Walking to Yae Miko's right, Kaito said this faintly.
"You guy, are you deliberately trying to annoy me? You could forget tomorrow?"

Yae Miko now knew there was no need for further testing; Kaito was indeed different from Mei.
After all, his answer was obvious; no point in asking more.
"Acheron or Mei, she's indeed very special; how could I be the same as her?"
Saying this, Kaito dipped some food from his bowl into the spicy sauce and ate it.
Though he didn't like the wasabi one, he could handle pure spice.
"Sigh, I know she's special too, but since neither of you will tell me, I can only check if you're the same."
Seeing Kaito so bluntly state her intentions, Yae Miko stopped hiding and voiced her thoughts directly.
"Sometimes, keeping a bit of mystery is nice."
After thinking about Yae Miko's words, Kaito replied this way.
"Tch, still playing mysterious."
Knowing he wouldn't say more, Yae Miko made a disdainful face.
But anyway, she had gained something: Kaito was different from Mei.
