Chapter 116 - The Devil’s Territory

The growing chaos, arguments, and desperation of the missing YouTubers' parents left the village in turmoil. Their shouting, their accusations, their sleepless fear—everything reached a breaking point.

At last, Vixen and Zavrion made a decision.

Tonight.

They would enter the cursed jungle themselves.

When they informed the victims' parents of their plan, the reaction was immediate. Excitement flared in their eyes.

"Then we'll go with you!" someone exclaimed. "We want to help too."

Vixen stiffened. A flicker of hesitation crossed his face before he shook his head firmly.

"No. None of you will go," he said. "That jungle is truly cursed."

One of the parents scoffed loudly, lifting his chin in defiance.

"Let us see which ghost dares to twist our necks," he sneered.

His bravado ignited the others.

"Yes! Let's see what kind of ghost lives there!"

"We're not afraid of any spirit!"

But not all voices carried arrogance. One man broke down, his voice trembling as he stepped closer to Vixen.

"He's my only son," he whispered. "I have no one else. Please… bring my child back."

The words cut deep.

Zavrion stepped forward, his gaze steady but honest.

"I can't promise that I'll be able to bring your son back," he said quietly. "But I promise you this—I will try."

Then his tone hardened.

"Tonight, none of you are to step outside your rooms. Not even for a moment. That devil creates illusions—many kinds of them. Stay inside, no matter what you hear or see."

Fear settled heavily over the group.

At 1:30 a.m., under a moonless sky, Vixen used his Alpha pheromones to shield Kin and Kenny, wrapping them in a protective aura of magic. Once certain they were safe, Vixen and Zavrion prepared to leave.

Torches in hand.

Sharp blades strapped to their waists.

Without another word, they headed toward the jungle.

As the darkness swallowed their figures, Zavrion spoke silently to himself, his eyes burning with resolve.

Tonight, this ends.

Let me see what kind of demon dares to stand before me.

I will finish everything… and return.

And somewhere deep within the cursed jungle, something stirred—as if it had been waiting for this very moment.
