Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 — The Child with Three Letters

Chapter 1 — The Child with Three Letters

> No one knew his name or where he came from.

According to the rumors in the orphanage, he had been dropped off one day at exactly 12:00 p.m., without a word. Just a small piece of paper with three letters scribbled on it: M9K.

The caretakers at the orphanage found the name too strange—almost ridiculous—for a child.

So they decided to give him another one: Minoski.

A name formed from the original: "Mi" for the M, "nos" for the 9, and "ki" for the K.

Minoski grew up in a filthy, merciless world, where hard labor crushed the weak, and research, science, and power ruled everything.

Humanity no longer had a place for kids like him.

---

> At just 10 years old, Minoski already had a rival: Natsu, the orphanage director's son.

Too busy with their affairs, Natsu's parents had left him there like a package.

But unlike the other kids, he had every privilege.

Minoski, on the other hand, was shy, athletic, and constantly bullied.

Everything Minoski wanted—was handed to Natsu.

Even his dreams.

---

> His dream? To become a professional boxer or footballer.

He trained every day in secret.

They laughed at him:

> "You? A champion? You get beat up every day!"

But it wasn't that he couldn't beat Natsu…

It was that he chose not to.

He knew that hitting the "boss's son" meant risking his life in that hell.

---

> So he endured the abuse. Because he had nothing waiting for him outside.

Only one person in that place showed him kindness:

Elise.

A gentle, sincere girl who secretly helped him. Who believed in him.

And most of all—the only one he truly loved.

---

> Then came the day of the championship.

A tournament organized by the orphanage.

The winner would sign a pro contract with a prestigious club.

Everyone knew Minoski was going to shine.

He was the strongest, the most disciplined.

But that day…

Natsu shattered both his legs.

Officially? An accident.

Unofficially? A cold, calculated betrayal.

The contract was canceled. Minoski was left alone in the infirmary—no care, no visits, no food.

Except from Elise, who stole what she could to feed him and keep him alive.

---

> For a whole year, Minoski survived on burnt bread, dirty water, and the love of a single person.

By 12, he had recovered. He wanted revenge.

But Elise talked him out of it.

He listened—out of love.

---

> Then one day, he saw Natsu assaulting Elise behind the building.

And in that moment, Minoski snapped.

He charged at Natsu and beat him mercilessly—without thinking.

Natsu ended up in the infirmary too—this time with no mercy.

Later, Elise confessed that it had been going on for a year.

Minoski felt a burning hatred rise in him… but Elise managed to calm him down.

---

> Natsu's father, furious, summoned Minoski.

— "Why did you hit my son?"

— "Because he assaulted a girl."

Silence.

The man realized he was in serious trouble.

But what he didn't know…

Was that Minoski had already told several people what had happened.

The rumor had spread.

It was too late to bury it.

---

> So he called Elise in.

And threatened her.

> "If you don't say it's a lie… he dies."

Elise gave in.

Out of fear. Out of weakness.

On a livestream, Minoski and Elise were recorded.

To the question:

— "Is what Minoski said true?"

Elise answered:

> "No. He made it all up. He just wanted revenge."

Minoski broke down.

Betrayed by the one he loved. Accused. Condemned.

At 13, he was expelled from the orphanage—abandoned.

And the real story… was only just beginning.
