Chapter 6 - Episode 6: Caught In The Act

Alex's smirk grew wider as he taunted Lily. "Well, well, well. Look what we have here. You must have hooked up with some sugar daddy for a one-night stand, huh?"

Lily's face burned with anger and humiliation as Alex's words cut deep.

Sophia and Victoria chimed in, their voices dripping with malice.

"Look at her, dressed up like a cheap prostitute," Sophia sneered. "Those clothes are probably fake, and that jewelry is probably borrowed."

Victoria's eyes gleamed with cruelty. "Yes, Lily's always been good at making a spectacle of herself. I'm sure she'll do anything for attention."

Lily felt a surge of rage and hurt as her family's words battered her.

But before she could respond, Alex took a step closer, his eyes gleaming with contempt.

"You're nothing but a cheap tramp, Lily," he spat. "You'll never be good enough for anyone."

That's when Lily's family pushed her, and she stumbled backward.

But before she could fall, Leo appeared out of nowhere, his eyes blazing with fury.

"Touch her again, and you'll regret it," Leo growled, his voice low and menacing.

The room fell silent, with all eyes on Leo and Lily's family.

Alex took a step back, his smirk faltering.

Leo's eyes locked onto Lily's family. "I think it's time for you to leave," he said, his voice cold and detached.

Lily's family looked at each other uncertainly before turning to leave.

As they walked away, Leo turned to Lily. "Are you okay?" he asked, his voice still cold.

Lily nodded, feeling a sense of gratitude towards him. "Yes, thank you," she said.

Leo's eyes narrowed slightly. "You're my fiancée now," he said. "I thought i said when you are in danger you should alert". "you said i should respect myself and not spoil the events so i kept quiet" Lily said defending herself "next time alert me and don't put my child in danger"

As the night wore on, Lily found herself struggling to keep up the charade. She was pretending to be Leo's fiancée, but she knew it was all a lie.

And Leo's behavior wasn't helping. He was cold and distant, and Lily felt like she was walking on eggshells around him.

As they left the gala and returned to the mansion, Lily felt a sense of relief wash over her. She was exhausted from the night's events, and she just wanted to go to bed.

But as she turned to thank Leo again, she saw something in his eyes that made her heart skip a beat. It was a glimmer of something, a spark of emotion that she couldn't quite read.

And then, just as quickly, it was gone.

Leo's expression turned cold again, and he turned to leave.

"Goodnight, Lily," he said, his voice detached.

Lily watched him go, feeling a sense of confusion wash over her. What was going on with Leo? And what did he really want from her?

She shook her head, trying to clear her thoughts. She was tired and needed to get some rest.

As she turned to head back to her room, she felt a sense of exhaustion wash over her. She didn't bother thinking about Leo's motives or what he might be hiding. She just wanted to sleep.

She went to bed, feeling the weight of the day's events lifting off her shoulders.

As she drifted off to sleep, she felt a sense of calm wash over her. She was ready to face whatever tomorrow might bring.

Meanwhile Leo was on his way to meet Chloe at least to find solace there only to be welcomed with a man on his girl's body licking her boobs

"Chloe!"

Chloe stood up covering up her body with the duvet leaving the gigolo naked. "babe hi you didn't tell me you were coming over" Chloe said trying to divert his mind

"really you are cheating on me? wow this is nice" Leo said with anger all over his face "hey don't act as if you didn't cheat on me too by bringing that cheap thing called Lily. Since you could do so, I myself can also do same" Chloe said defending her action.

"i brought her so she can carry our child since you can't give birth are you really this cheap. Ahhhhh"

Leo shouted and left the hotel

The next morning, Lily woke up feeling refreshed and renewed. She got out of bed and began to get ready for the day.

As she was dressing, she heard a knock at the door. It was one of the maids, come to bring her breakfast.

Lily smiled and thanked the maid, feeling a sense of gratitude towards her.

As she ate her breakfast, Lily couldn't help but think about the events of the previous night. She was still trying to process everything that had happened.

But as she finished her breakfast and began to get ready for the day, Lily felt a sense of determination wash over her. She was going to face whatever challenges came her way, head-on.

And as she left her room and made her way downstairs, she was greeted by the sound of Leo's voice, low and smooth, as he spoke on the phone. He was standing in the foyer, his back to her, and he didn't seem to have noticed her arrival.

Lily felt a flutter in her chest as she watched him, his broad shoulders and lean physique evident even under his tailored suit. She felt a pang of curiosity, wondering who he was talking to, and what he was saying.

As she approached him, Leo suddenly turned around, his eyes locking onto hers. For a moment, they just stared at each other, the tension between them palpable.

Then, Leo's expression smoothed out, and he smiled, his eyes crinkling at the corners. "Good morning," he said, his voice low and smooth. "I trust you slept well."

Lily felt a surge of surprise at his sudden change in demeanor, but she quickly composed herself. "Yes, thank you," she said, her voice steady. "I slept fine."

Leo nodded, his eyes still locked onto hers. "Good," he said. "I have a meeting this morning, but I'll be back for lunch. Perhaps we can discuss our plans for the day."

Lily nodded, feeling a sense of trepidation. What plans did Leo have in store for her? And what did he mean by "our plans"?

As Leo turned to leave, Lily called out to him. "Leo, wait," she said, her voice firm.

Leo turned back to her, his eyebrows raised in query. "Yes?" he said.

Lily took a deep breath, her heart pounding in her chest. "I want to know what's going on," she said, her voice firm. "What's the point of this charade? Why are you pretending to be my fiancé?"

Leo's expression smoothed out, and he smiled again, his eyes glinting with amusement. "All in good time, my dear," he said. "All in good time."

And with that, he turned and walked away, leaving Lily feeling frustrated and confused. What was Leo's game? And how was she going to survive this charade?
