Soul Ability: [Increment] - An ability awakened after 100 reincarnations as poor and helpless human men. It has a passive ability to 'quantify' data of different people's talents. It has a single use active ability during each new birth which he can use to increase a 'quantified' data, by adding 1. This active ability is overbearing and will directly increase a maximum limit by 1 when used.
(Fake) Soul Ability: [Reincarnate] - Granted by the powerful demon and can be taken back at any time. Will randomly pull him through time and space to different world's with a 'human race' in them.
Hunter Nen ability:

Once a day, create a full course meal for up to 10 people. The meal is transformed based off of a random memory of 'suffering'. This 'suffering' can only be eaten once. The meal grants between 4 different categories of effects:
- Knowledge category
- Nen category
- Soul category
- Special Category
The strength of the effect is proportional to the suffering experienced in memory.
Limits:
Only innocent 'Victims' can eat a meal and 'Perpetrators' cannot.
