Chapter 1 - Click Here!

The broken cell phone vibrated above the single mattress torn to the floor. The phone screen lit, showing a new notification.

'Last charge does not pay. Your plan will be closed in three days. '

Ayren, the young man lying next to his cell phone, ignored the notification.

With his eyes still stuck due to sleep, he rolled to the side, causing one of his legs to touch the cold floor.

Your eyes they opened slowly and stared at the moldy ceiling. He tried to think of some reason or reason to get up today. But it didn't find anything.

Like always.

He no longer remembered when he had eaten for the last time, maybe the day before yesterday? Or before? He didn't know. But it wasn't caring so much either.

In the stuffy room, the fan made a metallic noise, the wind was so weak that it no longer hit him. He seemed to be dying with him.

He laughed. It was a weak, bland laugh. He really didn't find it funny in that. But still laughed to avoid thinking too much.

Ayren then started to get up. His back scratches, from being so long lying on the dirty mattress. There was a torn blouse on the floor he soon took and dressed it.

The clothes were stinking of mold, and they were the same as he wore a few days ago.

He looked in the kitchen cabinet. He done it several times, even though I know that there was nothing anymore. It was empty, just a dirty glass, a package of noodles already overcome, and a cockroach killed for some time. But the unwillingness didn't let him take it.

"I don't think I'm dying yet, so I'm not going to eat that... Maybe tomorrow."

Ayren then closed the closet and went straight to the bathroom to wash his face but returned with the still dry face.

"So they cut the water… it was faster than the energy, but probably in a few days there will be no more either."

He sat in front of an old laptop. It was slow and old, with many keys missing or not working. But it was the only thing he really liked in this place.

A gift from someone important.

The laptop screen called after various attempts, and after Three minutes finally appeared the picture of a young woman with gray eyes and a serious face. After entering the password. One, two, three.

A completely black wallpaper appeared, and in the corner Windows always reminded him to activate him…

Ayren then entered his browser and typed.

'How to make money fast and easy to do anything, being poor and dumb.'

While researching, the browser put several other researches similar in blue. Showing that it was not the first time he researched these things.

So several ways appeared that he had read thousands of times. Streamer? No, he had no charisma, no special talent to show, and no time to grow. Find someone rich to play him? Completely unreal.

Sell adult photos and content? No, he was not a woman, then this would be more difficult, besides, he was overweight and ugly. In fact, his appearance was common, but those years without taking care of himself made him horrible.

If before your appearance note was six, now it would be a four or a three and a half three.

In addition, there were more predictable results, blows, dubious courses, and videos with thumbnails of people shouting.

'I did 10,000 in one day' with a great red arrow pointing to some random application.

Ayren clicked on several, but none worked. None ever worked.

He then opened a site that was used to it. A website full of games to spend time on , the only thing this old laptop could ride without exploding.

Then, while playing an archer game, an ad caught his attention.

'Watch and win $100 now! YES, It's real, do the same as many people are doing it now. See these videos and win it. '

"Click here!" Ayren looked at the red button flashing in the ad.

Without thinking too much, he clicked. The video was ridiculous of bad. A smiling guy selling something random, saying that anyone who watched to the end of all four videos would earn a hundred dollars.

"Of course, as if I were an idiot to believe that." He murmured, but let the video run anyway.

And then another, and another.

In the end, he watched the four videos of the ad. And then he opened the comments, and as expected, a lot of people were saying that it was a total scam and just another course to make donkeys spend money.

"As expected. Damn internet gurus," Ayren sighed as he approached his porch. He looked at the street and your neighborhood. Cars, noise, people living their lives and going to work.

He lived on the fourth floor of the building, probably the oldest in the neighborhood. It looked like it would fall any day.

He looked under the small balcony.

"What a lifelong shit…"

Ayren thought, as he had thought hundreds of times. Not to kill himself, he didn't have the courage to do so.

He always wanted to just disappear, leave, anywhere, far. Sell everything that was left and disappear until the money is over and finally die.

But the courage for this never came, your life was worth nothing. Completely useless, he had nothing, he knew nothing, he could have nothing. Everything he has tried to do, he gave up halfway.

He had numerous opportunities to try to be something, but he never followed it or wanted to. He didn't know why he lived, but I didn't want to die either, so it was still there. Not even leaving this place, where the only good memory in your life happened and the only person who really mattered was. But this time, his life was really ending.

Ayren then took his small cell phone with the screen all cracked.

Opening the app from his bank, he saw the bill already overdue from the card, he needed to pay three hundred. But I knew I couldn't get this money, and soon the interest would make it increase more and more.

He yawned as he looked at his account until he noticed something that made him widen his eyes.

Balance: $100.00

"This??"

He blinked his eyes to see if he was not crazy, but remained the same.

Ayren frowned as he pulled down until his bank's app updated.

Balance: $100.00

He It was silent for a moment. Your mind running.

How could that be? He hadn't had money in the bill for weeks, everything he had had been spent in his last days. And now, out of nowhere, did he have money?

"Maybe someone transferred to me by mistake?" He said confused, as he opened the history.

[Transfer Received—Institution: AD CLICK SYSTEM]

Ayren had never been heard that name.

"Is that … was it a mistake?" Ayren thought and saw that the transfer had happened a few minutes ago.

"That's when I finished watching the videos. Maybe?" Ayren said before smiling.

"It's not like that was going to happen. I didn't even put my bank account details anywhere. Or anything that would reach me." He knew it was just a coincidence and didn't care about it.

The important thing is that money It was there.

At that moment, his stomach snored.

...

An hour later, Ayren was climbing the stairs to his apartment. In his hands there were four bags. There was bread, a ham package, many instant noodle packages, and soda cans. Besides many other bullshit.

After a few minutes, he arrived in front of his door. He opened it using his leg. Your door was without a lock and doorknob a few months ago. The moment I was going to enter your apartment. He heard a noise on his right.

He looked just to see his neighbor leaving the room. The two looked at each other for a few seconds.

"Hi, Seris." He said as he looked at her opaque gray eyes. She was a year younger than him, eighteen this year, a day after he turned nineteen.

She was wearing shorts and a short black t-shirt with a soft fabric. She looked at him and answered with a smile.

"Good morning, Ayren, looks like you made some money. So our bet will last longer, won't it?" She said while taking a bag full of instant noodles out of the room. What she had consumed in the last days.

"This time, I really thought I was going to lose. I almost starved. But maybe your body gives in and can't stand it after you eat so much bullshit, and then I'll get the bet. "Ayren said as he entered the house, not caring about her for now.

Seris looked at his door, closing it with a bitter look. So memories came into your mind.

...

'Ayren, let's make a bet. Those who die first lose. What do you think?' A beautiful young girl with big gray eyes and a serious face told Ayren as they sat on the edge of the top of their building.

'Um, it's okay for me. But you know, this bet is very unfair, since you know I'm going to lose soon, don't you?' Ayren said, looking at the cars below.

...

"Ayren, In the end, it looks like I'll be the one to lose... I'm almost there, it's almost all ready." Seris said while coughing blood in his hand. He kicked the garbage bag further from the door and entered the room again.

In Ayren's small apartment, he was sitting on the kitchen floor. He had devoured four of the instant noodles.

As if it were a feast, he ate everything to the end with several cans of soda until the gas seemed to tear his throat.

Then he gave a wry smile, his stomach was satisfied, but the little smile disappeared quickly.

He opened his account and saw his balance.

"70 cents, isn't it?"

He had spent a part of the money he made on an internet plan. And the rest in the food it brought. So the money is over again. But he didn't care, without taking a shower, he just lay on his mattress and slept.

The next day he woke up better. It was still dirty and horrible, but at least now he was a fed beggar.

He turned on his laptop, opened YouTube, and saw an ad that caught his attention instantly.

'Win up to $300 today! Click and watch the new method for five minutes to receive! '

He looked and sighed.

"This is really ridiculous." Despite saying that, Ayren didn't hesitate much before clicking on the ad.

"So much if it's another blow."

After watching the video for five minutes, he closed it.

It was even more stupid than what you saw before. After finishing, he took his cell phone again without any expectation.

Ayren then opened his bank app.

Balance: $300.00

.

..

...

"

"Is this a joke? Am I hallucinating?" His breathing increased when he tried to update the app again and saw that the money was still there.

He opened the history again and was there again.

'AD CLICK SYSTEM INSTITUTION'

His hands began to tremble slightly, once it could be coincidence, but for it to happen again, no, something was wrong.

He returned to the laptop and entered any site looking for ads. After a few minutes, he found it. Ayren didn't wait and clicked.

This was different, asked to do a small research and answer questions and would earn $200 for that.

Ayren didn't think much and did it, was so stupid that he laughed as he did. And in five minutes it ended.

He then returned to the bank app already open. They were still $300, so he updated the page.

And then his hands trembled so much that his cell phone almost fell from his hand.

Balance: $500.00.

Ayren sweated cold, his breath increased, and his heart beat like never before.

"What the hell is happening here?"
