Chapter 41 - The Twelfth Spiral Calls

When the Spiral calls, it doesn't tiptoe around. Nah, it kicks the damn door in.

—Gojo Satoru, mission file, totally not for public eyes

Jujutsu High — Main Courtyard, Late Night Vibes

Atmosphere? It's Off. Even the cursed spirits creeping around the woods beyond the school got weirdly quiet, like someone muted the world.

Akashi sat cross-legged by the sakura tree, which looked kinda sad this year, no blossoms, probably because the Twelfth Flame glyph inside him was acting up. You ever have a second heartbeat? Yeah, it's like that, but burning.

Something's off.

His skin prickled. The wind? you know that...It started gossiping.

He muttered, "Someone's watching."

He Got up, ready. The glyph on his chest started glowing, almost like, "Hey dude, heads up."

Something darted behind him then bam! A masked figure, decked out in black and these wild crimson spiral patterns.

INTRUDER ALERT — Time to Throw Hands

Akashi didn't waste a millisecond. Fist lit up with the glyph-chain, he swung. The intruder? Blocked it like swatting a mosquito, didn't even flex with cursed energy. Just, like, raw muscle.

"Who the hell are you?" Akashi slid back, after a long long time he's back in the classic Muay Thai pose, eyes locked and loaded...

The figure peeled off her mask.

Young.hmmmm...maybe 20, tops. Eyes? Straight-up ultraviolet, spiral glyphs turning in her irises. She said..

"I'm Saya. First child of the Fused Spiral. Born of curse and womb."

She looked like she was chewing on glass, voice tense. "And I'm here to warn you."

Akashi's brain lagged.

"Warn me?"

"Yes they're coming for you. Not to kill. To use you. The Spiral Cult wants your flame. They call you 'The Messiah Fragment.' But I think they're dead wrong about you."

Somewhere Else — Spiral Cult's Creepy Sanctuary

The Bastard High Priest:

"The Twelfth Spiral Glyph is fully awake."

"And?"

"It's echoing across the Spiral Lattice and it's Traceable."

He eyeballed this massive blood-soaked glyph sphere in the temple's guts.

"Release the Chainborn. If they fail then we'll light up the Shibuya Gate."

Jujutsu High — Hallways, 2AM Drama

Yuji, Megumi, and Nobara squinted at the monitors and Yaga just fired up. Giant red glyphs everywhere.

"One intruder?" Megumi raised an eyebrow.

"Why the panic?" Yaga just said calmly. "She's not cult-marked. She was born with it."

Gojo strolled in, sunglasses dangling from his fingers.

"Yo.. it's Saya," he muttered. "now it's Fantastic. I thought she was dead."

Yuji boggled. "You… know her?"

Gojo stared out the window like a brooding anime dad.

"hmm. Not her. but Her mom ;)."

Training Grounds — Sparks About to Fly

Saya and Akashi squared off at the edge of the dueling stones. Saya's cursed energy snapped on, golden-red spirals swirling like Saturn's rings around her ankles and wrists.

"You don't get it," she spat. "I don't wanna fight you. But I gotta. They're watching me, too."

Akashi's gaze sharpened. "Then fight for yourself, not for them."

She screamed—a raw, desperate sound—and lunged.

Energy exploded. Akashi's Glyphfire Chain whipped and hissed. Saya's Spiral Strikes tore into the air, leaving burning lines.

Neither could get the upper hand. Both of them leveled up mid-fight, you could feel it. Both scared out of their minds. Both, honestly, totally screwed up hehheh...

Meanwhile — Down in the Shibuya Subway

Spiral cultists shuffled through tunnels under the city. Every wall crawled with cursed sigils. An ancient glyph, long asleep, started to light up under the city's steel ribs.

The priest's voice was barely a whisper:

"The Spiral Gate pulses. Shibuya's about to lose its mind."

Here we go for the climax — Saya Hits the Floor

Their fight hit fever pitch. Akashi landed a clean shot, sent Saya spinning. But he didn't go for the finish, He just held out a hand. Then he asked her..

"If you're not my enemy, help me stop them."

Saya, gasping, finally dropped her guard.

"Listen, the Twelfth Flame? It's not just power. It's a beacon. It'll wake up… the Final Spiral."

Akashi froze.

"What's that supposed to mean?"

"The one before the Curse king Ryuomen Sukuna. The Spiral God."

Thunder rumbled, way too close for comfort.

So yeah, Now the things are gone shit...and apocalyptic..
