After everything, Kaguya finally gave birth to her children, triplets.
Her first child was Otsutsuki Hagoromo, born with her Rinnegan, the peacemaker.
Her second child was Otsutsuki Hamura, born with her Baykugan, the refugee.
And finally, her third child was Otsutsuki Teguya, born with her Sharingan, the fatebender.
All three of them had her precious chakra, but Teguya was a natural even beyond his siblings due to one thing, his body naturally absorbed chakra from the air natural chakra.
Chakra was the mystical energy of the world, it flowed in everything alive, through the chakra channels found in the body similar to blood. To release chakra means to bring out physical and spiritual energy and mix it within one's body.
However, natural chakra was different, it was not created by living beings, but rather a form of energy that was part of the atmosphere circulating throughout the whole world. It is usually not accessible to people, but Teguya had a Natural chakra affinity which made him able to take it in without facing the consequence that would normally arise for others, turning to stone.
This alone, fascinated Kaguya who had grown to desire more chakra and power in her race to prepare for the return of her clan.
This made her place more of her attention on him as he had the potential to make a big difference when the time came.
When Teguya first woke up, he was met with his system.
In a room mostly made of wood with some stone architecture, with that smoky wood scent, there, the third child of Kaguya could be found taking in the browns and blacks present in his nursery room.

"Ahhh!" Teguya tried to speak, but his voice came out only as baby talk.

(Just, what is her plan? Did she not tell me on purpose?… No, it's too early to form conclusions, for now, I should focus on making the most of what I do have. Fortunately, it doesn't seem like she can read all my thoughts, only the ones directed at her.) Teguya decided as he slowly began playing around with his chakra.

Born as one of Kaguya's kids, he has a degree of control over his chakra from the get-go.
Commanding his chakra he moved it lightly, and just that was a process that took a while, but he was quickly improving and getting the gist of it.
Deciding against playing with natural chakra for now, he focused on training with his chakra every day.
It took him only a month to reach D rank, being able to move his chakra throughout his body by then, something that earned him a lot of praise from his mother.
As time continued to pass, they only became closer, and while he became the favorite due to his talents, the other two didn't fall too far behind, quickly catching up simply by mimicking their younger brother, a level of talent far beyond the norm.
The journey quickly became a competition among the brothers, and their mother could not be happier to see such a development.
Day after day, month after month, as they reached life milestones so did their growth follow, and the three were known as prodigies and greatly respected, and nowhere near as feared as their mother.
By the 3rd month, the C rank was reached in chakra control and the other skills followed, while at the same time, his level reached 5 and did not go any higher after that. Already able to precisely use his chakra with ease.
After that, it took only until he was a year old, for Teguya to reach B rank in chakra control, and at this point, he could localize his chakra points with relative accuracy.
From there, only at the age of 6 did the next big jump happen, and he became an A rank in chakra control and fully mapped all his chakra points.
Once that happened, the quest was easily completed.
