the c and came to the conclusion that there was a massive error on that particular Duel Disk's programming."

["Hmph, it does line up with the reading itself being irregular…"] Kaiba recalled. ["Regardless, I can't emphasize enough that this technology must be kept secret at all costs. You do realize the repercussions it may bring if word is leaked out to the public."]

"Yes, of course, sir. I'll be sure to keep this under wraps." he affirmed. With that, the call was cut off. Samejima let out a tired sigh and sat back in his chair.

The principal was left conflicted, how did Reggie not only have access to such an experimental summoning technique, but have a Duel Disk built to withstand the force of such a method?

The more he thought about it, the more he started to realize something that had been bothering him for quite a while. All of this insanity began when Oogumo arrived on Academia island. From the arrival of America's two top students, to the mysterious PaniK returning.

Could it be Oogumo was the catalyst to all of this?

'No… No, there has to be more to it than this…' Samejima pondered in thought.

However for now, he should count his blessings that the snake-masked man had not attacked the island in a long while. At the very least, he was preoccupied with keeping Kuromu's mother alive by keeping her hostage.

"Wait… Yukina-san…" he muttered.

The gears started turning in his head. Claiming that Oogumo was the catalyst to all of this, wasn't quite accurate. Granted, he had been the bane of Kuromu's existence since the start of the school year.

No, even before that.

His thoughts went back to when Kuromu was being investigated for trespassing the Abandoned Dorm. It had to be connected to Yukina somehow. For one reason or another, Oogumo had been targeting Kuromu for something that involved his mother. Those answers lie in the flash drive that he had on hand.

Kyoshiro instructed his son to keep it safe no matter what. Given the events, it's most likely that Yukina gave that device to her husband for their son to safeguard.

Just then the doors to his office opened, and lo and behold, Kyoshiro and Tsukasa had walked in.

"Did you call for us, principal?" the elder Kururugi asked.

"Yes." Samejima said as the two approached his desk. "First off, how are the students?"

"They're doing fine after last night. Pretty beat up though." the dimensional Rider mentioned.

"I'm not surprised given what those three went through…" Samejima sighed, "And what of the Kaiser's state of mind?"

"He's stable for the most part. A little shell shocked about what he just did, but I think he'll be fine." Tsukasa hoped.

"I see…"

"You're not… going to press charges, are you?" Kyoshiro frowned.

"No. Frankly, he did the world a favor as far as I'm concerned. But that's not the point." Samejima said frankly, before turning his full attention to Kyoshiro. "Kururugi-san, there's something I must address to you."

"About what exactly?"

Samejima frowned sadly, "There's something that's been bothering me for quite a while. And I'm afraid it has something to do with your wife."

The elder Kururugi was left conflicted, "What's this about her?"

The principal sighed, "I may have an inkling as to why Oogumo is doing all this." He then looked at Kyoshiro seriously. "But I need to confirm my suspicions with you first. Given what you and your son have been through, by no means am I accusing your family for these events, but I know that you're hiding something from us. Something crucial and vital." he said with a stern glare at the elder Kururugi.

Tsukasa had a very sour dry look on his face, "Yare yare…"

"Kururugi-san, I need you to tell me everything about your wife. And please… do not leave anything out." he asked calmly, "Because if you don't, then there's a chance that we could all be doomed."

Kyoshiro could only clench his fist. Though, in all honesty, part of him knew that it would lead up to this moment.

"Alright, I'll tell you." he finally relented.

"Kyoshiro, are you sure about this?" Tsukasa asked.

"At this point, I don't have a choice." Kyoshiro said. He then looked at the Principal. "All I ask is that you do not tell my son about this."

Samejima looked surprised. "Why would you not tell him? Doesn't he deserve to know the truth?"

"He has every right to. But… I don't know if he can handle who his mother used to be." Kyoshiro gritted. "And besides, this is something he needs to find out on his own. He needs to know the truth without any help. That's partly the reason why I gave him that flash drive. To test whether or not he's ready to face the truth on his own."

"I see…" Samejima said, taking the information in. With a sigh, he narrowed his eyes. "Very well. Tell me everything."

At the infirmary…

As Misawa, Koji, and Fubuki talked with Jun, Asuka and Rika with Judai, and the Marufuji brothers discussed, Kuromu turned towards the mutt who noticed his harrowed look.

"What's eating at you?" Rex asked.

Kuromu remained silent for a moment, before relenting, "Just… thinking about Kaa-san…"

"You still worried about her?" the mutt assumed, "I mean come on dude, what child wouldn't be-"

"I'm worried that she and Tou-chan are hiding something from me."

That got the mutt's mouth shut as his lazy attitude went serious.

"…what?"

"Think about it Rex. All of this insanity started the moment Kaa-san was kidnapped, right?"

"I can see where you're coming from. Oogumo wouldn't have stolen her if she didn't have something to do with him." the mutt recalled, "What, you think your mom owes Oogumo something in that drive of yours?"

"That's what it's always been. She stole something from Oogumo, he wants it back, she says no, so he goes after Tou-chan and I to get it back."

"Hm… Gimme the drive." the mutt said as he took out his Duel Pilot while swiping the drive from Kuromu, "There's gotta be something on here that we're missing."

"Wait, what are you-"

The mutt soon placed the drive into his Duel Pilot… and was left confused by what he saw.

"What the…?"

"What? What is it?"

"Scrambled." the mutt said, "The data looks pretty encrypted, blowfish encryption by the looks of it. No way a dumbass like me would figure it out. Hell, Misawa likely wouldn't be able to crack it." He then gave the drive back.

Kuromu groaned. "Seriously? I thought there was actually something there…"

"Well there is. We just need someone to decrypt it." the mutt pointed out, "Given how easily that thing's been taken, I wasn't surprised that your mom would put some kind of program to protect the data here."

"Ugh, great…" Kuromu looked even more frustrated. "The mystery keeps piling up…"

"I don't follow." Rex raised an eyebrow.

"Kaa-san never told me anything about her life before meeting Tou-chan. It's like… she was purposely avoiding answering that."

"Well, and this is me drawing from experience, that must mean she's said or done something she must have regretted hard." Rex answered.

"But how is that-"

"Listen. The point is, whatever she did back then, she's not making that mistake again. Oogumo was her target, yes, but she must have intentionally allowed herself to be captured to protect you. I mean, does any parent need a reason to protect their children?"

Kuromu took a moment to think about that. "Well… when you put it like that… I can't argue…"

"Oi, Kuro! Asuka-chan and I are heading to the cafeteria to grab a bite! Wanna come?" Rika called out.

"You should go, man." Rex said.

"Huh?"

"Come on, you're only a kid once." The mutt said, "Don't lose out on hanging out with the people you care about."

"Uh… yeah, okay." He said, before getting up. "Alright, Rika I'm coming, but none of that cafeteria crap, I'd like a five-course lunch."

"That's a promise~!" Rika cheerfully said as the Rider Duelist joined them.

As soon as Kuromu was gone however, Rex let out a huge sigh.

'Holy shit, I didn't think I could keep that.' He thought before picking his Duel Pilot back up, reading that the data was not encrypted in the slightest. 'Still, what is all this? What kind of crazy things was Mrs. Kururugi making?'

Oogumo looked upon the school in the distance, having arrived just on the outskirts. He then heard a familiar growl, looking towards his two deck boxes.

"Patience, now. You will get your fill." Oogumo chuckled.

He however soon patted the first deck, and opened it to find it empty. He lightheartedly mused, "Oh my, it seems that I've forgotten my first Deck." He then patted the second Deck and opened it and saw that it was filled with cards. "Ah well, no matter. That first Deck has served its purpose. I have no use for that one anymore."

He then looked at his watch. It was in the middle of lunch break if he recalled the schedule the gang leader had given him.

"They should be done by now." He chuckled a little. He then looked towards his left and had the Kururugi matriarch standing next to him, chained and all. "Shall we reunite with your family again, Doctor?"

"Haaaaaaa… that was good Rika." Kuromu grinned, patting his stomach in satisfaction. He, Asuka, and Rika had just finished their five-course lunch, courtesy of the Foodon Duelist. It took a bit of convincing for the Ra Yellow chefs to let her use the kitchen, but in the end it was worth it. Rika had, once again, outdid herself with her specialty of cooking.

"Same. You never fail to top yourself." Koji added.

"What did I tell you?" Rika said with a smug grin and a shrug.

"Anyone would be lucky to have you for a wife, Rika." Asuka smiled honestly, which made the chef blush.

Meanwhile, Misawa was listening to what the Rider Duelist had told him.

"I see, so the data is encrypted?" The genius mused.

"Yeah, and Rex said that he's not sure if you can even crack the code." The Rider Duelist confirmed.

"I see…" he said, "I am surprised that he would even think I wouldn't be able to decode this."

"Can you though?" Kuromu asked.

"Potentially, just give me the drive a-"

"Guys! Guys! Someone's standing outside of the school!" Kagurazaka panicked as he ran towards the group, interrupting the conversation.

"Whoa, whoa, Kagurazaka, take a chill pill, Daddy-O." Koji placated, who was panting heavily. "What's the 411?"

"There was this guy with a weird mask who was calling out." Kagurazaka then mimicked the voice, "Can the Kamen Rider come out to play?"

Kuromu's eyes widened significantly, the rest of the group gasping in shock, "Does he have a woman with her being held hostage?!"

When Kagurazaka nodded, he quickly made a call with his Duel Pilot to which Rex picked up, "Guys, it's Oogumo. He's back!"

["What?!"] Judai, Sho, Jun, and Rex all gasped.

"Jun, tell Principal Samejima! Tou-chan and Kadoya-sensei should be there too!"

["On it!"] Jun affirmed.

"Kuro, wait, your arm-" Asuka said, concerned.

"I can't let this bastard pull the wool over me thrice!" The Rider Duelist snarled as he quickly donned his Duel Disk and activated it. "I'm going!" He said, before running off.

"Kuro, wait up!" Rika called out, running after him, as did Koji. Asuka and Misawa could only look at each other, before the two of them followed suit.

"My goodness…" Samejima murmured with disbelief as he sat back in his chair, taking in everything that Kyoshiro had told him, letting it all sink in.

Tsukasa added in his two cents whenever there was a need for clarification on the explanation. To say that he was shell shocked by what he had heard from the Kururugi patriarch was an understatement. But… it certainly made sense, given the events that had been happening throughout this whole school year.

"You can see why I would want Kuromu to find this out on his own." Kyoshiro explained.

"Yes… I can certainly see why." Samejima said, before resting his elbows on his desk, his hands bridged as he rested his chin on it. "To think… that Oogumo would do this…"

"Guess that also explains why he has Synchro Summoning too." The dimensional Rider added, "And other methods too."

"And he was able to outfit his Duelists with Duel Disks capable of handling these methods?" Samejima asked.

"That was the conclusion my wife came to, when she researched this herself." Kyoshiro nodded in confirmation. "And now that you know, they can't mess with our present, and we can't allow it to affect our future. If this keeps up, and this rate… there's a chance that we will experience what happened to-"

"Principal! We have a situation!" They heard Jun call out as his voice got louder and louder. The doors slid open to reveal the ace. "It's Oogumo! He's back! And he's got Yukina-san in tow!"

"WHAT?!" Kyoshiro shouted.

"Bastard decided not to hide anymore." Tsukasa frowned. "He's done with the fun and games."

"Come on, let's go!" Kyoshiro shouted.

Without another word, Samejima, Tsukasa, Kyoshiro, and Jun all ran out of the office.

Oogumo and Yukina waited at the front of the entrance of Duel Academia. He happened to run into Kagurazaka moments earlier and forcefully requested Kuromu's presence. Scared out of his wits because of the menacing aura radiating from the spider masked man, he ran for the Ra Yellow Dorm. It wasn't going to take long for him and his friends to arrive.

And true to his insight, he watched everyone arrive to see him, even Judai, Sho, and Rex who were in wheelchairs and crutches respectively.

"Your cruelty knows no bounds-nya." Daitokuji said disapprovingly.

"Meow~" Pharaoh meowed in anger, as his hair stood on end, rearing back. "HIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!"

"I see the peanut gallery is here." Oogumo mused. He then noticed a certain Antique Gear Duelist, glaring at him with disdain. "Well, well, if it isn't the foolish Professor who hired me to scare the HERO while I killed the Rider boy at the Abandoned Dorm."

"I didn't hire you specifically!" Instructor Chronos snapped, "I asked for Titan!"

"So it was true that you tried to expel me…" Judai deadpanned.

"Dude, not the time…" Rex hissed in annoyance.

"It's rather amusing that you've fallen from grace to be so… low, mingling amongst such commoners." Oogumo chuckled. "I certainly enjoyed the machinations of your undoing and the resulting downfall that followed."

"That's it! Let me Duel this buffoon! I'll show him!" Instructor Chronos shouted, as he wanted to maul the guy, but Daitokuji held him back.

"Da-me da-nya! You don't even have a Spirit Key-nya!" Daitokuji panicked, as he struggled to hold the Antique Gear Duelist back.

"I don't think that'll be an issue." Oogumo said, "I am not one of them, but I have come to Duel someone specifically."

"You'll have to go through me first." Ryo said, stepping up.

"Ah, if it isn't the Kaiser. How was your first murder?" Oogumo chuckled. "Was it satisfying? Not that I blame you. You did do this to protect your little brother after all. After all, humans kill each other to win their own battles. An admirable quality." Ryo snarled at the spider-masked man's words.

"Gh…!" Ryo gritted his teeth.

"Oogumo!" The Rider Duelist snarled, stepping forward. He then saw his mother next to him, being pulled roughly. "Kaa-san!"

"Kuromu…" Yukina said softly.

"Here you are, the man of the hour!" Oogumo cheerfully said.

"What do you want from me?"

"You know exactly what I want." Oogumo said.

"Grrrrr…"

"OOGUMO!" Another voice shouted, as Oogumo turned to see Kyoshiro, Tsukasa, Samejima, and Jun arrive, coming out of Duel Academia.

"Anata!" Yukina cried out.

"Yukina!" Kyoshiro gasped.

"I see that you're here too, boy." Oogumo laughed at the ace.

"Trust me, the feeling's not mutual." Jun grunted.

"Hmph. Now then, are there any more people who wish to join the festivities?" The spider-masked man mused.

"I will!" Kyoshiro growled.

"Tou-chan?" Kuromu looked surprised.

"My son and I will face you in a two-on-one Duel!" Kyoshiro declared.

"But you do not even have a Deck." Oogumo pointed out.

"Did you forget I made way more cards than before? Son!" Kyoshiro called out. Kuromu nodded before Kyoshiro rushed over to the other side and split monster cards, carefully but quickly adding in the equip spells that were made. After shuffling both decks, Kyoshiro took out his Duel Disk to activate the new Deck.

"Very well, this will be fun." Oogumo said as he did the same and both drew their starting Hands.

"DUEL!"

Oogumo: 8000

Kyoshiro/Kuromu: 8000

"I will go first," Oogumo said, drawing his sixth card. "I activate my Field Spell, Myutria Evolution Lab!"

Kyoshiro's eyes widened, "You bastard! You stole Tarakudo's proto-deck!" He snapped, recognizing the card right away.

"Oh, stealing is such a strong and hateful word." Oogumo said mockingly. "I prefer the term 'borrow'." Soon, the area became a dingy yet futuristic lab filled with tubes containing various alien life.

"What… is this?" Kuromu asked, looking around.

"It's my newest power." Oogumo chuckled, "When this card is activated, I can Special Summon a Level 4 or lower Myutria Monster from my hand or that was banished. So I shall Special Summon Test Subject Myutria M-05 in ATK position!

Soon, one of the tubes broke open as a small drill-like alien moved to Oogumo's side of the field. (3/ATK: 0/DEF: 500)

"That's… not impressive." Kuromu muttered.

"That may be, but it won't stay like that because I activate its first effect!" He declared, "If it was Normal or Special Summoned, I can add one Myutria monster from my Deck to my hand." He then searched his deck and smirked, "So I choose Mutant Myutria! Now I activate its second effect! I can Tribute this card, then banish 1 card from my hand or face-up field to Special Summon 1 monster from my hand or Deck, based on the banished card, but I lose LP equal to that Monster's original ATK."

He then drew the card, "And I choose the Mutant Myutria I just obtained. Since it has 0 ATK points, I don't lose any Life Points when I banish it. This also has the knock-on effect of boosting my newly summoned Myutria monster and all future monsters of its archetype by 100 for every banished Myutria card with a different name. So now M-05, evolve!"

To the group's horror, Oogumo watched as the drill alien quickly began to transform before it rose to become a large black beast with two large horns, a fish-like tail, two large back legs akin to that of a horse, two smaller front legs that were catlike, and finally two huge hulking arms that had claws on the back and blue eyes on it shoulders (8/ATK: 2400-2500/DEF: 2400)

"The hell is that?!" Jun shouted.

"Say hello to the Myutria archetype." the spider-masked man introduced, "I'll set two cards face-down. Ta-n endo."

"O-re no ta-n! Draw!" Kyoshiro declared, drawing his sixth card. "I play the Spell Card, Foolish Burial! This lets me send 1 monster from my Deck to Graveyard and I choose Kamen Rider Kabuto!" He said, searching his Deck before taking said card and placed it in the compartment.

"Hah, why do that?" Oogumo scoffed.

"So I can do this. I summon Kamen Rider Decade in ATK mode!" Kyoshiro declared as he lifted Tsukasa's card into the air.

"Got it." Tsukasa said, before jumping up and quickly transforming into a ball of light that entered Kyoshiro's card. Upon being summoned to the field by the elder Kururugi, Tsukasa then turned around to face Oogumo and prepared to transform.

*VROOM!*

"Henshin!"

*SHING!*

KAMEN RIDE! DECADE!

The symbols of the Heisei Riders appeared around him before forming into silhouettes that converged onto his body, forming into his suit. (4/ATK: 2000/DEF: 2000)

"You're giving back Yukina one way or another. This time for sure." Decade said.

Oogumo however snickered under his mask, 'Go ahead, activate a card. Any card.'

"Kamen Rider Decade's effect activates! Once per turn, I can banish a Kamen Rider from my Graveyard and Decade can take on their name and the effects that come with it until the end of the turn! Since I have Kamen Rider Kabuto in the Graveyard, Decade becomes him!"

After pocketing Kabuto's Duel Monsters card, Decade quickly drew Kabuto's Rider Card, opening up his DecaDriver and placing it into his Driver, before closing it.

*VROOM! SHING!*

KAMEN RIDE! KABUTO!

To the group's shock, Kabuto's transformation quickly occurred around the dimensional Rider, eventually donning Kabuto's armor.

CHANGE: BEETLE!

"He could transform into other Kamen Riders?!" Sho gawked.

"I mean, if Sougo can don armors based on them, it would make sense for his senior to straight up become them." Rex argued.

"Next I activate Pride of Kamen Rider! It gives Decade 1000 ATK but can destroy all Monsters on your side of the field when he battles! Since you have the only one, it'll have to do, and he'll be destroyed at the End Phase after!" Kyoshiro said, as Decade had an aura enveloping him.

Kamen Rider Decade (ATK: 2000-3000)

"He would, if I didn't activate my Trap Card, First Cry of Myutrias!" Oogumo declared, "During the Main Phase, I can Fusion Summon 1 "Myutria" Fusion Monster from my Extra Deck, by shuffling the Fusion Materials listed on it into the Deck, from either my side of the field, my Graveyard, and even my face-up banished cards!"

"The hell?! A Fusion using Trap Cards!?" Rex gasped.

"No way! That's completely unheard of!" Rika cried out in shock.

"Damn…" Kyoshiro cursed. 'Sorry, Tarakudo, if I had Dueled against you, I would've praised the move, but the bastard took your Deck…'

"Now, I fuse Myutria Beast and Test Subject Myutria M-05 together!" The spider-masked man declared as another M-05 broke out of its containment cube and latched onto Beast, causing both to mutate.

"Though incomplete, merge your being into one, my monsters!"

What resulted was a monster of horrifying proportions, with one green eye in the center of its body, two tentacle-like eye stalks, and three miscellaneous tentacles.

"Counter Fusion! Synthesis Myutrias (9/ATK: 2500/DEF: 2500)!"

"Ewwwwww! Ew, ew, ew, ew, ewww!" Rika cried out, hiding behind Asuka for cover.

"R-Rika!" Asuka looked surprised.

"Look, I know I'm afraid of bats, but this is even worse!" The chef shouted.

"Oh gosh, WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING!" Rex cried out as he tried to hold his lunch.

"Ugh… that is just nasty!" Koji blanched.

"That still won't stop Decade from attacking!" Kyoshiro said. "Battle! Kamen Rider Decade-Kabuto attacks Synthesis Myutrias!"

"Will he? Because if Synthesis Myutrias is successfully Fusion Summoned, I can target one card on the field and destroy it. So I choose Decade-Kabuto! Nemesis Protocol!"

Soon, one of the mutant's tentacles lashed out and slashed at the transformed dimensional Rider, sending Tsukasa flying back, before being destroyed into pixels, returning to his spirit form.

"Gah… well that's annoying…" Tsukasa spat.

"The hell was that, pinkie?!" Momotaros snapped angrily.

"Shaddap."

"Now then, I believe you had a Battle Phase to continue?" Oogumo smugly pointed out.

"Tch…" Kyoshiro clicked his tongue in annoyance. "Just placing this card face-down." He concluded as a reverse card appeared on the field. "Ta-n endo."

"O-re no ta-n! Draw!" Kuromu declared as he drew his sixth card.

"Careful now boy. You attack me, you will surely regret the consequences." Oogumo mockingly cautioned.

"Gh…" Kuromu gritted his teeth in anger.

"Don't be discouraged, Kuromu!" Ryo called out, making him look at the Kaiser. "This monster is trying to get into your head!"

"Yeah, he's just a sore loser after all! Why else would he just keep stealing Decks after all? He doesn't have an original bone in his body!" Judai laughed.

"Says the boy who inherited his Elemental HEROes from a comatose friend." Oogumu snidely remarked, which instantly made the Elemental HERO Duelist snarl.

"Leave him out of it!"

"You can do this, Kuro! We all believe in you!" Rika said.

"Everyone…" Kuromu muttered, before looking at Asuka who merely nodded. "Alright… I won't let any of you down…" He then turned to his mother, "I certainly won't let you down, Kaa-san. I'll get you out of there, I promise."

"Kuromu…" Yukina murmured.

"Alright then, let's do this," Kuromu declared, before looking at his hand. After looking at his hand, he decided to make his move. "I play Dual Summon, allowing me to summon twice! So I summon Kamen Rider Fourze and Kamen Rider Agito in ATK mode!"

The sound of what sounded like a rocket noise coming to life echoed, with each pitch increasing before a countdown was heard.

3!

2!

1!

The tune played as a ring of metal appeared in a flash of light and smoke billowed out. The ring vanished and the light died down to reveal the astronaut-themed Rider. (4/ATK: 1400/DEF: 1200) Meanwhile, two sounds that overlapped each other echoed, one being a low humming sound while the other was a high-pitched pulsing sound. Moments later, there was a sound of a revving engine as a bright light shone in the middle of the Field before dimming down to reveal the ground beetle Rider. (4/ATK: 1400/DEF: 1000)

"YOSHA! UCHU~ KITTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!"

"Gah! My ears!" Rex yelped.

"Focus, Gentarou. We gotta save Kaa-san." Kuromu said seriously.

"Wha? Oh, crap! Yukina-san!" Fourze panicked upon seeing the Kururugi matriarch.

"First is Kamen Rider Agito's effect! If he's Normal Summoned, I can destroy a set card, but since I have another Kamen Rider on my field, I can send that set card back to the bottom of your Deck instead!"

Oogumo clicked his tongue as Agito quickly kicked away his face-down.

"Next it's time to give Kamen Rider Fourze a little bit of an upgrade! I play the Equip Spell, Elek Astroswitch!" Appearing in Kuromu's hand was a golden yellow switch, the logo having a thunderbolt and the number '10' on it. "Gentarou, catch!" He said, throwing the switch to him.

"Thanks!" Fourze said as he swapped the Rocket Switch for the new switch, activating it afterwards.

E-LE-K ON!

Electricity crackled, followed by high-energy techno music as Fourze's suit completely changed color. The suit itself became gold with four large circular electrical nodes on his chest armor and shoulders. In his hand, he was equipped with an electrical sword-like rod, namely Billy the Rod. His helmet also became gold and his blue lenses instead of orange.

"Whoa, change out that golden shine on Astro Boy." Koji whistled impressed.

"I'm more concerned about what the voltage is on that weapon?" Misawa pondered.

"If it's a weapon? Likely lethal amounts." Rex guessed.

"When Fourze is equipped with the Elek Astroswitch, when he attacks a monster that's in ATK mode, he gets to change it to DEF mode and deal Piercing Damage! And before you say anything, remember, his ATK doubles whenever he battles a Special summoned monster! Which includes Monsters from the Extra Deck!"

"What?!" Oogumo gasped.

"Battle! Kamen Rider Fourze attacks Synthesis Myutria!" Kuromu declared.

"Alright, let's zap this cosmic horror!" the astronaut Rider declared as he removed the plug from the side of the rod and into the top socket at the top of the hilt. He then removed and inserted the Elek switch.

LIMIT BREAK!

Electricity crackled dangerously around the field as Fourze powered up. (ATK: 1400-2800)

"RIDER TEN BILLION VOLT SHOOT!"

With this, Fourze sent an arc of electricity with enough force to slash through the target with ease. Even the edges of the attack went through the synthetic mutant exploding into guts and blood that wasn't colored red.

Oogumo: 7800

Kuromu/Kyoshiro: 8000

"Yuck…" Judai grumbled as thankfully, everyone had gotten out of the way from Synthesis Myutria's debris. But then all of a sudden-

*BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT!*

"KYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!"

"Crap!" Fourze gasped.

"KAA-SAN!" Kuromu shouted, but then he too felt the shock, falling on his knees. "Arrrrrrrgh!"

"Son!" Kyoshiro shouted, before feeling the same thing. "What did you do?!"

"Hmhmhmhmhm," Oogumo chuckled. "Ah, yes. I forgot to mention. Every time I lose Life Points, well, her pain becomes equal to yours. The family that sticks together, suffers together."

"Bastard, you don't know when to stop twisting the knife, do you," Tsukasa snapped. "Cause it's starting to get real old."

"Would I be me if I wasn't?" The spider-masked man chuckled.

"Given how you've been at this for over fifty years, nothing surprises me anymore." the dimensional Rider retorted.

"Fifty… years…?" Kuromu got out.

"Tsukasa…" Kyoshiro grunted, glaring at Tsukasa, who clicked his tongue and let out a tired groan in response. He then looked at Kuromu, "Son, if we're to win this, we'll have to grit our teeth."

"But Tou-chan-!"

"I know! But if we don't then Oogumo will just keep wailing on us and get what he wants." he snarled.

"I'll be okay." Yukina said, making the two Kururugi males look at her. "If I've endured this much pain up until now, then I can certainly endure a bit more."

"Kaa-san, you can't ask me to do that!" Kuromu shook his head in protest.

"Don't worry, I've endured worse." she said, which didn't exactly give the Rider Duelist a lot of confidence.

"Hahahahahaha! How pathetic of you all!" Oogumo laughed. "Think of it this way, no matter the outcome, you can take comfort that the three of you will be reunited… in Hell! Hahahahahahahahahahaha!"

"How about you shut your trap, you sore loser! You went back on your word thrice!" Rika shouted.

"You're nothing but a snake!" Asuka added.

"Hmph," Oogumo scoffed. "Call it what you will, but at the end of the day, I always get what I want!"

"Kuromu… listen to me…" Yukina said, "I know this is difficult for you, but you need to have the courage to do what needs to be done. I know you can do this."

"Kaa-san…" Kuromu muttered, remaining silent for what seemed like forever, before looking at Agito. "Shouichi-san, you know what to do."

"I got it. Yukina-san, forgive me." Agito said, as he got into a stance and the crest on his forehead expanded outward. The symbol Agito then appeared below his feet, subsequently absorbing it. Agito then ran towards Oogumo, jumped up, and dived down for his Ground Kick, making Oogumo stagger, before landing.

Oogumo: 6400

Kuromu/Kyoshiro: 8000

*BZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZT!*

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The Kururugi family cried out in pain as electricity coursed through their body, making them stagger on their knees.

The rest looked on in frustration at the spider-masked man, who was watching this with glee.

After what seemed like an eternity, Kuromu managed to get back up to his feet. "Battle Phase ending…" He panted. "Fourze is switched to DEF mode due to his effect…" He said, as Fourze knelt on one knee, guarding himself with Billy the Rod. "I place one card face-down… ta-n endo…"

"Hehehe, then my turn will begin! I draw!" he declared, drawing his next card, increasing his hand to three. "I shall summon the Mutant Myutria I just regained to the field."

Appearing on the field was a black slime-like mutant that barely has a defining shape of a diamond, and it stuck itself on the ground, having a black slime base. In the middle of it was a blue gem core. (1/ATK: 0/DEF: 0)

"Just 0 ATK?" Jun frowned.

"Don't be fooled by its appearance." Ryo advised.

"Indeed, because I activate its second effect! By tributing this card, I can banish 1 Myutria card from my hand or deck and then special summon a Monster based on that banished Card. That being said, I will have to lose Life Points equal to that monster's original ATK."

With a smirk, the spider-masked man searched his deck before smiling, "I banish Trade-In to evolve my Mutant Myutria into Myutrial Mist!"

Electricity coursed through the Kururugi family's bodies as they screamed, the shocks also reaching the mutant. This caused the monster to evolve and grow into a large flower-like mutant. Its flower petals were grayish-white with purple edges that look crystalline. Each of its vines had an element of either fire, ice, thunder, or light at the end of them, with thorns also crystal-like. (8/ATK: 2700/DEF: 2900)

Oogumo: 3700

Kuromu/Kyoshiro: 8000

"Holy shit… It's like it's just designed to hurt them." Rex snarled.

"This can't be good. I know we play Duel Monsters for a reason but these… these are just straight up monsters." Judai muttered.

"As long as this monster is in your field, any Spell Card you try to use on it is useless!" Oogumo declared.

"What?" Kuromu gasped.

"Great, that limits a lot of options." Jun groaned.

"Battle! Myutrial Mist attacks Kamen Rider Agito! Nemesis Blossom!"

Suddenly, Agito was grabbed by the flower mutant's vines as it was brought to and was promptly shocked by the many elements before shattering into pixels.

Oogumo: 3700

Kuromu/Kyoshiro: 6700

Once again, the family was left reeling from another shock.

"What the- the hell is this?! You said they'd be shocked if you lost Life Points, Oogumo!" Rex snapped.

"Did I?" Oogumo asked rhetorically, which pissed off the group. They've been duped. Oogumo was going to make them suffer no matter who lost what.

Kuromu was desperately catching his breath, his hand clutching onto his chest while staring at Oogumo with one eye shut. This whole situation wasn't looking good for him. Looking beyond his opponent, his mother looked on in worry. She couldn't bear to see her only child being hurt because of her, and yet he chose to fight.

"What's the matter, boy? Can't handle a simple card game?" The spider-masked man chuckled.

"Shut up! I kicked your ass three times already! This shouldn't be any different!" He stated, before staggering back to his feet. "No matter what, Tou-chan and I are going to win this Duel and save Kaa-san!"

"And just how are you going to do that? Look at you, you can barely stand up." Oogumo said.

"Not like that stopped me before." Kuromu snarled.

"Would you stop if I killed your mother right now?"

"Don't you dare!"

"And why not? It's her fault that she stole what was rightfully mine, so it's only fair that I take it back." Oogumo stated matter-of-factly.

"I will smash the flash drive if you don't give her back!" Kuromu snarled.

"If that mangy mutt couldn't do it, what makes you think you could?"

"Gh…!" Kuromu gritted his teeth angrily.

"If I must be honest? You have chosen terrible people to be your 'friends'." Oogumo snarled, looking towards the others, "I mean look at them! You have a useless lazy dreamer following a dead man, a boy who's scared of his own shadow, a failure with too much expectations, and a cowardly variant of a temporal anomaly who lets one of his own die without a second thought. Then there's the gallivanting gigolo obsessed with a by-gone era, a chef whose purpose is placed too much into her worthless meals, and a supposed genius who crumbles from the slightest break of his calculations, followed by that perfectionist that claims to be emperor. Finally… there's her…" his finger soon pointed towards Asuka.

"What about her?" Kuromu growled.

"Your so-called beloved who clings onto a promise likely long forgotten. How childish." He snarled. "Should I add that she's using you as an emotional crutch for being in the shadow of her older brother?"

"My friends are none of those things!" Kuromu yelled. "You have no idea what any of us went through to become who we are!"

"Don't make me laugh." Oogumo scoffed. "Besides, I know plenty about humanity. You humans are nothing but sinful. You wage war and spill blood, and even cause pain and misery towards each other. You abuse your natural gifts to cause chaos and hatred."

"And that makes you any better?!" Kuromu snapped, "No one likes nihilistic monsters like you around."

"Better in every sense of the word." Oogumo said. "Unlike your Kamen Riders, I stand for everything that is real! Those unappreciative humans that claim to be Riders are hiding behind their masks of idealisms, which are nothing but lies! Their masks hide the true monster that lies underneath! And I will become the reaper that will bring an end to this era of lies!"

"You're insane!"

"That's a matter of perspective," The spider-masked man argued, "There is no such thing as goodness and hope, just agreements to survive." He then looked at the captive Yukina. "Just how your mother was foolish enough to think she could survive by escaping to this world, under the pretense of goodness and hope."

This caught Kuromu off guard, "What are you talking about?!"

"Oh, you never told him, Doctor Shiryuu?" Oogumo asked with a wicked grin.

Yukina could only look away in shame.

"K-Kaa-san…?" Kuromu got out, almost scared.

"Hold the 8-trak! What do you mean she escaped to this world?! Rika, Asuka, and I have known Mrs. Yuki our whole lives!" Koji interjected.

"Yeah, she doesn't look like she's from another world!" Rex pointed out.

"Ah, but she is. Your so-called sensei can attest to that. After all, he's the one who helped her escape. Isn't that right, Destroyer of Worlds?" Oogumo said.

Tsukasa had a tepid look on his face while everyone else was left confused and conflicted. Kuromu did recall the explanation Woz gave about Rex and Sougo, but he didn't think that it would be just a taste of the truth.

"How do you know all this? Why should I believe in the idea of other worlds?"

"You should…" the spider-masked man then removed his mask to reveal a white head that had a cyclops-like appearance but with no mouth underneath that one eye, "Because there is nothing in the world like me…" he spoke viciously.

"HOLY SHIT! WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT THING?!" Rex gasped in complete horror.

"IT'S AN ALIEN!" Sho shouted.

"MAMA MIA!" Instructor Chronos exclaimed.

"NYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" Daitokuji and Pharaoh freaked out.

"What in-" Samejima got out.

"Egads…" Misawa said wide-eyed. "What… what am I looking at?"

"Oogumo… you're…" Kyoshiro got out.

"Wha… what are…?" Kuromu stepped back in sheer terror.

"This is my true appearance," Oogumo revealed, much to everyone's shock. "I have just been hiding it because people like you would not take kindly to my kind. Regardless, this proves that your mother and those Riders you have in your Deck are from MY world, the World of Kamen Riders!"

"Hold on a minute! If Yukina-san comes from the Rider World, and the Riders are Duel Monster Spirits, does that mean Kuromu is half-Duel Spirit?" Judai realized.

"Pah! You're completely wrong on that." Oogumo spat. "The only reason why the Riders are Duel Spirits to begin with, is because the natural laws of this world demand that they follow said laws. The Destroyer is the only exception."

"I… I have no words-nya." Daitokuji responded.

"In fact, I can recall the day he intervened like it was yesterday…" Oogumo mused. "But I'm not here to reminisce. I'm here to take back what's rightfully mine, that flash drive of yours."

"I won't let you!" Kuromu shouted.

"You really don't get it, do you boy," Oogumo said. "She is the reason why all of this started! I would have very well left your world alone if she just gave back my plans for domination! But no, she decided to run off with it!"

"How cliché…" Ryo said disdainfully.

"Can't you bad guys be original for a change?" Jun retorted.

"And what makes you children any better?" Oogumo mocked them. "No matter, let's continue this Duel! I set another card face-down." Oogumo said before turning to Kyoshiro, "Your move, Kururugi."

"O-re no ta-n! Draw!" Kyoshiro declared, drawing his next card, increasing his hand to three. "I play Treasure Cards from the Heavens! We all draw until we have six!" All players drew. "I then play Resurrection of the Dead to bring back Kamen Rider Decade!"

Decade quickly returned to the field, ready for round two.

"And next I play Final Henshin to upgrade him to his final form!"

"Let's do this properly this time." Decade said as he took out what appeared to be a bulky device that had the same barcode-like design and a card slot. After slotting in a card that resembled a touchpad, he quickly began to tap on the buttons while dodging the mutant's lashing tentacles.

KUUGA! AGITO! RYUKI! FAIZ! BLADE! HIBIKI! KABUTO! DEN-O! KIVA!

The device then rang, before pressing his own logo.

FINAL KAMEN RIDE! DECADE!

He then swapped out the central unit of his DecaDriver for this new device, placing the unit to the left side of his belt. As the transformation happened, Decade's card appeared on top of his helmet and the nine other cards of the other Kamen Riders appeared from shoulder to shoulder across his torso on his armor while his armor turned silver and the lenses on his eyes changed color to magenta. (8/ATK: 3000/DEF: 2500)

"Henshin Shōkan! Kamen Rider Decade - Complete Form!" Kyoshiro declared.

"Hooo? What do you plan to do this time?" Oogumo mused.

"I'll activate his effect! I choose a Warrior Fusion Monster with "Kamen Rider" in its name from my Extra Deck and equip it to Decade who gains their effect until the End Phase! And the card I choose… is Kamen Rider Kiva - Emperor Form!"

Decade then tapped the Kiva symbol on his tablet alongside the K button.

KIVA!

KAMEN RIDE: EMPEROR!

The cards on his torso then flipped, changing them into multiple copies of Kiva Emperor before the Rider in question appeared next to Decade.

"And with Kamen Rider Kiva - Emperor Form's effect, all of your monster effects are negated! Battle! Kamen Rider Decade - Complete Form attacks Myutrial Mist!"

"Roger that." Decade said as he took out Kiva's card and inserted it in the DecaDriver, Kiva mirroring his movements.

FINAL ATTACK RIDE: K-K-K-KIVA!

With that, both Decade's RideBooker and Kiva's Zanvat Sword glowed before they performed a double slash attack that destroyed the flower mutant. However, as the Kururugi family cried out in pain, Oogumo let out a laugh.

Oogumo: 3400

Kuromu/Kyoshiro: 6700

"Now that I have three Level 8 or higher Myutria Monsters on my side, I can activate my facedown card!" he declared as, to Kyoshiro's horror, it was a second First Cry of Myutrias. "I activate First Cry of Myutrias to shuffle Myutria Mist, Myutria Beast, and Synthesis Myutria back to my deck and Extra Deck to perform a Counter Fusion!"

Suddenly, from the remains of Myutria Mist, several tentacles grew as they grabbed a copy of the beastly mutant and synthetic mutant from their containment tubes to merge with it. The group were left in horror as Myutria Mist began to both reconstitute itself and evolve.

"Behold, my greatest creation; brought to life by the ultimate monsters!"

What resulted was a black demonic mutant with five tentacles that sported beak-tipped eye stalks, a large head that had two vein-like appendages, two large black legs sporting tentacle-like fingers, and a large central yellow eye in the center.

"Counter Fusion! Unleash your might, Ultimate Being Myutrias (10/ATK: 3500-3600/3000-3100)!"

"MAMA MIA!" Instructor Chronos freaked out.

"HE'S HUGE!" Sho shouted.

"And powerful too." Rex noted, "Dude's giving off boss monster auras."

"Ta-n endo… Kamen Rider Kiva - Emperor Form is now banished…" Kyoshiro gritted as the bat-themed Rider disappeared.

"Hahahahahaha! How devious of you, Kyoshiro! Who knew that you would be capable of having your son clean up your mess?!" Oogumo laughed, "Now, let's begin the slaughter!"

"You're gonna have to wait!" Kuromu said. "O-re no ta-n! Draw!" He declared, drawing his next card, his hand increasing to seven and his eyes widened.

"Draw something good, I take it?" Oogumo asked. "Because if you're thinking about winning this Duel, remember, all of you will suffer the same fate."

"Gh…"

"All of you sealed your fates the moment you entered this Duel! Don't you see it now?! I've made sure that it won't matter if you win or lose this Duel! All of you will die either way! I HAVE WON!"

Yet Kuromu was not scared by this declaration, looking to Oogumo with a look of pure determination.

"You think I'm bluffing?" Oogumo taunted. "I can assure you that my threats are the real deal. I'm telling you now, no matter the outcome, you and your family die! And I will take back what's rightfully mine!"

He then snarled as Kuromu's face showed no fear and did something that infuriated Oogumo.

"WIPE THAT SMILE OFF YOUR FACE!" He roared.

"It's frustrating, isn't it," Kuromu chuckled. "All this time, you've been trying to force me into fear and doubt. You almost succeeded. But then I remembered something. Duels are supposed to be fun, meaning I'm supposed to have fun!"

"You think this is all fun and games?!" Oogumo shouted.

"That's what it's supposed to be." Kuromu smirked, "Hey, Misawa! Mind if I borrow a phrase of yours?"

Misawa looked confused, "Uh… sure? Go right ahead?"

"Good, because I believe this is Final Turn." The Rider Duelist declared, which immediately made the genius realize why he asked.

"You're bluffing!" Oogumo shouted.

"Am I?" Kuromu retorted. "Let's put that to the test, shall we? I summon Kamen Rider W in ATK mode!"

CYCLONE-JOKER!

The tune began to play as a strong wind suddenly blew, causing dust and debris to fly in all directions. The same dust and debris spun around before composing into a body and forming the suit. (4/ATK: 1900/DEF: 1000)

"Saa… omae no tsumi o kazoero!" W then looked at Kuromu. "Looks like you're back in the game, huh Boss?" Shotaro observed.

"Yeah. Sorry to worry you." Kuromu said. "Shotaro-san, Philip-san, Gentarou, Kadoya-sensei." He then looked back at Oogumo, "Let's finish this!"

"Alright then, let's do it!" Fourze cheered.

"I activate the two Final Henshin in my hand! This lets W and Fourze take on their Final Forms! Go!"

Fourze took out the large Astroswitch that had a large 'case' on it, placing it onto his belt.

COSMIC!

He then pressed down on the warning level, revealing a large red switch surrounded by warning tape. An alarm sounded before he pressed it.

CO-S-MI-C ON!

All forty Astroswitches appeared out of nowhere and circled Fourze before being absorbed into him. A bombastic space-like tune played as a column of multi-colored light enveloped Fourze until it dispersed to reveal Fourze's final form, equipped the Barizun Sword. (8/ATK: 2500/DEF: 1200)

*WHOOOOOOT! WHOOOT! ERRR-EEEEE!*

Everyone looked up to see the large silver and gold and black bird-like Memory fly in and head towards W.

*WHOOOOOOT! WHOOOT! ERRR-EEEEE! FERRRRRWEEEEE!*

The Double Driver buckle straightened and energy streams from the Cyclone and Joker Memories shot skyward, connecting with the Extreme Memory. It flew downward and connected with the Double Driver before spreading apart revealing an 'X' emblem.

XTREME!

The silver stripe going down Double's body lit up as holographic numbers and letters gathered towards the Rider which then W used his hands to pull apart the line of light in between his body and expanded said line into a wide iridescent band. All of this while the epic music played. (8/ATK: 2900/DEF: 2400)

"Henshin Shōkan! Kamen Rider W - Xtreme Form and Kamen Rider Fourze - Cosmic Form!"

"So what?! You still can't beat it!" Oogumo shouted.

"Are you sure about that?" Kuromu said, before revealing a new card, which depicted Kamen Rider Decade, and two… Kamen Rider W's where one is fully green and the other is fully black? "I activate this Spell Card, Triple Rider Kick! I can activate this only if I have three different "Kamen Riders" on the field! When I battle your monster, their ATK points get added together!"

"Tsk, I activate Ultimate Being Myutrias' Quick Effect! When a card or effect is activated, I can banish one Myutria card from my hand, Graveyard, or face-up field of the same type!" Oogumo declared. "And I'll banish that card!"

"That's where I'll stop you, Oogumo!" Kyoshiro said, "Remember the face-down I had earlier? I'm gonna activate it now! Reveal Quick Play Spell! Forbidden Holy Grail! Your monster gets a 400 ATK point boost, but its effects are negated!"

The water from the grail soon splashed onto the ultimate mutant.

Ultimate Being Myutrias: (ATK: 3600-4000)

"What?!"

"I was waiting for you to do something like this, so that's why I kept it face-down this whole time until the right moment."

Kuromu smirked, "Sadly, there is no next turn for you! And for insurance, I'm activating my face-down as well!" He said, pressing a button to activate it, "It's Duel Fusion - Battle Fusion! When an attack is declared involving a Fusion Monster I control and an opponent's monster: That monster I control gains ATK equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster, until the end of the Damage Step. So I'll have Kamen Rider Decade - Complete Form gain 4000 ATK!"

"It's not possible!"

"Not probable!" Kuromu cheered. "Let's Go! Triple Rider Kick!" (ATK: 3000-7000-9900-12400)

"Yosha! Let's do this, senpai-tachi!" Fourze said to Decade and W.

COSMIC LIMIT BREAK!

XTREME: MAXIMUM DRIVE!

FINAL ATTACK RIDE: D-D-D-DECADE!

As a galactic nexus emerged around the battlefield, the ultimate mutant was trapped by a stylized version of an unknown Rider's helmet. After which, three lines of Heisei Rider symbols, Astro Switch numbers, and GaiaMemory letters appeared before the three Riders.

"Take this! RIDER COSMIC DIMENSION XTREME KIIIIIIICK!"

The three Riders then kicked through those symbols and straight through Ultimate Being Myutrias, destroying it and sending Oogumo flying as a result.

Oogumo: 0

Kuromu/Kyoshiro: 6700

"It's over!" Kuromu shouted as the Solid Vision disappeared. "I've won! Now give back Kaa-san! I'm through with you backing out this time!"

"Tsk, I won't…"

Oogumo then grabbed Yukina and held her in front of him, an arm wrapped around her neck as he now held the button that controlled her shock collar up, prompting them to stop in their tracks.

"YUKINA!" Kyoshiro shouted.

"Bastard! Let her go!" Kuromu demanded.

"No! Time and time again you deny what is rightfully mine! All of this would've been avoided if you had just given it to me!" Oogumo snarled. "I'm through playing by this world's rules! So I will torture your precious mother and will keeping doing so until you give back my property!"

But before he could…

"TOOOOOOOOOOOOOH!"

Oogumo was shocked as a figure emerged from behind them, landing a flying side kick that sent Oogumo flying and allowed Kuromu and Kyoshiro to quickly go towards Yukina and grab her.

"GAHHHHHHH!" Oogumo roared in anger as the doctor was out of his grasp once again.

Everyone uttered noises of shock and surprise, seeing what had just happened. The spider-masked man however coughed up blood as his mask fell off, his lone eye red and slightly bleeding. Oogumo then glared at his attacker.

"YOU!"

The group looked towards the man who had saved them.

This rider had a black bodysuit with double white lines on both sides, a red belt that proudly displayed a silver wind turbine-like device on the front rested around his waist, wearing white gloves and boots, green armor pads, and finally he had a green grasshopper themed helmet with red eyes and the most notable feature of this Rider, is that it has red scarf around his neck.

"Who's… that?" Asuka got out.

"It's a Kamen Rider!" Sho gasped.

Kuromu could only stare wide-eyed in shock at this Kamen Rider. For all intents and purposes, he only knew the Kamen Riders that were in his deck, but this Kamen Rider… looked much older than them.

"Hongo-san!" Yukina gasped.

"Who?" The rest asked.

"Of course, it always comes back to you!" Oogumo roared as he stared at the older Rider, "Why must you ruin everything?!"

"I see that time has not been kind to you." The Kamen Rider stated. "But no matter how much time has passed, no matter what you do, it is unforgivable that you've gone to great lengths to fulfill your evil desires! You will pay for the atrocities committed on this world!"

"Y-You… this isn't over! I WILL snuff you out like you had done all those years ago!" The spider-masked man swore revenge, before pulling out a smoke bomb. "This isn't the last you've heard from me… I WILL conquer all of reality! For the glory of S.H.O.C.K.E.R!"

*POOF!*

Oogumo threw the smoke bomb in front of him, a cloud of smoke enveloping. When the smoke cleared, he was nowhere to be found.

The Kamen Rider nodded, satisfied with his long-time enemy's retreat before turning towards the Kururugis who were worried about the matriarch of the family.

"Kaa-san…" Kuromu muttered, looking at the matriarch and tears fell from his eyes before hugging her tight.

"Kuromu…" Yukina murmured as she too shed tears. Kyoshiro soon joined in the family hug. After so long, through all the hardships, pain, blood, sweat, and tears… the Kururugi family were finally whole.
