Chen Fan slapped his forehead in a dawning realization. It was no wonder they fought him one by one. It was all a way to confuse him and prevent him from thinking about how many people were left.
Chen Fan sat on the ground. He was so tired. The constant calculations had made his brain overheat.
"Okay, you win," Chen Fan gave up.

"That's a good excuse. But the biggest reason is you're afraid of the punishment," Carla said while taking a dried fish from Chen Fan's hand.
"What do I have to be afraid of? Wendy, if you have any requests, just say so. I will definitely fulfill them. Besides, I'm not the one being punished," Chen Fan promised. Everyone perked up their ears. "Money can solve all problems."
"Alright, I don't want anything. I believe in Brother Chen Fan," Wendy said.
"Ah...!" Everyone sighed. Wendy was too kind. Chen Fan was rich after all.
Suddenly, two people ran in. "It's bad!" The bells in the city rang.
"What's wrong? Those bells?"
Chen Fan fell silent, then a smile appeared. 'That man is back.'
"Oh... Gildarts is back!"
"Gildarts!"
Everyone cheered. Lucy and Wendy were confused. "Gildarts is... who is he? I've never heard of him."
Mira said, "Gildarts is the strongest wizard in Fairy Tail."
"The strongest wizard? Even stronger than Erza!"
Erza smiled and shook her head. "There's a vast difference between him and me. It's not a comparison that can be made."
"What about a comparison to Chen Fan?!" Lucy's voice, though not loud, cut through the noise. Time seemed to freeze.

Erza and Mira looked at each other. They didn't know. Chen Fan had never fought seriously. They thought he was only good at 'sweet talk' and making money. But they had just learned that he was unbeatable. Every member, except for Laxus and Gildarts, had been defeated by Chen Fan.
