Chapter 2 - Axiothea: Duke of Artabia's Fall

A week after stopping Duke Warls' attack on Werlin, Axiothea decides to pursue him and get her revenge on him for sending mercenaries to kill her. Deep into Artabian territory she hunts for him, but runs into a large army commanded by King Osmald's son, Prince Hugo. His large army challenges her, and while she slaughters half of it, she is overwhelmed, defeated and taken prisoner. Prince Hugo decided that she needs to be tortured in Artabia's darkest prison fortress Hadeschester.

Inside dreary Hadeschester fortress, the nude muscular Axiothea is chained in a prison cell; her arms bound to the wall, while her legs are shackled by iron balls. Her short red hair is messy, unkept while being held prisoner for weeks; the blue war paint triangle covering her working left eye is faded. The guards took away the eye patch that covered her right eye, exposing the permanent wound to the elements. They don't even give her clothes, letting her nude body succumb to the disgusting conditions of the prison. Day and night, small insects and pests bite Axiothea's muscular abdomen, big bosom, large arms, strong legs, and thick buttocks. Their biting's have caused minor infections to spread over her naked body. She doesn't worry, she knows this is all a temporary punishment from the gods; she was cocky when she began overpower Prince Hugo's army, and they gave him the victory over her. Yet she can still feel a slimmer of their blessing. She knows that they are testing her, and possibly put her in a weakened state to attract the one she wishes victory over.

Night falls on the prison, the one barred window lets moonlight come in. A prison guard enters her cell and tosses grubby food at her. She quickly lunges over to eat it; it is the only food that keeps her body fit while imprisoned.

"Ha! Look at you," the guard taunts. "Every day, the great Axiothea is made to eat like a starving dog. When Duke Warls comes, your suffering will finally end."

The guard leaves, but Axiothea smiles as she eats. With Duke Warls coming, she can get her revenge. Even in an imprisoned state she knows the gods will grant her victory over him. She finishes her food, then finds her corner to defecate. The guards rarely clean her cell, so she must find a small place to use the bathroom. Even though she keeps the waste away from her, the smell is nauseating, and it attracts the pests who bite her skin.

She finishes doing her business, then rests on the wall to gather her strength. She knows she will need it when Duke Warls comes.

"Great Gods who bless me. Please grant me victory in these coming days," She prays. "That vile Warls will pay. I will give his dead body as tribute to you."

She falls asleep, until the sunrise shines through the barred window. Her nose intakes the stink of her cell. She wants to vomit but holds it in. Two guards come in, one with a shovel and empty bucket, and the other with a bucket of water. The guard with the shovel cleans her waste, while the one with the bucket of water pours the water to clean the area; the dribble of left-over water in the bucket is tossed on to Axiothea.

"Don't want Warls' good prisoner stinking in her smelly cell," he laughs. Both guards then leave the cell.

Axiothea stands up, the chains holding her tight in place. She begins to figure out how she will get her revenge. She knows she needs to outsmart Warls, and she believes she has another trap to take the cunning duke down.

"Great gods, the time is coming, please grant me victory and the tribute will be given."

She sits/stands in her cell, until the light entering her cell from outside reveals it is afternoon. She hears outside the prison guards greeting someone, and from their tone, the person is important. Then things become quiet. Minutes go by until she hears muttering of voices coming closer to her cell. Their footsteps get louder as they get closer; she can hear their muffled voices talk about her. The door swings open, the prison warden, four guards, and more importantly Duke Warls enter the cell. Axiothea sees him in his black armor, and new suit since she destroyed the old one.

"Look at you," he says, his black short hair standing with excitement, his green eyes loving the state of his prize. "So mighty and proud you thought you could march your way into our territory."

"Come on, I just wanted to tour the Artabian countryside," she jests, making her body and face look vulnerable.

"Don't be ridiculous. I know you were after me Axiothea!"

The bare heroine gives him a doey eyes to show she is nothing by a damsel.

"You killed my trusty steed, wounded me, and stopped my kingdom's rightful conquest of Werlin," he says. "You being locked up in Hadeschester, the vilest prison of our kingdom, is a rightful punishment for you."

 "I am sorwy," she says.

"Oh you are going to be. Warden have your men bring the iron," he says.

The prison warden barks at a guard to bring an iron rod, and the other a torch. While they wait Duke Warls paces around the prison cell, his face giddy, plotting the evil deeds he will enact on Axiothea.

"Here," he says, pulling out her eye patch from his pocket, then walking up to her. "You might want this back."

He puts it on her, covering the wound on her right eye. He walks away from her. Axiothea can only respond by giving light whimpers, while making her body look submissive. She knows that if she can get Warls to think she is a defeated damsel and lower his guard, then she can enact her revenge.

The two guards return, the one with the iron rod gives it to the duke, the other holds the torch.

"Excellent," Duke Warls says. "Now bare Axiothea, shall we begin."

"What are you going to do?" she asks.

"Oh, once this rod is heated, I am going to think about which part of your body I am going to burn first."

He gives out a maniacal laugh, the guards and warden give out chuckles. The tip of the iron rod brightens as it is heated up by the torch

"Should I start with your chiseled abdomen," he says malevolently, continuing to heat up the iron rod. "Or should I strike you bosom followed by the groin, robbing and ruining your body of its feminine beauty and purpose. Or should I be straight forward and pierce it into your head, giving you a painful death as your brain is melted."

He then looks at Axiothea's large bare bosom. His face grins with malevolent glee.

 "I know where to start."

The iron rod is heated. Duke Warls waltzes closer to the chained Axiothea, his eyes ogling her bosom.

"Let's see if you want to proudly have them out, after they are burned and mangled."

She responds with a wail. Duke Warls plunges the hot iron rod into her right breast. However, the heated rod bounces off of it. He stares bamboozled. He then thrusts and slams the rod on Axiothea's right breast, however, the result is the same. He then hits other parts of her body with the heated iron rod, but her body bounces each attack off.

"Why!" he shouts. "Why won't you take the pain."

"Should we get another rod," the prison warden says.

"No! There is nothing wrong with the rod. There is something wrong with her!"

He then looks at the chained heroine, she keeps giving him a vulnerable and submissive look.

"What trickery are you pulling, you naked wench."

"None," she says acting innocent. "The Great Gods must be looking after me right now."

"The great gods," he grumbles, giving the heated rod to a guard.

He then walks in front of her, his eyes filled with irritation and rage.

"The Great Gods, who supposedly bless you," he scoffs. "Hah! I'll show them that you are not worthy of their blessing."

 "H-how," she stammers.

Axiothea makes her body makes her body look even more submissive, moving her chained arms behind her back, while arching her back and lifting her left foot up to make her buttocks flex, to look more alluring.

"Warden you and your men leave. I wish to be alone with the prisoner," he orders. His cunning mind now being clouded by primal desires.

"Sir I don't think that is a good idea," the prison warden says.

 "Out!" Duke Warls shouts.

The prison warden bows, then leads his men out. The prison cell door closes, leaving Axiothea alone with the Duke. He paces around her filthy cell, before looking at her chained nude body.

"So what are you going to do to me," she says.

"I am going to rob you of your blessing," he says malevolently.

"How," she says confused. "The Great Gods blessed me for a reason. I humbly thank them for this, even in this terrible state I find myself in."

"Ha! I'll make it worse for you."

The duke begins to strip himself of his lower body armor.

"I am going to force myself on to you, and make you scream like the local whores. Oh how the Great Gods will feel foolish, blessing a woman who can easily be made into a hussy."

With that statement, Duke Warls sealed his fate. The smart and cool commander of the battlefield, challenged the wisdom of the gods. How foolish he is that he tried rid the world of Axiothea by being crafty; he should have kept his mind distant from trying plot her death, and defeated her in the heat of battle with his tactical prowess. The Gods saw through his hubris and schemes, now his life is sealed, marked like a stag by a hunter's bow and arrow.

"Uh, uh," Axiothea wails, keeping up her façade. "Wait you don't have to do this."

"Oh but I will," he says. "You might as well start spreading them Axiothea! I'd rather not have to wrestle you."

His lower body is bare as Axiothea's. He rushes over and grabs the chained heroine, his hands caressing every part of her body. Axiothea gives out moans and whimpers that make the duke become highly entranced by her, but blinded to his doom.

"Enough, playing dear. It is time to deflower you."

He laughs, readying to force himself into her. However, in his seduced state, he fails to notices Axiothea slowly wrapping the chains that bind her arms around his neck. Quickly she pulls them on his neck, strangling him hard. The duke struggles, but Axiothea's might holds him tight. He gives out wheezes and gurgles, before his last breath is taken; his eyes roll into his head, death releasing his body from this mortal world.

Axiothea releases her chains from his neck, the dead duke falling to the ground. She then pulls the chains that bind her arms off the wall. With her arm movements freed, she quickly tears them off, along with the chains that bind her legs. She keeps them, knowing that they will be useful for her.

As she heads to the cell door, she looks at the dead Duke Warls. Disgusted by his state.

"Great Gods, hear is you tribute. A man who challenged your might and wisdom. The cunning duke was blinded by his ego, much like I have been before. But his blindness brought him death, while my humility gave me victory. I thank you and praise you. Though I sometimes get cocky, remembering to be humble is my greatest weapon, because you will bless me with great power through it."

She finishes her prayer, and exits the prison. The guards and warden were close by, just in case something bad happened. They see Axiothea exiting from the cell and charge at her. She responds by using the chains as weapons. Two of the guards are strangled, two have their skulls smashed by the iron chain balls. The prison warden is strangled by Axiothea's mighty arms. Once they are dead she picks up the chains and continues walking. She marches through the prison killing guards, and freeing prisoners. The terrifying Hadeschester becomes a place of chaos as Axiothea goes on her rampage of liberation.

She eventually leaves Hadeschester. The prisoners she set free burn it. As she leaves she sees the flaming wreck of the once mighty horrifying Artabian prison fortress. She smiles as she leaves, tossing the chains on to the grass. She got her revenge, and caused mass destruction. The Great Gods who bless her, never abandoned her. She knows that they will always have her back as long as she is humble with her power. Even in her captured state, they were working to give her a divine way to give what she desires.
