Description: His ability lets him say lines or references from any movie, show, or even real-life moment that exists in the world—and he gets a **one-time** use of whatever ability was present during the original moment of that reference.
Catch: it's completely random. For example, if he says "I am Iron Man," he might get the ability to use the Infinity Stones... or he might just get the moment from the press conference scene where nothing special happens.
Effects: when the power first awakens, it amplifies the user's personal tastes to an extreme level, supposedly to encourage them to seek out more references. But in this case, the wielder had terrible taste to begin with—none of the things he liked had cool, useful, or strong powers. Now, with his bad taste amplified, he literally can't get into any stories or media that actually have powerful abilities or useful references.
