Sirzechs Lucifer's POV:
...
Meanwhile, deep within the realm of Hell…
Sirzechs Lucifer sat behind his massive, obsidian desk, methodically going through a mountain of paperwork.
The dim glow of infernal lanterns reflected off the polished surfaces, casting long shadows across the room.
For most, it was a place of dread—but for Sirzechs, it was simply another day of duties.
Then, without warning, the doors swung open, and Serafall appeared, with her pink magical girl outfit.
"Hey, Sirzechs, I'm back!"
Serafall's voice rang out cheerfully as she barged into the office.
Without the slightest regard for decorum, she hopped onto his desk and plopped herself down like it was her personal throne.
"I went to check out that human who's been causing all the chaos," she announced proudly, swinging her legs as if reporting a heroic deed.
"Honestly? He seems… fine enough. If he'd just keep his hands off So-tan, there wouldn't even be a problem! It's not like he killed anyone, right? My hospital is still standing, so he can't be that dangerous."
Her grin widened mischievously as she balled her fists, leaping into an impromptu boxing stance.
"And if he does turn out to be evil, don't worry! This Levi-tan will use the power of love and friendship to defeat the bad guy!"
She punctuated her declaration with a series of dramatic shadow punches, her magical aura flickering around her in pink sparkles.
Sirzechs let out a long, weary sigh as he watched Serafall bounce around his office like an overgrown child.
Papers rustled dangerously close to falling from the desk where she sat, utterly oblivious to his silent plea for restraint.
Was it fortunate… or unfortunate… that she hadn't been present to grasp the true gravity of the situation?
Even after reviewing the recordings, Serafall treated the incident like a comedy skit, missing entirely the weight beneath the surface.
To her, it was a simple matter of a troublesome human and some family drama.
No... Maybe she got the situation, but decided he is not harmful because he won't harm others or something?
She is better than him at assessing others' characters.
Still, to him, it was something far more dangerous and chaotic, with implications that reached into the very balance of the stable state of the current supernatural world.
He sighed again, softer this time, pinching the bridge of his nose.
Things had spiraled so far out of hand that even explaining it to Serafall felt impossible.
For all her power, for all her status as one of the Four Satans, Leviathan remained… Levi-tan.
On top of everything else, Sirzechs felt a dull headache forming at the thought of Rias.
Explaining things to his beloved little sister had become a battle all its own.
She had gotten the wrong idea—painfully so.
In her eyes, her family had abandoned her, leaving her to shoulder everything alone.
But that couldn't be further from the truth.
Their father and mother… they only wished for her to marry, to secure stability and ties befitting her status.
It was a matter of politics, not neglect.
Sirzechs himself had opposed the arrangement, but even as Lucifer, his authority came with chains.
A Satan could not simply ignore the expectations of the old families.
And now, things had become far more tangled.
Because in the middle of all that pressure, Rias had found him.
That human.
The one who was somehow drawing the Gremory heiress closer and closer into a storm of complications, but somehow still further away from it.
Sirzechs closed his eyes briefly, leaning back in his chair.
Family, politics, the future of their world… all converging on one point he could not control.
Things had truly spiraled out of control the moment Rias gave herself to that human.
The rumors spread like wildfire—whispers in noble halls and behind closed doors.
The Gremory heiress, sleeping with a human… just before her official engagement to a pure-blooded devil.
Unsavory gossip twisted truth into poison, staining her reputation in ways that no amount of diplomacy could fully undo.
Our parents had tried to manage the situation with careful maneuvering.
Assets were quietly transferred to the Phenex family, deals struck in the shadows.
The arrangement had always been a ruse—an engagement staged with enough leverage and compensation that Rias would not suffer unfairly regardless of the outcome.
Father and Mother had already set the boundaries: no cruelty, no humiliation.
A compromise hidden beneath the guise of coldness.
Just to end all unsavory talks for her and all.
But then Riser had to open his mouth.
His arrogance, his vile words, and his temper to talk about making Rias his slave—it shattered what little grace the arrangement held.
Honestly, if he were there, Riser would be less than dust already for that.
And as if that weren't enough, the human Rias had chosen revealed himself to be him.
The one we had been cautioned to watch, the anomaly hidden in plain sight.
A man who should have been insignificant, yet wielded power that bent even the strongest of devils to pause.
Sirzechs clenched his fist slightly, remembering that moment.
Even he—Lucifer himself—had felt the weight of suppression.
The human's strength was not a matter of chance.
It was something deeper, something far more dangerous.
Who could have known?
Who could have prepared for this?
His head throbbed at the thought of explaining everything to his beloved sister.
Every scenario he imagined ended the same way: with Rias glaring at him, her trust fractured.
And yet…
There was a silver lining.
For all the chaos, for all the rumors, political fallout, and all the chaos, his little sister had finally found someone she truly loved and could trust.
That in itself was a miracle.
…Though if Sirzechs were honest with himself, he still didn't want his cute little sister marrying anyone at all.
Not now.
Not ever.
The very idea was enough to sour his mood.
But in the end, her happiness outweighed his own possessiveness.
That was the unshakable truth of it.
He could handle destruction.
War, rebellion, even the collapse of nations—those were problems he could shoulder without flinching.
But Rias's heart?
Her trust in her family?
That was delicate, fragile, infinitely more complicated than any stack of documents piling up on his desk.
And it was his burden to set things right.
Somehow.
Sirzechs sighed again, staring down at the endless paperwork before him.
For all his titles and power, it was this—family—that felt like the true battlefield.
Just as Sirzechs let out another long sigh, the precarious tower of paperwork on his desk wobbled.
He froze, eyes narrowing.
A faint sparkle of pink light flickered at the edge of his vision.
No… she wouldn't—
The entire stack toppled over in a catastrophic avalanche of forms, reports, and sealed documents, scattering across the polished floor like confetti.
Sirzechs's composure finally cracked.
His hand slammed against the desk as his voice thundered through the chamber.
"Serafall!!"
Across the room, the culprit stood in a full magical girl pose, wand raised high and eyes sparkling with mischief, with her tongue out in a cute manner.
"Tee-hee~! Levi-tan, Magical Girl Defender of Justice, has defeated the evil tower of paperwork!"
