Title: School Life of Brutal Days
Chapter 3: The First Trigger
Scene: Return to School – Lunch Time
Reiji had just returned to school, still shaken from his earlier experiences. As he walked toward his usual bench in the classroom, a random student stood up and blocked his way.
Random Student:
"Hey Reiji! Move to the back. From now on, this is our bench."
Reiji looked at him, then glanced at the bench where a beautiful girl was now sitting. His eyes dimmed.
Reiji (thinking):
"So… just because of that girl… they took my bench? Unbelievable."
He quietly moved to the back and sat down without arguing.
Scene: Unexpected Assault
The same random student came over to Reiji's new seat. Without a word, he slapped Reiji hard across the face.
Scene: On the Ground
Reiji fell from his bench and landed awkwardly under the table. Just as he was trying to get up, a girl appeared and offered him a hand.
Random Student (mocking):
"What kind of drama is this now?"
Before Reiji could react, the random student slapped the girl too.
Scene: System Awakens
As rage built up inside Reiji, suddenly something strange happened.
A digital voice echoed in his head.
System Notification:
> Mission: Defeat the Student
Reward: 1 Spirit Assistant
Reiji (confused):
"Huh? That's… a strange reward."
Reiji stood up, eyes focused.
Reiji:
"You'll be… my first trigger."
Scene: The Fight Begins
Random Student (mocking):
"What's wrong with you? Gone crazy?"
Without replying, Reiji clenched his fist and threw his first punch.
Reiji (gritting teeth):
"It hurts… but it's fine. This is my first real fight anyway."
The student shouted in rage:
Random Student:
"How dare you punch me, you bastard!"
Scene: Counterattack
Reiji analyzed his next move.
Reiji (thinking):
"If I keep landing punches like this… I can make him fall."
The student tried to punch back, but Reiji dodged and hit him again.
Random Student (thinking):
"Damn… I can't take these hits anymore. I… I have to admit defeat."
Scene: The Final Blow
Reiji (panting):
"I'm exhausted… I don't have much energy left."
Random Student (gritting teeth):
"This is my final try…!"
Both launched their final punches at each other. The random student's hit grazed Reiji's face, but Reiji's punch landed clean on his jaw.
The student collapsed to the floor.
Reiji (smiling):
"I… I did it. Yes!"
Scene: Gratitude
Reiji walked over to the girl who had helped him earlier.
Reiji:
"Thank you… for helping me back there."
Scene: Interruption
Suddenly, Daigo entered the classroom.
Daigo (suspiciously):
"What's going on here?"
Scene: System Update
The voice returned in Reiji's head.
System:
> Congratulations!
Your reward will arrive… in 7 minutes.
