"MY PARENTS?! Tell me!" with an excited voice, Naruto yelled, as his eyes sparkled with anticipation. He can't believe that this book knows about his parents.
"Fine, remember that you only can ask me one question once a year, next time think more about it.
They were the most important ninjas in the village. Your father was a hero 7 years ago and one of the most powerful ninjas but you didn't inherit his last name; there comes your mother, she was a Uzumaki clan member, the last one in the village. They died the same day when the disaster occurred.
The original owner didn't let me say much about it, so the rest you will discover on your own. Remember, don't ask anyone about your parents, not even the Third Hokage.
That's all, now I will give you the next step to train.
-Feel and move your chakra throughout the body, do it until you don't need to concentrate on it.
-After that, you need to do the same but this time when you're walking or even running. By doing this you will be prepared for any case.
-Now your chakra will be easy to use, at this point you can try to create a thin layer on your skin. With that thing on your body, this will be a little problematic but don't worry, you can do this your whole life, each day you spend on it you will be more powerful.

Then just like last time, the book fell silent.
"So, they're dead… I think that they abandoned me…"

For the first time since school began, Naruto stayed at home.
He didn't want to train, just stay at home thinking about the things the book said to him.
Morning passed and Naruto went to the river, this time he didn't hurry up and slowly walked to. Took his time to watch the people's village, he saw a man with a bow-cult doing exercise in a field he usually didn't pass though.
"mmm… I hope Iruka-sensei doesn't get angry with me…" giving the man a fleeting glance, Naruto walked another minutes until he realized.
"Wait, bow-cult? Isn't he my supposed master?" going back to the same path, Naruto ran to the field and he saw it again. A muscular man was sweating all over on the same spot and with his strength he sunk the ground.
Naruto keeps his eyes on it not knowing that the man is also seeing him. Seeing that the kid won't go, the man stood up and asked Naruto with a bright smile "Hey kid, do you need something from me? I saw what you do in the river, it's interesting, keep the hard work"
Naturo knows that someone is watching him, he can feel it; but no one approaches to ask for it so he doesn't pay attention to it.
"Hum, sir, what's your name?"
"Aha! You can call me Might Guy!" said the man forcefully.
"Let the power of youth solve your problems, kid!" with his confident look, the words he said were more convincing.
"Ah, it's really him" Naruto thought "he don't look powerful, well, Jiji also don't look like that but is still the Hokage"
"I'm not "kid", I'm Naruto. You think the thing I do in the river it's okay?"
"Yes, Naruto! It's something you worked hard for, of course it's okay! Even if I don't know what you do for the last few months, I see you doing it" Might Guy's words were brimming with confidence, he always thinks that the "youth" it's the most important thing for the village children.
"But… you seem confused about something, come" he said with a smile and started running to the outskirts.
He didn't leave time to Naruto to think about it.
"Hey! wait!"
Naruto starts running before him, with his short legs, he needs several steps to do the same thing as him.
Even when he ran with all his might he couldn't catch the man.
Minutes passed and the only thing Naruto can feel was his chest burning; he wanted to follow him because the book told, that man will be his master.
"Huff..Huff.. damn it.. why is he so fast…" breathing heavily Naruto fell to the ground, they ran for almost an hour, it's the first time he did something like that, his excitement for learning chakra made him forget about it. He also needs to do exercise.
"Better? You lasted longer than i expected"
"¡AHHHHH! Where did you come from?!" leaving the cozy ground, Naruto stood up and yelled to the bushy-eyebrowed man that appeared near him.
"Hahaha! I was waiting for you" Might Guy said while his inner thoughts were more different "What's this kid? His body is crazy, it took me months to reach the same condition"
"Better? you seemed confused when you approached me a while ago. When that happens just run, after that, you can think about it"
"Okay, thank you sir, can I run with you another time?" Noticing that he was calmer, Naruto thanked him. Maybe this is the reason why the book wants me to become his apprentice.
"Of course! meet me every morning near the river, remember to eat well or you won't be able to run. See you tomorrow, Naruto!" leaving these words, Might Guy continued to run through the forest until he disappeared.
"What a funny sir, I'll ask him tomorrow how to train my body. This really sucks, I'm sooo tired" Naruto returned to his home with his body in pain.
At home, he took a shower and rubbed his legs with a hot wet towel. It helps when the condition isn't that bad.
Going to sleep, he was calmer than in the morning. Running like that really helps. They lied, yes, but he will get the answers sooner or later.
—Next day—
With the things he bought in the grocery store, Naruto made his breakfast. In the school library he found a recipe book and he took Might Guy's advice to heart, so he wanted to make sure it tastes good.
After eating Naruto went directly to the river, the sun was barely rising when he arrived but the man he met yesterday was already waiting for him.
"Morning, Naruto! Are you ready? come, make warm-up exercises with me" Even the faint light can't hide his bright smile.
"You feel better? yesterday you seems worried about something"
With his gaze towards him Naruto replies "Yup! that really helps me a lot, I realize that some things you can't control and it's fine, I can fight to do better"
"Well said, Naruto! I can sense the youth in my inner resonate with yours, let's go!" Might guy seems relieved when he sees the kid's eyes.
"Hm!" Nodded, Naruto followed him.
"Ahm, sir, can you tell me how to train? I only knew meditation but my body sucks" while they're running, Naruto asked. He feels comfortable since the bushy-eyebrowed man didn't treat him bad like other people do.
"Meditation? Who teach you that? whatever, running is exercise, it's the only thing you can do for now, when your body get used to it we can do other things, meanwhile just run with me"
"Ugh, fine, the book won't lie to me so I will listen to you" Naruto complaining slightly as kept running before him.
While running Naruto didn't notice that some people pointed at him, he didn't, but Might Guy did.
So he change the direction and turned around to return at the beginning point, the river. Returning for the same path Naruto slowly noticed the people, he never be that visible other times when he went out. Knowing that, Naruto keeps his dead down and just follows him.
Arriving at the river Naruto fell exhausted but he kept his eyes on Might Guy, to which the man returned a smile to him, seeing that, he feels glad and now he can rest in the ground.
"Well done, Naruto! see you tomorrow, now go to the school before it's late" when Might Guy says this, a bright smile adorn his face. He's really happy to have someone to accompany him on a run.
"Yup! Thanks for help me! And… you didn't know who am I?" feeling a bit nervous Naruto asked him, depending on how he answered it may be his future interactions.
"Of course! You're Naruto, isn't it?" as his back disappeared in the streets, Might Guy left these words.
"Yup! I'm Naruto, that's the only thing that matter…"Chereed up, Naruto went to the school; he couldn't miss this day either or it would become a habit.
When Naruto arrives at the school, Iruka won't ask him what happened yesterday; he just takes the kids to the gym and continues with the lessons.
Without anything more to do, Naruto just sits and enters a meditative state until the lesson ends. He already learned all of the class year so when it's vacation the only thing he can do is continue to meditate, maybe try to create the thin layer but knowing that it took him nearly a year to learn that "Chakra" he would be happy if he can do it when the school begins once again.
—1 month later—
Today is the last class and Iruka says goodbye to them "Well done this year guys, remember to eat well on this vacations, next year will be more demanding and if you don't complete the program you will have to repeat the whole year."
Regardless to iruka says to them, they don't care and just celebrate that it's finally vacations.
After arriving at home Naruto does the same as always, reads the advice about meditation that some books have and moves his chakra to his hands, after seeing Iruka using chakra with his hands Naruto copies it and since that he's trying to make it.
When he uses the weak chakra he can do it with a thought, but it's not the same case with the meditative chakra(M-Chakra for now) so he's trying to remember the sensation and do it with his M-Chakra.
Doing it without success Naruto stopped and went to the river, previously he could only meditate but now he's running to at least make his body strong. He can't accept being a failure in both fields.
Vacations days passed quickly, eating well he can feel his progress each day, now he can run for two hours before he feels exhausted.
Sometimes when he's running in the evenings Naruto sees his classmates playing, but he don't approach them.
Some days when he arrives at the river in the morning Might Guy doesn't appear, the first time he was worried. But later Might Guy explained to him that he was on a mission out of the village, sometimes it can take a while to return.
After that, Naruto continued going every morning even if he had to do it alone.

Being not allowed to enter the library Naruto only could do it by trial and error, even now he can't extract his chakra and flow into his hands surface, it feels like it's trapped inside.
His control really improves but if he can't create the layer that doesn't matter, every day he gets more impatient and spends more time running than meditating when in the beginning it was the opposite.
With just a month of vacation left, Naruto's body is completely different. He feels strong and doesn't get tired easily like before, he also grows a few centimeters and now he wouldn't be shorter than his classmates anymore.
Two weeks ago Might Guy stopped running with him because he needed to go out for a mission, since then, he didn't appear again. Even Jiji won't come to visit after the classes ended, but after that short words with Might Guy, he doesn't feel bad about it and just puts in more effort, when he becomes a Ninja no one can stop him from getting the answers he wants.
Naruto stopped meditation and just put his efforts into his body, the other thing he does is try to fish in the river. He uses the same method as before: sharpen a stick and stab hard.
Failing many times taught Naruto how to do it well, he stood in the same position for a long time until a fish passed near him, not always catching one but he got better.
He never stops thinking about the layer, he tried many things: cut a bit his hand with a knife, use needles, concentrate most of his chakra in his hand, try to merge both chakras but every time got injured and didn't have success.
Now see the stick he got an idea. What if he uses his weak chakra as the body of the stick and uses the M-Chakra as the tip of if.
"Mmm… lets try this, if this not work until the vacations ends, i will ask to the bushy-eyebrowed man"
Back in his house Naruto closes all the windows and sit down in the living room, with a stick he takes from the pile, he starts to mold his weak chakra and give it the same shape.
His weak chakra seems to be inexhaustible so it was the first one he wanted to use for the test.
The first thing he felt was that it's hard to move it, when the chakra left his body is just a gaseous layer without substance. After trying a few times he stopped and instead tried to do it the same but in his inner-body, now he can move it as he wishes, but trying to give it the shape of a stick will be more difficult than he thought.
Knowing that if he continues doing the same it never ends, he tries to gather it like dirt. But it didn't work as he wanted, every time he gathered a big amount the chakra dispersed itself from the inside.
Decreasing the amount he uses, he slowly tries to do it with a length of 15 cm but it doesn't work so when he fails on it, he cuts one cm and tries it again.
Many attempts later, only remained 3 cm but this time it worked, not a perfect one, but it worked.
This time the center of the chakra remained united even though pieces had fallen off, now he only needs to make it stronger and fill the spots. Without him realizing it, it was already night and he didn't eat. With his body weak he went to the kitchen and made something to eat and rest. He did enough for today.
—One week later—
Today Naruto went to the river in the evening as always but the village seems a bit different, people are decorating the buildings and they set up many temporary stalls.
Hearing people talk, he notices that it is already December 14. And that only means one thing: the Lighting Lantern is tonight.
This year he can participate in it. Using the jutsu to transform into a kid from school Naruto approached a stall and bought one lantern and a fox mask, giving the money to the shopkeeper he returned home.
This time he will wait until the night rises and give it his lamp.
When the night came and lamps from everywhere in the village rises to the sky, Naruto stood on his balcony and did the same with his own.
His eyes followed his lamp until it was lost among all the others, maybe one day it will be the same with the people's village.
Going to sleep, Naruto closes his window and throws himself on his bed.
The next day he continues with his training.
And continued like this for two weeks until he made it, the chakra stick it's in the bag. Now he tries to put the M-Chakra tip on it but when the two energies tried to manifest at the same time, both dispersed.
"¿Eh?" he seems confused, trying again, the same thing happened again.
"AHHHHHHH why is always so complicated…" Naruto yelled as he fell to the ground, annoyed.
Getting up, he trying again but this time only using the M-Chakra, this time works, the problem was he doesn't know how to do two things at the same time.
"Okay, let's do this. When the school opens I'll go to the library, if it doesn't work, I'll ask to Might Guy-san"
With only 4 days left until the vacations end he made it, giving the right shape with the M-Chakra.
After that he tries to do it in a better way.
Today, Naruto started his second year at the school.
