In the skies of Norway, Tomura could be seen looking down on a certain island. Cassandra Nova was currently hiding out on this island.
It was pretty remote, but he could see some towns nearby. He didn't really care, they'd be out of range anyway.
A ball of black electricity radiated from the tip of his finger. Then air started swirling around it.
Immediately following that, it started to crackle with electricity. The intensity amplified and the air around him started to form a spiral.
Almost like a drill.
He pointed his finger directly above the head of Cassandra. He was using [Search] to see Cassandra through the mountains.
[Black Lightning + Air Cannon + Heavy Payload= Thunder Cannon]
BOOOOOOOOOM!!!
At the sound of thunder and the spied of lightning, the mountain that was on top of Cassandra was instantly obliterated by the huge mix of Lightning and Air.
Tomura descended slowly. He could still see Cassandra. She was under the rubble with a psionic shield around her.
"Heh, she really survived. She's missing an arm, and her entire right side is chard. Her weakness is her instability. Man search is so overpowered." Said Tomura.
Search not only located a person, but it also located weaknesses found on a person.
ZING!
Tomura dodged the huge rock that was hurled at him.
"Danger sense works even when I'm looking directly at something. Good." Said Tomura.
He could see Cassandra looking up at him. She was worse than he imagined. Along with her missing arm, she right eye was also gone.
Her entire right side was blackened with burnt skin.
"Who are you? How did you locate this base?" Questioned Cassandra as she turned off the pain receptors and began to heal.
Due to her Biokinesis, she had master control over the body. She accelerated her natural healing and healed her burnt body.
Her arm and eye was also able to regenerate. Tomura wasn't surprised by this, as she could revive herself from a microscopic mass of tissue.
So regenerating her eye and arm wasn't too far fetched.
"You don't need to know how I found you. But know, you will not live after today." Said Tomura.
BOOOM!
He broke the sound barrier and appeared before Cassandra. He grabbed her face and started dragging her through the mountain.
A ring of repulsion then formed above her body and held her in place.
"I couldbe killed you when i grabbed your face. But i need your power for myself, so i can't turn you to dust just yet." Said Tomura.
"So you're a mutant? You vile creatures only know destruction. Who the hell are you?" Asked Cassandra.
"My friends and family came me, Tomura Shigaraki. But my Enemies call me, All For One." Said Tomura.
"It's funny how you hate mutants, but you chose to become one. You mummudrai are funny." Said Tomura as he sat on a rock.
"How do you know that? No one should know what I am." Yelled Cassandra.
"Well it's for me to know, and for you to never find out. You can't read my thoughts, as there's a barrier around my brain. And you like to make physical contact." Said Tomura.
"I did a lot of research on you. You can read minds without physical contact, but you choose to stick your hand inside people. Is that some sort of fetish?" Questioned Tomura.
"It's easier and faster that way. Plus i could see the look of despair on my victims faces." Said Cassandra as she smiled.
"Well, I have things to do. So I'll see you when you reform eventually." Said Tomura.
He kneeled down and placed his palm on her head. Soon enough, red energy started flowing out of Cassandra and into Tomura.
"Wait stop, you can't do this. If you take my abilities, I won't be able to leave the astral realm." Yelled Cassandra.
"Good." Said Tomura.
After about 20 seconds, Cassandra had lost all of her powers. Tomura felt his mind open up.
Cassandra was an omega level telepath, so his mind stretched and touched everything on the planet.
He stopped his mind from hearing the voices of the world. He could also manipulate DNA on a molecular level.

"Well lady, see you never." Said Tomura as he turned Cassandra to dust.
He removed his repulsion ring and just kicked her ashes.
"I've officially reached omega level. I'll be abusing the hell out of these abilities." Said Tomura as he raised into the air.
His eyes turned rainbow, and he looked to the west. He used Radio wave and Search in tandem.
He looked and seen New York City. He could see Killgrave and with the radio waves, he could see and hear him.
He was currently in the process of luring a woman to his house. Immediately, Tomura flew into the air, and took off in a sonic boom.
The damaged island would make headlines in the morning news.
-Location: New York City, New York-
-Date: 2:00 Am, Sept 16th, 2003-
In the skies of New York City, Tomura looked down at the nightclub that was still active.
He could see and hear Killgrave trying to persuade a woman to come home with him. But it wasn't working.
He then seen him start releasing phenomenons to take over her mind.
Tomura flew down into an alleyway and walked out. He walked up to the bouncer and used telepathy to make the bouncer ignore his presence.
He also used radio waves to scramble the camera outside.
When he got inside he made his way towards the woman that was chatting with Killgrave.
"Excuse me, are you Kara? It's me, Yuta. We went to midtown high together. How have you been." Said Tomura to the woman named Kara.
He had read her mind and got some basic information from her. He also broke Killgraves telepathic hold on her.
"Oh Yuta, how have you been. You've become more handsome. Did you dye your hair?" Asked Kara, pretending to know Tomura.
"No, it's a family condition. My father and uncle had white hair when they turned 20. So now I have it." Said Tomura.
"Umm, excuse me, I was speaking to the lovely woman." Said Killgrave.
"Sorry pal, i recognized her immediately. Did you know she was the captain of the cheer team? She was also valedictorian our senior year." Said Tomura as he made these things up.
"Actually Yuta, I was just about to leave. Do you want to come with?" Asked Kara.
"Sure, we can catch up." Said Tomura.
They began to walk out, and Killgrave followed. He stayed back as to not let them see him.
When Killgrave had a target, he never let them escape his grasp.
Tomura called a taxi for Kara, she thanked him for stepping in and saving her. She also asked how he knew all that stuff about her.
He just said he guessed. Obviously he got some things wrong on purpose. As he watched the car drive off, he could feel KIllgrave behind him.
A yellow ring formed on his palm, and he turn around and blasted him with repulsive force.
KIllgrave flew into the wall, but didn't get the chance to fall to the ground.
Tomura carried him to an alleyway and held him by his neck.
"So the rapist purple man decided to follow me. Killgrave, you're so predictable. If you didn't think with your lower half all the time, you'd be more aware." Said Tomura.
Killgrave struggled in Tomura's grasp.
"There are a lot of things I want to do to you. But I'll just make you live through everything you did to those women." Said Tomura as he touched killgrave's head.
Killgrave felt his mind being tampered with. The. He woke up in a room. He was naked and he couldn't move his body.
The room he was in was empty, except for the bed he was on. Suddenly, 10 big fat men walked inside.
They all looked lustful and were all naked. They were hairy and had sick smiled on their faces.
His eyes looked down, and he could see that they were all erect.
Tomura then walked inside with his hands in his pockets.
"Welcome to your new world Killgrave. I made sure that your mind would be trapped here for all of eternity. Your body will be gone obviously, but your astral body will be here. For all of eternity." Said Tomura.
Thanks to his omega level telepathy, he created a mind scape that traps the soul of an individual.
He could access it anytime he wanted. He had just gained this power, but he didn't have time to mess with it. So he made this on the fly.
When he finished killing sublime, he'd tamper with it.
"Well, good luck Killgrave. I've amplified everything, so you will feel it a lot more than anyone else would. Hope you enjoy your stay." Said Tomura as he disappeared.
"Hehehehehe." The fat men laughed and they all pounced on Killgrave.
They raped him.
-Later-
Tomura destroyed killgraves body, and now he's waiting for Azazel.
BAMF!
"Let's go, we're going to LA." Said Tomura.
"Yes." Said Azazel.
He grabbed Tomura shoulder, and they teleported aways.
BAMF!
-Location: Beverly Hills, Los Angeles-
-Date: 11:15pm, Sept 15th, 2003-
They had teleported directly to a house party that Sublime was at. He had been partying for the past few days.
Tomura once again just walked inside and scouted. Azazel has teleported away to keep his distance.
Tomura looked around and seen that everyone was on drugs. Mostly everyone was high on something. The only sober people here were sublim himself, and the DJ.
He found Sublime in the kitchen. He was making a cocktail for himself. Tomura walked up to him, and looked at him with a smile.
Sublime was average height, and Tomura stood at 6'4.
"Hey man, this house is bitchin." Said Tomura.
(A/n: Please tell y'all understood this reference.)
"Thanks, whatever that means." Said Sublime as he didn't take his eyes off them cocktail.
"So, Sublime. How's the experiments going?" Asked Tomura.
Sublime paused and slowly looked to his left. Tomura was smiling at Sublime, and Sublime looked at him with a passive expression.
SNAP!
The music stopped, and all the people stood still. They sold started to walk out, and they all went home.
Now it was just Sublime and Tomura. sublime looked at Tomura and instantly knew he was a mutant.
The only species on the planet he couldn't take over.
"So, what does a mutant want with me? I'm currently not terrorizing your kind." Said Sublime.
"Oh I don't want and from you. I can get it whenever I want, I just wanted to speak to you first, Mr. Bacteria." Said Tomura.
"So you know what I am? And you still come near me?" Asked Sublime.
This man may know who he is, but he didn't know his weakness. He could use that to his advantage.
"What are you gonna do? Infect me? Well you can't, and even if you did, I have absolute control of my dna. My white blood cells would snuff you out like a lite flame." Said Tomura.
Sublime's smile dropped as he lost all leverage he had. His only choice was to fight. And just with the display of power, he could tell this man was just a telepath.
This would be an easy fight.
Sublime three his drink at Tomura, and rushed him. He tried to punch, but Tomura wasn't there.
Instantly, he was looking at the ceiling.
"Huh?" Sublime was confused.
Did get just get knocked down? It couldn't be. He was a supreme existence, he couldn't be defeated by some meme mutant.
"I could be defeated by some mere mutant. Is what you're thinking. Man, being a telepath is so fun. I just red your intentions and acted accordingly." Said Tomura as he placed his shoe on Sublimes chest.
"Get your foot off me you filthy mutant." Said Sublime.
"Heh, when all else fails, resort to racism. Typical of you." Said Tomura.
"Well, you're gonna suffer for all eternity. Goodbye." Said Tomura as he placed his hand on Sublimes face and activated decay.
He also took his memories of sublimes lab where he made clones. He also seen that, he had already taken Emma's eggs, meaning the cuckoos are alive.
"Well, time to be a daddy." Said Tomura.
He also sent sublimes mind to a torture scape like he did Killgrave. Sublimes personal hell is being dissected over and over again while feeling everything.
"Ahhh, poetic justice is some nice." Said Tomura.
BAMF!
Azazel appeared and seen the dust shaped human on the ground.
Using telekinesis, Tomura compacted it into a small ball and shot it into the Pacific Ocean.
"Now Azazel my friend. We will be going to China. After that, we're done." Said Tomura.
"Then let's go." Said Azazel.
He grabbed hold of Tomura and teleported away.
