"You're so smart… I like you more and more."
Sol couldn't help but plant a kiss on the side of Herta Space Station. This brilliant, beautiful girl was simply irresistible.
Her strong personality actually added to her charm—it made guiding her all the more satisfying.
This clever Herta Space Station… it was impossible to let go.
"So that means I guessed right?"
Herta grew even more interested, her gaze making Sol's heart skip a beat. "Our current arrangement… helping me out with a few things wouldn't be a problem, right?"
She had quite a few projects that had been forced to halt due to precision issues.
Though most of them were insignificant compared to Sol's god-ascension research and didn't need restarting.
But a few were just one step away from completion; resolving them would yield great rewards, and Sol's skills could deliver the final touch.
"Of course, that's no problem." Sol smiled and agreed, then shifted the topic. "However, you have to promise me a few things."
"Anything you want."
Herta didn't hesitate at all—she agreed immediately.
After all, she stood to benefit as well. More variations meant more fun.
For her, it was also an exciting thrill.
Feet pressed against Sol's waist; there was a certain feeling of conquest in it.
"I actually quite like this." Sol felt a subtle stir, then sighed with a hint of helplessness. "But that's not what I mean this time."
Herta was already in his grasp—did he really need to say more about this?
"Oh." Herta felt a little embarrassed, muttering, "Then what is it?"
Right, whatever he wanted to do, she would naturally cooperate—there was no need to specify.
The main reason was the magnitude of Sol's surprise: manifesting fantasies plus infinite energy combined was truly terrifying.
Especially considering Sol's strength, that infinite energy was at least Emanator-level infinite—extremely daunting.
She always discovered something better about Sol, like peeling back layer after layer of an onion—an endless mille-feuille.
"It's about our collaboration." Sol's fingertip emitted a flickering light. "Let this thread of light traverse the universe, or let all the light flow toward me."
"I have two samples available for study: one is the Giant of Hope, Tiga I mentioned to you, the other is a galaxy-scale Emperor Armor."
"The difference is that the former represents hope more than light itself, while the latter embodies light as the source of life and ruler of all things. There's no hierarchy difference."
Both were equal inheritances, the pinnacle of their respective universes.
The Giant of Hope's light came from Tiga, a giant standing alongside the mysterious Four Aces. One of the Four Aces was an incarnation of the Great Cosmic Will—its stature was high, and its ultimate form was Aeon-level.
The Emperor Armor came from the Armor Hero Universe, its pinnacle comparable to the supreme god of the Light Universe—certainly starting at Aeon-level.
Currently, Tiga in its Glitter form could destroy an Emanator in a single strike, but its ultimate power still fell short of the galaxy-scale Emperor Armor.
Synchronizing an entire galaxy's stars into a matrix produced an extremely high upper limit.
Of course, they weren't mutually exclusive. Tiga wearing the Emperor Armor was the complete form.
"You have research comparable to a giant?"
Herta looked at Sol, utterly astonished.
How much was this guy hiding?!
Was this what it took to attain Aeon-level enlightenment? She could feel the gap between her and Sol.
Where was the gap? She was cheating!
Someone this powerful had to be cheating!
She was already at humanity's peak—if someone surpassed her this much, it had to be cheating!
Even the top gamers knew Silver Wolf was elite—once you exceeded the realm, you broke the rules!
Sol nodded and produced a summoning device brimming with energy. "Yes, the Emperor Armor starts at a lower level. Its concept isn't as abstract as hope, so studying it should be simpler."
The Emperor Armor's starting point was low—like the ordinary Emperor Armor summoned later in the Armor Hero movie.
Compared to Tiga, which weighed tens of thousands of tons upon summoning, ordinary Emperor Armor was extremely modest.
But the one who later went into the universe to eliminate the Dark Beast, shouting for 'one more chance,' simply upgraded a level—and the display was absurd.
Thus, the Emperor Armor was a representative of light with a low floor but a high ceiling. It could be understood as the Emperor of the Light Universe's cultivation method, a relatively clear path, easier to advance than Tiga, which required hope-light upgrades.
"Looks… pretty ordinary."
Herta examined the summoning device, sensing no significant energy fluctuations.
Compared to the previous Divine Light Rod, it seemed less impressive.
"This is the initial form." Sol extended his hand, grasping the stars in the sky while transmitting the sensation to Herta. "Trigger stellar resonance to unleash its true power."
Though they were in a dream, Sol's resonance with the stars penetrated it completely.
"..."
Herta felt as if she had become the stars themselves, countless suns amplifying her power.
Of course, it was an illusion. The stars truly aided Sol; she was just seeing the world through his perspective.
It was breathtaking—more so than when the Giant of Hope Tiga defeated Dominicus in a single blow.
Sol smiled. "I've currently derived it to a galaxy scale, capable of resonating with up to seven hundred billion stars. Once triggered, destroying a planetary belt would be just a single strike."
"And that's not all." Herta looked at Sol again, seeing something even more terrifying. "Most life in the universe survives because of stars. If you can trigger all stars in a galaxy, you can instantly annihilate a civilization within that galaxy."
Science-fiction enthusiasts often joked that Erudition Emanators were only a hair's breadth away from the Lord Ravagers.
She had to clarify—this wasn't a rumor. It was fact.
In the universe, Erudition and Destruction Paths often interact, sometimes causing more devastation than orthodox Destruction Paths.
She had wide-scale destruction capabilities too, but nothing as terrifying as Sol's.
This research was scarier than any Lord Ravager: extinguishing a galaxy by merely walking through it, a cosmic disaster incarnate.
And Sol could do it casually. This guy was truly walking beyond the Emanator's path.
"I do have that capability." Sol nodded slightly, speaking calmly. "But I won't use it. I favor precise, saturated strikes."
He had no reason to wipe out galaxies—no grudges, no malice.
"I really should be thankful you didn't walk the Path of Destruction." Herta said sincerely. "Otherwise, even someone as clever as me would feel troubled."
"You needn't worry." Sol shook his head. "I don't follow the Path of Destruction. Studying galaxy-scale Emperor Armor isn't about furthering destruction. Aside from self-preservation, it's more about striving toward Aeon-level enlightenment."
"Triggering full stellar resonance grants me maximum mass beyond Nihility. I become the embodiment of existence, the incarnation of hope, the possibility of salvation. With this, I contend for the four supreme positions of Existence, Hope, Salvation, and Infinity."
He didn't yet know which path would bring him to Tier IX.
Preparing multiple paths simply increased his chances.
Even the Aeons recognized his approach, though the core remained unclear to them.
The root of this, essentially, was the [Type-III Perpetual Motion Engine: Stellar Particle]—a representative for the infinite.
"..."
Herta stared at Sol, stunned.
She understood the logic—but how did infinity factor in?
Neither the Giant of Hope nor the star-linked armor had shown any sign of infinity.
This guy… was truly a bottomless pit.
