"We can't let them outshine us." Vanessa said as she took a deep breath before dodging to the right, the Centipede monster shot past her.
This one was much more faster than the other but it was still within what they could handle. "Rita, Luna, the rest of you guys! We're going to aim for destroying every piece of flesh it has and then it's brain too!"
Luna looked up at her. "How are we going to do that?"
The monster was picking up momentum again to turn back to them but Luna held up her hand, now that it was smaller… the cost for redirecting or canceling it would be smaller as well.
'That doesn't mean it'll be easy.' She thought as her hand glowed.
"Zero Shift!"
A lot of energy escaped from her as the movement of the Centipede stopped completely and Vanessa raised up her fingers as blood began to leak up.
