After the woman finished eating the soup, Sonny glanced at him with a displeased look; he didn't like that Killian had helped her. He knew what it was, jealous.
He watched the woman get up and wash the bowl in the sink, waiting for her to leave, but no, she stayed and talked with the doctor.
Her unease seemed to ease up slightly, and Killian walked toward him. "What's with that expression on your face?"
Sonny turned to him and played dumb. "What expression?"
Killian arched his brow. "Like you want to kill someone."
Sonny shrugged. "You must be imagining things."
Killian revealed a small smile. "Is that so?"
Then they heard the woman speaking, "Thank you for helping, but I have to return home."
The doctor smiled, "Are you certain? You can stay for the night."
The woman shook his head, "No, kind sir. I will repay you for helping me earlier."
