The news about Amaterasu soon spread to the entire Ninja world. While most didn't know what Susanoo is, those who knew started taking action.
As Onoki read the scroll from Iwa's spy in Konoha, describing Amaterasu's birth, he immediately realised that this kid has the same power as Madara.
In fact, this kid might become even more terrifying later on, if his birth is already so spectacular.
He immediately ordered his ANBU.
"Put a 1 billion Ryo bounty on this kid. And keep it under the name of someone else."
Of course, he didn't know the name of the kid yet, because this information was sent by a civilian spy. If he is throwing 1 billion, the assassin might as well investigate himself.
In the black market's bounty list, Minato was on the top, with 800 million bounty. After he died, the top position was regained by Orochimaru, with 600 million.
And these numbers were collective. Meaning the money from all villages and countries combined.
Now suddenly, a newborn baby was on the top of the list.
Surprisingly enough, only Iwa put the bounty. It was involved in mining across the Land of Earth, full of minerals and ores. So after Konoha, it was the richest village.
The Third Ninja War didn't put much dent on its main source of income until Third Raikage betrayed their alliance and tried to take one of Land of Earth's most important goldmine.
Anyway, Suna is too poor to put a bounty. Moreover, it's an ally of Konoha, so Konoha finding about it will lead to further punishment from Daimyo.
Kiri is under Obito's control. He doesn't want to kill Amaterasu for now, and is busy in destroying Kiri.
Kumo, on the other hand, actually stopped the skirmishes.
It was super suspicious.
Jiraiya and Orochimaru frowned as they received a ceasefire draft a Kumo envoy brought.
According to Jiraiya's spy network, both Fourth Raikage and Killer Bee has gone back to Kumo.
Jiraiya muttered, "Maybe it's because of Two-tails?"
It has been almost two years since the Two-tails jinchuriki was killed. It's around time that Two-tails form again and needs to be sealed in a new Jinchuriki.
Orochimaru didn't really agree. It's just Two-tails. Only one, Raikage or Killer Bee will be enough.
But he didn't care about what Kumo was planning. He just wanted to return to the village and continue his experiments.
He has received information from his spies in the village. He knows that he will betray Konoha soon, so he is laying down the groundwork.
Wood Release is obviously better than Mangekyo Sharingan, but no one after First Hokage managed to awaken Wood Release.
But during Warring Clans era, both Madara and his brother had those eyes. And the one who controlled Kyuubi recently also most likely had Mangekyo Sharingan.
Compared to Wood Release that the village is trying to recreate, he is more interested in Mangekyo Sharingan.
That boy, Amaterasu is obviously really special. While Danzo has ordered to kill him, Orochimaru has a better plan.
He already has an idea of what kind of jutsu he needs for eternal life, and was in the middle of developing it before he was shoved here with Jiraiya.
That boy will make a great vessel. So he will kidnap the boy instead of killing him after fleeing from the village.
There is no way Danzo wouldn't betray him if he doesn't kill that kid.
Orochimaru said, "Jiraiya, you keep an eye on things here. I am returning to the village."
"Alright. Though come back soon. I think they will start harrassing us again after taking care of Two-tails."
Jiraiya didn't want to return to the village. He was guilt-ridden because he wasn't in the village when Minato and Kushina died due to Kyuubi. If he had been there, maybe things might have played out differently?
He wanted to see Naruto, and the Uchiha kid who might be the Child of Prophecy, but he didn't have the courage.
As Orochimaru was about to leave, Jiraiya grinned and said, "Well, I think you will look pretty ugly in that hat and Hokage cloak, Orochimaru."
Orochimaru scoffed and left, not giving any reply. Sarutobi-sensei's excuse that he is temporarily handling the situation because of Kumo skirmishes might have fooled Jiraiya, but not him.
Sarutobi-sensei will never allow him to become the Hokage. And he doesn't really care about the position anymore.
As Hokage, he would have convenience to do as he wanted and not be forced to cooperate with Danzo, but maybe the shackles of village are better to be broken.
When he has enough power, he will kill Sarutobi-sensei and the village he is trying to protect.

The Uchiha clan's main medic couldn't find out what the problem is.
Amaterasu had been crying continuously for hours, but after she checked that there was nothing wrong and no poisoning, and Fugaku even brought a Hyuga medic to check with Byakugan, the baby stopped crying but hasn't slept.
As the baby was sucking on his milk bottle, looking incredibly tired, Fugaku asked, "Why isn't he sleeping?"
"I don't know. It's way beyond my expertise. Maybe only Tsunade-sama can do anything."
Fugaku sighed. He has already told the cats to look for Tsunade.
Thankfully, Kumo has announced ceasefire, so Third Hokage doesn't have any excuse to send him away from the village.
As expected, Amaterasu has some birth defects. Though he looks quite developed for a premature baby, he can't sleep. And he was weirdly crying his lungs out for hours, and now he is completely quiet. He hadn't cried since he stopped. Which is very unusual for a baby.
He stopped crying after hearing that there is no poison. Which is very unusual.
"Do you understand me?"
He didn't look at him from Mikoto's arms, and kept drinking milk. But he twitched.
Fugaku narrowed his eyes.
There is no way a baby understood him.
But... there was no way a baby could have gotten out from his mother's womb with Susanoo either. He shouldn't treat Amaterasu with common sense.
Before he could try to confirm it, despite receiving glares from Mikoto and the medic, an Uchiha ninja came and informed him.
"Fugaku-sama, Orochimaru-sama has arrived back to the village. And he is on the clan entrance, asking to see Amaterasu."
Fugaku frowned.
Is Orochimaru here to eliminate Amaterasu?
"Gah! *Cough* *Cough*!"
Fugaku narrowed his eyes as Amaterasu choked on milk.
No he was 50% sure that this kid could definitely understand him.
And why did he react this way to Orochimaru?
Amaterasu, on the other hand, didn't really understand everything about Japanese. He knew some words from watching anime.
But surprisingly, he understood it when Fugaku asked him if he can understand him. Maybe his baby brain is already adapting to the new knowledge?
He even understood that he most likely doesn't have any poison according to the medics, and they are looking for Tsunade.
So he didn't hide it any longer that he can't sleep. Awakening Mangekyo Sharingan this early that he will have more problems than Itachi. So he needs to show that his problem is serious enough to get Tsunade here.
The thing entering him might not be poison, but White Zetsu. Just like White Zetsu were put into Sasuke without him realising when he was most likely unconscious after battle with Itachi, to monitor him, it is likely that Black Zetsu is going to keep an eye on him the same way?
He is obviously going to be targeted by every small and big villain.
But hearing Orochimaru is looking for him scared him. Afterall, Obito will not really kill him unless he shows that he is against Moon of the Eye plan.
The main problems are Danzo and Orochimaru.
Danzo will try to kill him and take his eyes. Maybe use the Mosquito poison that took out Shisui? But that will destroy his eyes as well. So he wouldn't do it in presence of Fugaku atleast, where he can't get the eyes.
But Orochimaru? He isn't a coward like Danzo. He might just kidnap him and manage to run away. And then, experiment on him.
Right now, Orochimaru possesses the most danger to him.
