Watching the back of Gokhan as he departed in the crystal ball, having just defeated Cell, Frieza, and Cooler, Trunks finally let out a breath of relief. Although it wasn't as overwhelmingly one-sided as Vegeta's battles had been, at least all those villains had now been dealt with.
"That's great! Ancestor! So our Potara Earrings really are this powerful!" Supreme Kai Shin cheered excitedly.
Gokhan's success brought boundless hope to everyone. Only one person seemed unhappy, and that was Vegeta, lying on the ground.

The moment he said this, the Old Kai gave him a stern scolding. He shouted at Kibito, "You brat! You'd better drop that idea right now! With your level and his, even if you fused, you wouldn't last one round against a single Frieza!"
Kibito and Supreme Kai Shin instantly lowered their heads in shame. Meanwhile, Trunks, watching from the side, couldn't help but chuckle.

A golden energy beam shot straight toward Janemba with precision.
But this time, Janemba didn't dodge. He simply stood there, calm and unmoving. Was he waiting for something?
Sure enough!
Just as the 'Final Flash' was about to hit him, the corners of Janemba's mouth twitched slightly in confidence, and he raised both hands to his chest…
A white hole suddenly appeared on Janemba's chest, and at that very moment, the 'Final Flash' was absorbed into the white hole.
This scene instantly drove the already-frustrated Fat Majin Buu into a total rage.

As he spoke, the Skinny Majin Buu stuck out his tongue at Fat Buu, full of mockery.
"Lies! I'm the real me!" Fat Majin Buu roared.
Skinny Buu gave a calm smirk and mimicked him perfectly: "Lies! I'm the real me!"
Then he copied every one of Fat Buu's movements. Janemba stood off to the side, perfectly still, like he was just watching two kids argue. But in the very next moment, something that stunned Janemba happened.
Enraged, Fat Buu once again used 'Final Flash'.
On the other side, Skinny Buu perfectly mirrored his movements. As the two 'Final Flash'es collided, they completely neutralized each other upon contact. The powerful shockwave sent Fat Buu flying, but Skinny Buu stood firm, completely unfazed.
"Damn it! Bastard! Turn into chocolate for me!!" A pink beam shot from the hole on Fat Buu's head, swirling through the air as it homed in on Skinny Buu.
But Skinny Buu knew this move inside and out. He took a deep breath and blew the beam right back at Fat Buu.
In the end, Fat Buu failed to dodge and was turned into chocolate by his own attack. Skinny Buu casually picked up the piece of chocolate and swallowed it in one bite.
In that moment, his body began to transform, and thick pink smoke billowed from his head. The smoke wrapped around him, and his once-skinny body was now covered in muscle.
Thus, Super Buu was born.
His sharp eyes finally locked onto Janemba.
"Fool… Now then, it's your turn. The fat one's stupidity… honestly breaks my heart." Super Buu touched his forehead and let out a dramatic sigh.
Janemba's face twisted into a strange smile; he could clearly tell this new pink monster was much smarter than the last one.
