Silence remained in the living room, stretching between the four individuals seated there, none of them speaking for a long while. It felt heavy, almost pressing, until at last the middle-aged doctor broke it. He cleared his throat softly and asked, "Do you have his medical reports?."

Sun Hao bowed slightly in acknowledgment and turned to leave. He walked toward the staircase and made his way upstairs to fetch Jiang Qi's report. How they had managed to obtain those reports was something only they themselves knew.
