"Eren!!"
Armin roars, his figure instantly zooms past the Armored Titan, and he lands on the severed nape of the Attack Titan, and without even considering the Armored Titan, he removes Eren from there and quickly moves away from there.
Reiner looked in shock at Eren as Armin took him away in front of him.
He hesitated to attack Armin, but in the end, before he could make a decision, Armin was already moving away from there.
The soldiers all look in disbelief at what is happening.
Their mind is blank, the world suddenly seems to be transformed into a foreign reality, they question what they are seeing, but the pain and tiredness in their bones force them to gulp down this twisted fact.
Roar
Annie lets out a roar, which instantly wakes up Reiner from his stupor.
Looking at Armin, who carries Eren with him, Reiner instantly gives chase; after all, a Titan shifter is still a valuable addition to their mission, even if it is their supposed 'comrade.'
Armin struggles to carry Eren with him; with his additional weight, Armin isn't able to properly use the ODM gear.
Looking back, Armin feels the chill; the scene of the armored titan bulldozing through the buildings appears in his vision.
Gritting his teeth, he tried to maintain his balance, trying not to crash into any building.
But it all seems futile as the figure of the Armored Titan continues to bridge the distance.
Ian, who was busy engaging the female titan, stood petrified when he noticed a human figure emerging from the titan's nape; the look in his eyes changed when he looked at the female titan.
The shine of clear intelligence in the Armored and Female Titans suddenly became clear to him, so when the Armored Titan chased after Armin, Ian instantly ordered his subordinates to charge with him to save Armin and Eren.
He immediately understood the significance of Eren, a human who can transform into a titan; even if he is nearly a devil in everyone's eyes, he still hopes to save this devil, who can potentially be a game changer in their current situation.
Armin ran away in panic with Eren with him, chased by the Armored Titan, Reiner, behind whom the group of soldiers following Ian quickly tried to catch up with the Armored Titan, while Annie—the last in the line—started to pick up the pace, quickly outpacing the soldiers.
The great commotion of their action quickly attracts everyone's attention; the civilians who ran away in panic and the other soldiers who were helping in evacuation and resisting the titans all looked in wonder at this game of chase.
Arghhh
A painful grunt escapes from Armin's clenched teeth; the numbness in his arm continues to spread towards his shoulder, and his grip on Eren continues to weaken.
"Damn it, Eren, wake up." His painful scream did indeed send a reaction from Eren, who slightly opens his eyes, but it seems like he is still in a stupor.
Armin despairs looking at the still unconscious Eren; his previous wounds open up and continue to heavily bleed, but still, he didn't stop and continued to shakily advance with Eren.
Reiner, who is chasing behind them, looks at the shortening distance between them.
'I am sorry, guys, but I have to do this.' Hardening his resolve, he increases his speed, almost catching up to Armin, he stretches his hand to catch them.
Rumble
But suddenly—a golden thunder shines ahead.
Its brilliance caught everyone off guard.
The instant the familiar sound of thunder echoed, Reiner stopped dead in his step, his eyes fixed on the fog.
Armin looks at the distance in front of him; a mysterious fog suddenly appears with golden thunder flashing in it, inside of which a shadow seems to rise.
Surprised, Armin looked back and saw the figure of the Armored Titan not chasing after him anymore, and instead it looked petrified, its gaze fixed on the fog.
Finding the chance, Armin instantly takes a turn and dives down below the buildings, perfectly hiding himself and Eren.
Ian and the soldiers, seeing that Armin has saved himself, stop chasing the Armored Titan and take a turn, also hiding behind the buildings.
They look in shock at the fog, which seems to have mysteriously appeared.
Annie, the female titan, didn't stop and arrived by the side of Reiner, watching intently at the fog.
Suspense falls on the atmosphere; everyone feels tense regardless of the soldier and the Titans.
The next moment—a roar sounded, reverberating throughout the Trost district.
The intense sound sends ripples through the air, the windows and door clatter, and the heart of everyone rattles.
Everybody forgets to take the breath, holding their every action as a foreboding feeling rises in their mind.
Shattering the silence, a figure walks out of the fog; the twenty-meter titan, Kevin Ethan, looks at the Armored and Female Titans, and as his blood-red eyes land on them, both of them feel the chill.
A heavy feeling settles in Reiner and Annie's hearts.
The pressure that Kevin's titan form emits caused them to inadequately take a step back.
'This has to be the Founders Titan.'
The single thought repeats inside their head.
Looking at Reiner and Annie, Kevin thinks, 'Finally, it is time to end this.'
Since the Colossal Titan appeared, he had been searching for his target—Eren—but after searching through the entire Trost district, he finds that Eren seems to have gone missing, as after inquiring from his friend, he found that even they didn't seem to know where he is.
So, ignoring the chaos created by the trio of warriors of Marlian, he continued his search for Eren.
But all of his attempts become futile, and when he thought maybe Eren had become aware of his presence and had already run away, he suddenly appeared, transformed into his Attack Titan form. Kevin finds him fighting the Armored Titan.
Today, in the chaos, he intends to silently devour Eren and gain the Founding Titan powers, but since Eren got beaten back and almost got caught by Reiner, Kevin becomes forced to show himself.
Now transformed into his twenty-meter titan form, with infinite power coursing through his veins, he takes a heavy step toward Reiner and Annie, ready to put an end to everything.
