Inside the Hyuga training ground, Shen sat on the ground, panting heavily while wearing tattered clothes.
"You're not bad, kid. Actually holding your own against me," said that member of the Hyuga main house, also sitting on the ground.
His white kimono was full of tears and rips.
"Pfft, I fought evenly against over a hundred of your clansmen plus an upper jonin. What kind of grown man talks like that?" Shen immediately shot back.
"That's because our main house didn't even use their techniques. Do you think your Kenjutsu alone could defeat so many people?"
"I didn't even use my genjutsu or ninjutsu. Otherwise we wouldn't have needed to fight this long."
"Kid, if you've got the guts, let's keep going!"
"Old geezer, what kind of person picks on children!"
Nayou and Nisai saw this adult and child about to start fighting again, so they each stepped forward and stopped them.
Nayou and Nisai were truly amazed today - both by the true combat methods of the Hyuga main house and by Shen's flowing, seamless sword techniques. They were completely awestruck.
Nayou became even more interested in her good friend Shen. In three years, she still hadn't fully figured out his strength.

Meide, who was charging forward, instantly stopped in his tracks. Right now, he felt like giving his beloved daughter a standing ovation.
When dealing with Uchiha, such underhanded tactics were perfectly appropriate.
And no one present had any idea just how intense that pain actually was.
But they could all sense its extraordinary intensity from the force applied.
"Nayou, could you please be a bit gentler?" Shen, barely holding back tears, offered his opinion.
"Hmm? I really just lightly touched it," Nayou said, then extended her little finger to poke several times at his previous wound.
"Waaah!"
A piercing scream instantly echoed across the Hyuga clan training ground.
Back in the Hokage office, the Third was just about to have yet another one of those days.
"Third Hokage, frowning tightly, looked completely disbelieving as he asked, 'One hundred and twenty-four Hyuga clan members with chunin-level strength and one upper jonin proficient in the main house's ultimate technique were neutralized in under half an hour?'"
Qing's tone remained completely unchanged as he continued reporting, "Technically speaking, it should be considered a stalemate since he only used Kenjutsu without resorting to any other techniques."
"Headache, headache." The Third Hokage raised his hand to massage his temples.
He felt like the world had gone crazy—eight-year-olds taking on hundreds at once, and that after not training seriously for over a year?
"And Hokage-sama, the two clan leaders have already arrived at the scene." Qing left right after Kazushi and Meide showed up.
She believed since they were both clan leaders, they'd surely handle things properly.
The Third's back went cold the moment he heard this news. "Hurry and bring people over! If those two start fighting, the whole of Konoha will end up making a laughingstock of us!"
He immediately rejected Qing's judgment.
These two clan leaders definitely had prior records—one could hardly believe they wouldn't fight, not even a three-year-old!
The Third put on his Kage hat, packed away the little notebook gifted by Jiraiya, and quickly led a group of Anbu toward the Hyuga compound.
"I've really got to hurry up and finish that surveillance jutsu—I'm always the last to find out anything!"
Along the way, he remarked that once he invented a technique for constant village-wide surveillance, he would use it daily to keep an eye on Shen Uchiha—the Konoha Troublemaker.
Underneath Konoha, in a winding underground passage system, existed a quite mysterious location: Root's headquarters.
After listening to his subordinate's report, Danzo stood with a sinister smile and picked up a thick stack of documents to review.
"Monopolizing the market economy and causing product price inflation—that's number one."
"Hoarding goods to raise prices and disrupting market order—that's number two."
"Plus this incident where Shen Uchiha stormed the Hyuga compound, they won't be able to get out of this one so easily."
Danzo could already picture a day when the Uchiha Clan would become public enemy number one in the village, with every villager denouncing them and calling for their heads.
Though this particular matter wasn't particularly big or small, for it to wound the Uchiha so severely, the scheming mastermind was genuinely pleased.
"A real Hokage? What's the point of power without brains? Like that brat could ever make a good Hokage anyway."
In Danzo's mind, the young generation's 'Shen' was just a brat who relied on strength alone to run wild through Konoha.
You want to become Hokage with that attitude? Danzo thought—it'd be considered fortunate if the whole village didn't collectively oppose him.
However, what he hadn't anticipated was that the tone and style of this Naruto world weren't as dark as he imagined.
At the training ground within the Hyuga compound, the Third Hokage stared blankly at the two clan leaders rolling around wrestling on the ground.
[Low Blow Strike to the Groin!] Kazushi took advantage of his opponent's distraction and launched a sudden low-blow strike.
Meide twisted his body aside in fright, rolling across the ground four or five times before furiously condemning the act: "Old man, you're despicable! Who fights using such underhanded tactics?"
Sitting upright again, Kazushi glanced skyward. "You were the one who said not to use your eyes, so I agreed to exchange a few moves. If I didn't play a bit dirty, do you think I'd be stupid enough?"
"I represent the Hyuga Clan in condemning your despicable behavior!"
"I represent the Uchiha Clan in condemning your double standards!"
"What double standards?"
"Even a fool knows your Hyuga clan is known for Taijutsu. Without activating your Byakugan, you're just wasting your time!"
"You mean to say you can't use Ninjutsu, old man?"
"If I did, you'd be the first to start complaining."
Meide's anger had reached its peak. He'd never seen someone resorting to underhanded tactics with such audacity.
Kazushi, who was in high spirits, didn't care about whether his methods appeared honorable or not. In his opinion, true skill lay in defeating enemies while openly humiliating them at the same time.
The three people who felt ashamed by their old patriarch's behavior all raised their hands to cover their faces. Even the representative from the Hyuga main house turned his head away, pretending he didn't recognize his own clan leader.
"Old man, show some guts and fight me with your eyes open!"
"With pleasure! [Fire Release] and I'll burn your clothes right off!"
Within minutes, Third Hokage's face had darkened like charcoal.
With one swift step, he rushed forward, each arm draped over Kazushi and Meide's shoulders. He smiled politely while trying to mediate: "Come on now, gentlemen, won't you both save face today? Let's just drop this matter."
"Not a chance!!!" x2
They both shot down the Third Hokage's suggestion and went straight back to blaming each other.
"Now that's one fascinating world," mused White Zetsu from deep beneath the ground, quietly impressed.
