The clock had just struck past eight when Shen Yi and Jiang Qi stepped out of the car, the cool evening air greeting them outside the DAWN resto-bar. Jiang Qi, without a glance or a word to Shen Yi, walked directly inside. Shen Yi watched him for a brief moment, a faint side smile playing on his lips, before he followed closely behind. The interior of the resto-bar was already bustling, a low hum of slow music mingling with the sounds of bickering customers.
As they entered Sun Hao appeared, moving towards them with purpose. He guided them away from the vibrant chaos of the main area, leading them through a quieter corridor until they reached a private suite. Inside, the two sat opposite each other, leaving Sun Hao standing respectfully by the side.
"Have our dinner delivered here, please," Shen Yi instructed Sun Hao, his gaze then shifting to Jiang Qi. "What would you like to have?"
