Tama's alarmed shouting attracted the attention of many across the battlefield. Except for the Mink Tribe warriors, most others paid little attention to the young girl's distress but instead turned their eyes toward Jack's position.
Although Jack's clothing was disheveled and his body was covered with numerous wounds, these injuries couldn't conceal his surging fighting spirit and overwhelming fury.
In front of him, dozens of meters away, lay a smoke-filled area that was obviously where Carrot had fallen after being knocked away by his devastating attack.
Wanda was leading several elite Mink warriors in fierce battle against the three remaining Flying Six members when she heard the commotion and couldn't help but look over.
With a startled cry, Wanda suddenly snapped back to awareness, but she was still unable to avoid being struck by Ulti's powerful headbutt. The impact knocked her backward more than ten meters before she crashed to the ground.
When Wanda had first learned about Carrot's decision to fight Jack in single combat, she had strongly opposed the plan.
In her mind, Carrot remained that energetic little rabbit from their homeland—brave but inexperienced in facing truly dangerous opponents.
However, she couldn't overcome Carrot's stubborn insistence, so she had reluctantly agreed to the arrangement. After witnessing their extended battle where Carrot showed no signs of defeat, Wanda had stopped worrying quite so much.
"I can't delay any longer," Wanda muttered as she stood up again, suddenly looking skyward with her eyes fixed on the full moon hanging quietly in the night sky. "I have to go help Carrot immediately!"
"BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!"
Just at that critical moment, the sound of artillery shells echoed throughout the entire venue.
"Ah! What is this? Some kind of smoke?"
"Don't come near me!"
"Wait! These are antidote! My virus has been completely eliminated!"
"That's incredible! I thought I was going to die for sure..."
Dozens of artillery shells struck the battlefield with pinpoint accuracy where "Ice Oni" victims had been wreaking havoc. There were no explosions or structural damage where they landed, but thick medicinal smoke rose and quickly spread throughout the area, causing everyone to exclaim with surprise and relief.
Before the smoke could completely clear, Deuce took the loudspeaker Skull handed to him, and his steady voice echoed in the ears of everyone present on the battlefield.
"The Pleasures and Waiters—that's what you're called, correct? I've eliminated the threat of the Ice Oni virus for all of you. I hope you'll be reasonable about this situation. If you can join us in overthrowing the Beast Pirates and liberating Wano Country, you'll be most welcome. Otherwise, just stay out of the way and don't cause any additional trouble."
At this point, Deuce's tone became more threatening: "But understand this clearly—if I can save you, I can also destroy you just as easily!"
Hearing this ominous declaration, the Pleasures and Waiters throughout the Beast Pirates forces were stunned and looked at each other with obvious uncertainty.
However, they didn't overreact to Deuce's speech. Although they weren't particularly well-educated, they clearly understood who had subjected them to such terror and made them tremble as if walking on thin ice. None of them wanted to experience the horror of becoming "Ice Oni" again.
After the initial shock subsided, most people's faces flushed with indignation as they shouted that they would rebel against the Beast Pirates, while a smaller number walked dejectedly toward the edges of the battlefield to avoid further involvement.
Amid this growing chaos, Jack glared menacingly in all directions, intimidating the lower-ranking pirates who had been preparing to attack him. They involuntarily stepped backward several paces.
"You filthy traitors, just wait for me to..."
Before Jack could finish his furious threat, he felt a sudden gust of wind sweeping over him while an overwhelming sense of crisis arose instinctively.
"Electro Luna Strike!"
Three razor-sharp claw marks flashed by, leaving brilliant afterimages in everyone's vision. A bright stream of light cut through the darkness and also carved deep wounds across Jack's massive body.
Blood splattered through the air, but before it could hit the ground, the dreamlike white figure twisted in mid-air and pounced toward Jack again, targeting his vital points with electrified claws.
However, after experiencing that initial pain, Jack had already recovered his composure. He raised his left blade defensively while his right weapon followed immediately.
Steel cut through empty air to no effect whatsoever.
Carrot flipped nimbly through the air and landed securely on the flat side of Jack's blade, remaining completely safe despite the weapon's movement.
Upon closer inspection, it was clear that Carrot had undergone a dramatic transformation. Not only were her eyes now bright red and her posture more upright, but her entire body had turned primarily white. This was her Sulong form—the legendary power of the Mink Tribe under moonlight.
Compared to her first transformation attempt, she now appeared much calmer while radiating a significantly stronger sense of overwhelming pressure.
Jack snorted with disdain, unmoved by his enemy's dramatic change. Maintaining his hybrid beast form, he flipped both blades and instantly created whistling winds. The intersecting blade beams wove together into a deadly net, blocking all possible escape routes for Carrot.
Faced with this violent assault, electrical currents erupted from Carrot's body while a series of sharp crackling sounds merged into a continuous roar.
Her figure blurred instantaneously as her speed increased even further. Rather than retreating from the blade barrier, she dodged with incredible agility while advancing straight toward Jack's position.
Seeing this development, Jack gritted his teeth, paused both weapons in his grasp, then slashed with tremendous force toward the space on his left front.
His predicted trajectory intercepted Carrot's apparent path perfectly, but still failed to accomplish anything meaningful.
Under the stimulation of electrical enhancement, Carrot's already extraordinary speed had transcended normal limitations. When she noticed Jack's movement, her form flashed and appeared at his shoulder like a phantom.
At that moment, countless electrical currents twisted and contracted, instantly gathering on Carrot's raised hands to form twin lightning blades. Following her rapid downward motion, they slashed toward their target with the force of divine thunder.
Jack's body was still committed to his previous attacking motion. Before he could recover his defensive position, he could only hastily summon all his remaining strength for protection while staring at his opponent's attack with bloodshot eyes.
However, this desperate defense was obviously insufficient for Jack to resist Carrot's slash filled with fierce electrical current. Her lightning-enhanced claws cut across his shoulder with unstoppable force.
A howl of agony suddenly rang out as tremendous amounts of blood gushed forth like a high-pressure fountain. Jack's massive right arm fell straight to the ground with a wet thud.
Although her enemy had suffered catastrophic injury, Carrot's offensive was far from concluded.
As Jack screamed in pain while covering his wound, she flashed behind his position. From her open right hand, a dazzling sphere of concentrated lightning appeared in the night sky.
Jack, having lost one arm, suddenly felt an extremely intense sense of mortal danger. He instinctively swung his remaining left arm, intending to turn and eliminate the threat behind him.
But Carrot followed Jack like his own shadow, never leaving his vulnerable back exposed.
"Elector Luna Lance!"
The brilliant electrical energy transformed into a lance and pierced into Jack's back within the blink of an eye, completely unstoppable.
Time seemed to freeze momentarily between both combatants, and then Jack's elbow—which had been swinging backward—finally made contact with Carrot's small form.
Blood spurted through the air as Carrot was knocked away and crashed to the ground.
Almost simultaneously, violent lightning spread from Jack's back throughout his entire massive body.
This caused Jack's form to convulse violently for several moments before he finally collapsed powerlessly to the earth.
High atop the skull dome, Jerry's fishing rod and Kaido's kanabo collided fiercely once again.
During their weapon lock, Kaido suddenly opened his massive maw and expelled a column of devastatingly hot breath.
"Oh come on! Have you been brushing your teeth? You're spouting nonsense and trying to roast me alive!"
Jerry complained reflexively as a spinning water shield quickly materialized before him, rotating violently to resist and deflect the surging flames away from his position.
The battle between the old generation and the new was reaching its climax, and every moment could determine the fate of Wano Country's future.
