As the Black Blade appeared, Yiyang Lie felt as if something was gripping his heart, causing the Qi and Blood in his whole body to stagnate.
"This item was bestowed upon me by Duke An, it has no name. It's easy to slay a Tier Six opponent. If you resonate with it, you might even have a chance to slay Tier Seven."
Shi Ying only mentioned that the Black Blade could slay Tier Seven opponents, but didn't inform Yiyang Lie that this blade was a sacrificial weapon requiring one's life.
Slaying Tier Seven?
Enough to drive any Sixth Realm Martial Artist mad with desire.
Even a Tier Seven would first think to claim the Black Blade for themselves upon hearing this.
Thus, the already embittered strongest figure in the Yiyang Kingdom, Yiyang Lie, was immediately captivated by the Black Blade.
"Please, my lord, allow me to try!"
