" You know I can see you right ? " Adrain raised his eyebrows as he gazed at a head of blonde hair peeking through the edge of the entrance of the room as the person in question had been stalking him for a while.
It was a cute blonde girl that had been dissecting him with her eyes for a few minutes now , and her stare was so blatant that Adrian couldn't pretend to ignore it.
"Yeep!!" The blonde let out a cute yelp as she jumped in place or more like floated since Adrian noticed the unnatural way in which her head was poking out.
"H-Hey …" The blonde floated out from behind the corner as she waved awkwardly at an amused Adrian….

*Kara Zor-El POV*
'Should I say hi' I wondered inside my mind since I had been peeking at the guy called Adrian.
Clark had said to me that he wasn't from here , and was most likely from another planet.
And the way he carried himself showed some emotional baggage , which resonated deeply with me , since I still missed Krypton.
I couldn't help but feel that he was a kindred spirit even before meeting the guy since he should have just arrived at Earth and was feeling confused and complicated just like I did.
Despite becoming Supergirl and finding fulfillment in saving people , I still felt a bit empty at times , as I wondered if I was just following Clark's lead to not feel left out.
Was I trying too hard to fit in?
I have these moments of existential crisis from time to time , but I just bottle them up since I don't want to make Clark or Pa and Ma worried.
I know Ma and Pa might get even more worried if they see me being so sad , so I just try not to show my depression outwardly.
I have a feeling that they noticed but just didn't point it out in regard to me.
Even Clark sending me over to see this Adrian was his way of maybe connecting with someone I can relate to and maybe form a genuine connection.
Since it would feel good to connect with a person facing similar problems...

It should have been pretty simple , I just had to say hi , introduce myself then the conversation should have followed but the moment I laid eyes upon him , I got cold feet. Not to mention the way my heart was beating faster.
'Come on Kara , step out , Say Hi…' I cheered myself up but my feet refused to move.
'Maybe after a few more minutes because he seemed to be in the middle of an important brooding session…' I gazed at him who was looking outside the window with a melancholic look in his eyes… that strangely made him appear even more 'intriguing' to me.
I felt my cheeks heating up as I took in his appearance, I couldn't help but wonder if this guy's race was something like Kryptonians but instead of the power we had they should have maxed out charm.
He didn't look alien though… but on that thought… Neither did I… no offence to J'onn though…

It has been more than 15 minutes but I still haven't moved from my place .. well I did .. I was now floating while poking my head from the corner to spy on the unnecessarily good looking guy , who seemed to be doing a casual magazine advertisement by just gazing out of the window.
Like how the heck can he even smolder without even trying.
I wanted to go up and say hi but was too caught up in appreciating his features.
At the same time I felt a wave of awkwardness wondering if I looked fine.
I cursed myself for wearing my normal super girl costume , maybe I should have worn the sexier one , but it was partly Clark's fault , he didn't tell me Adrian looked like this!….

30 minutes in and I still hadn't moved from my spot … I was still watching him and debating whether to go home and change into something appropriate.
Maybe after a few more minutes of stalki- *Cough* I mean very important surveillance, I can come to a conclusion…

*3rd Person*
Adrian had been ignoring the blonde that had been spying on him for the past 30 minutes as he had avoided looking in her direction to alert her.
While the blonde in question had completely forgotten the objective of her visit , as she hadn't come for a blind date.
Clark had sent over Kara in hopes of helping both of Kara and Adrian out as he thought talking to a person of similar problems or situations would help them out.
Kara had also understood her cousin's intention but her thoughts and plans flew out of her brain the moment she laid eyes upon the mystery guy her cousin had talked to her about.
Kara Zor-El had one job… and she forgot about it…

'Is it just me or does the wind feel more pleasant, and I also feel more relaxed after coming down from that space station..' Adrian wondered as a leaf floated in through the window and pressed against his cheek like the wind was giving him a kiss.
[ Must be Gaia…]
'So you weren't joking…' Adrian's lips twitched as the winds and the pleasant feeling he was feeling since stepping on Earth seemed to make sense.
It seems the literal personification of Earth seemed pleased with him….
